I received wonderful service from Ms. Karen. She is amazing! She’s super patient and very knowledgeable of products and services. She really went above and beyond to assist with setting up new service. I highly recommend this store. All associates appeared to be attentive professionals.

Trever was exceptionally helpful. He made sure to make the process smooth. We added a line and a new phone to our contract and we were in and out hassle free. Trever has helped us before with our daughters phone and we enjoy working with him.

Wait time was immediate. Three associates at the door welcoming me. He sold me a screen protector and new chargers, car and wall.He tested my phone calling me from his and returning a call. He told me if I have any questions not to hesitate in calling. This was yesterday. Today, I had a question and called him. He was pleased to answer. Im very happy with the service provided.Im very pleased

Be careful when setting up a plan at this store. On Sept. 10th I visited this store to get a new phone. They did not have any phones at the time so I was told I would need to get a new phone number to order a new phone to be shipped to my house. I was then told that when the new phone arrives to bring it in and the SIM cards could be changed out. I confirmed that I would not be charged for a new line. I was told that I would not be charged for a new line and it was just a promotion ATT was running at the time. I brought the new phone in two days later and the SIM cards were changed out so I could keep my old number. I again confirmed that I would not be charged for the second line. Again I was told no and my bill would remain the same and “just turn off the phone if you aren’t going to use the second line”Flash forward this month and my new bill is doubled because I’m being charged for the second line. Also the installments for the new phone are on the new line and ATT will not transfer them over. My options are pay for the phone in full now or switch to the new number since I am out of the 30 day window for a return.I am sharing this so anyone who goes to this store knows to read the fine print and not just listen to the store attendant, they will scam you. I learned a very costly lesson in that regard

Karen was the agent that helped me. She did a wonderful job and demonstrated that she actually cared about if I was getting the correct discounts on my AT&T account. I didnt get the $400 off my bill but I was not disappointed with the service I received. Coming from a former a EIGHT YEAR Verizon customer.

On Nov 1, I came into this store having issues with my service. I was able to receive calls, texts, and facetimes but i was unable to dial out. Mallie assisted me in trying to figure out what was the issue was. We ended up upgrading my phone and adding an apple watch thinking it would fix it. i had an older phone and was having sim card issues. She stayed past closing time to try and figure it out. I ended up having to call First Net to figure out the issue. Issue was finally resolved when i made a second trip to the store the next day. Again Mallie helped me and stayed till closing time. I felt mallie deserved a shoutout for GREAT customer service !!

Been a customer of Verizon for over eight years. I have internet and TV through AT&T. So I decided to shop offers. Military discount and bundle make a very attractive deal. Only question is coverage. Staff was friendly every time I visited the store. Can they maintain or surpass current service for a 5 star rating?

When i came here about 2 months ago, i got the best service ever. today, it seems like a playground. no one cares about the customers. i bought my phone for the full price when i first came but the guy next to me could not today. they are liars.

Sales representative John was great on product knowledge and showed us everything we need to know about different product att wireless was selling. Showed us different cases for my daughter. And he gave my daughter all the tension toward her because phone was for her. Great salesperson.

(Samsung S21)!Now... what was more than awesome were the two AT&T sales reps who went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfectly fine. We were the last customers in on 4/16 and the service was great! Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was the best. Even though it was close to closing they never made us feel rushed or like we were annoying them, like I’ve been made to feel with other companies. I also really appreciate COVID-19 regulations they have set up, I witnessed them sanitizing every seat/table/phone/surface frequently and 100% after they finished with a customer.

Nice salesperson, however as soon as we sat down with him the manager said he needed to borrow him.My appointment was for 11am. That was 20 minutes ago.Every trip here is some scrambled version of this. The managers dont lift a finger when its busy, and constantly pull the salespeople away.Great employees, worthless management.

As soon as I walked in the door the store was slam full busy and yet they took the time to greet me ask what I needed and then gave me an accurate time to wait. Very exceptional customer service and I left happy and satisfied with the price I paid for my service and products. I switched over from Verizon because the service was not very good at my home of residence. Now I have great service I can even stream movies off of my phone I cant wait until the engineers put my address in to get fiber optic Internet at my house.

I have been all over the country using AT&T and my stop here at the Gulfport location I spent a little over an hour with Steve even after a long day of work. He is the best sales rep I have delt with. We might have spent 30 minutes or so just laughing and talking. He was able to offer me great deals as well. He will be my go to guy if I need anything while I am living here and I would suggest anyone else to do the same.
