Repair cost was steep. Even with discount. But their tech done a good job, fast. Was friendly and answered all questions, filled me in well on work he would perform on phone. Many of their employees are that way. The 3 star rating is because of them. Or it wouldnt have any star.

This location is always clean and the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon is exceptional at what he does and I requested him when I returned to the store for help with set up of my new device. Great customer service!

Awesome customer service! Great experience from the 1st phone call to see if they had something in stock to checkout. Just be aware of your surroundings in the parking lot, not in the best part of town.

While my faith is not yet Im still in C Spire, my face has been renewed by a gentleman named Cameron. His customer service was outstanding and I commend him for his efforts today. My husbands phone line was literally null and void due to an inconvenience mishap bars, and Cameron literally fixed it within 10 minutes! The most amazing customer service I received all year!

Im not very happy with Cspire. Was trying to get my husband a phone for a special that we had seen on tv. And the lady at Cspire store said they werent doing any specials & she tried telling me it was gonna cost 169. Smh. I will be going to another carrier b4 my bill is due. Cuz when I got my new A11 I only paid for the activation fee. So why is it that my husband couldnt get the same deal.?

Great deals on phones

This review isnt about the store, its about Cspire itself. My personal opinion on data limits isnt relevant. The issue is how slow Cspire slows your phones data down when you get to 1gig or less to reaching data limit. Its ridiculous to have to wait 45mins or more for a website to load. Their service seems to continuely go down hill. What ashame, greed has started ruining another company.

Pricy for sure but great services products and awesome customer service it was a really quick stop and I added a second line bought a phone temper glass and otterbox had it activated 10 min tops

I quit my service with them a long time ago

They were closed due to hurricane Sally. But changed mine 1 star to a four star due to a good response back explaining. As a first responder still wish I was informed of the closer.

Tiffany was so helpful when I came to pick up my new phone. Even on a busy Saturday afternoon, she was both friendly and professional, taking the time to make sure I was able to use the new device right away. Tiffany was able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond to various customers and requests, and did it all cheerfully and graciously! She ensured I had a great experience.

I went in today to switch my service from sprint to c spire. I was helped my Ansleigh Burdette and thanks to her the switch was made very painless, simple, and fast. She was very helpful with choosing which plan best fit my needs. And would like to say my over all experience with her was excellent!

If you dont have Cspire then I recommend staying away from them. Ive been with them since 2007 and I believe its time to find another company. They just dont care about people.I was going to renew my contract and get a new phone. They told me I need a down payment of just over $500.I find that very odd because if I just do it online at Cspire I only need just over $200.Im a long time costumer and Im extremely disappointed.

Service of the phones is excellent!But they are very unfair about their bulling, I tried for 3 months to get them to give me a bill for my service, but to no avail! Finally at month 4 I was sent a bill and they wanted 497.00$ to catch up the bill, then refused to accept responsibility for failure to properly bill and let me make reasonable payments. No one would let me talk to an upper management person to try to get matters on track so they turned off service and continue to bill me with NO consideration of a person on a fixed income.

After a long morning of trying to go about getting my sisters phone fixed due to discoloration and going to store in D’Iberville and then calling the insurance company I was just about frustrated as they were of no help I decided to stop at the store in Gulfport to ask for assistance.Their customer service was amazing and the gentleman that assisted me solved my problem as if it were his own. If you plan on buying a phone or need any assistance I recommend this cspire store.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought an I phone X not less than a month ago. Speaker stopped working so I went to the store yesterday. Their tech guy charged me 30 dollars to clean it. Soon as I left the store it still wasn’t working. Brought it to the picayune store today and the guy cleaned it and fixed it in five minutes for no charge. Tried to call the Gulfport store, but because their customer service sucks so bad they wouldn’t even talk to me.

I Dont Use C Spire .. For My Cell Phone Service..

I spoke with Lauren about our cell service and traveling out of state to Alaska and she was extremely nice and helpful. Although I am not the primary person on the account she went above and beyond to answer my questions!

It just keeps getting better. Not only does the prepaid cell service include a free mobile hotspot, but they regularly surprise me with loyalty rewards of additional high speed data. I travel A LOT, and I rarely have trouble getting a signal... except in very remote campgrounds... and even then I can still text.

Last time I went to this location, it was because my phone would not connect to any website online. It would let me send text messages, but wouldnt let me connect to any website whether Im using chrome, or Samsung internet (Ive got a Samsung galaxy J3 2018, and before you go off on me about how iPhone is better, Keep in mind that I am considering seeing what the iPhone side if things feel like) I went in with a problem, and came out with that problem fully solved.

They are always helpful and courteous!They are the ONE AND ONLY phone source for us!!!

I love, love that store.Someone had stolen my phone that I hadnt had a week I went back to the c spire store and talked to the same man that helped me before his name was Rob he was the best I was able to get the same phone and phone case and he showed me how to download a feature on my phone so I will know where my phone is. I will go back to him if I have any questions or problems.

The sales person Julie Dornier, really helped me out. She was very knowledgeable and took time with me. I have never had a smart phone before so I had no clue about them. She didnt try to rush with showing me how to use the phone. She showed me so patiently how to do all I needed to do. She shared the plans and differences with me so I could chose just what I needed. I really appreciate sales people like that. She let me chose which case I liked from several samples. I told her I was prone to dropping things so I got a great protective case and protective tempered glass screen. I must say it was a pleasant atmosphere and it was great to change from my headache company I was with. Julie Dornier, took all the stress out that I was afraid I would get. I love my new phone and my experience was excellent. The sales person was extremely nice and knowledgeable and that in it self made the experience excellent. AAA+

I liked cspire tell today. When u talk to customer service and u make payments arrangements for the 15 th and they agree to it then turn around and debit your account. And over draw u. U call and nothing is resolved. They are too expensive for one . And I dont feel they do care about there customers !!!!

This is only my experience. When I first joined CSpire I had two salespeople tell me I could pay my bill at the counter. The last two times I went to pay my bill a different salesperson (the same woman both times) straight out told me I had to use the kiosk and they dont keep money in their registers. Very flippant and dismissive toward me both times. Never seemed really interested in helping. Like I said my experience only. As far as the company is concerned great service and selection. I just dont appreciate being told one thing and then being treated and told sonething else.

I bought a phone hrre..everything is good except my screen wont stay lit more than 30 seconds!!!!!! They want to mail it off to be worked on...I just want a new phone just like the one I have

They only care about sales. The woman I asked for assistance was completely uninterested and lied to me about getting service. She told me I had to have a S8 or the 8+ to get service while I listened to another associate tell someone the complete opposite and set up their service.

They are the ONLY network to have in South Mississippi and the staff is great.

If its raining you get no data. 50% if Gulfport is a dead zone, rain or shine...Thought it was my phone, so I bought a brand new S8...Nothing changed. LTE is a joke. Downstream is barely 1 Meg 90% of the time... And to top it off, they sold me their best screen protector that fell off that day and then wouldnt let me return it. Youre better off tying a string between two tin cans...Shop elsewhere.

This is the second brand new phone (samsung galaxy 8+) I have bought from cspire.. this company has really flown down hill since its former glory of cellular South. I have been with this company for the longest time and the service keeps getting worse and worse. Phones get worse and worse. And when you spend 1000 dollars on a phone with otter box and tax you want a working phone. Well you wont be getting one here. Not in my experience. :( I will never buy another new phone again. 100 bucks on let go or Facebook market place.. done.
