I usually have a great experience with this pharmacy, but whoever i was just speaking with otp did not care about me getting my needed prescription in time. it has been 2 weeks delayed and she did not give me any info on what to do from here... very disappointing, hung up before i could even say anything ..

JOE The Pharmacist at the location is the worst. This caucasian male customer service is absolutely horrible. He definitely has the wrong attitude working with the public in customer service. In my opinion if you dont like working with all people try a different profession or work somewhere else JOE. It looks like its almost time for you to retire anyway. SIR

The worst walmart pharmacy I have ever been to. The cashier is very sweet. The pharmacy tech with the glasses and long brown hair is not customer friendly. She was extremely rude to me. When the brown-haired pharmacy is working, she doesnt answer the phone before letting it ring at least 10 times. Once is rang 21 times. She told me she was busy when I told her I was beginning to think they were closed because it took so long to answer. She said she was busy. No apology, no nothing except for a bad attitude.

Lots of people seem to enjoy spreading bad news (rumours) about Wal-Mart and Ive been guilty of doing a little of this myself. However, pharmacy staff is great, the people are in general, friendly throughout the entire store. Pharmacy has excellent pricing, the pharmacists are extremely kind.

This walmart pharmacy is the reason why I now go to Target. Please just go to another pharmacy

Always nice, only one time out of many years were they ever out of my medicine. Called another WalMart, got it transferred so I wouldnt be without.

Nicest employees, in a Wal-Mart, in Greensboro. They are efficient, courteous, & most of them always assist you with a smile.

Easy to access, staff is fast.
