Fast and friendly service. Staff was awesome. After I ate my ice cream I decided to get my dogs some pup cups and they didnt charge me for them which was super nice.

We drove through and ordered 2 blizzards. The guy at the window flipped them both upside down which is expected, however he flipped one over and it made a huge mess. He handed it to my husband and closed the window. We had icecream all over our hands and on the seats of our rental car. It took a few minutes for him to open the window again, and when we told him what happened he said oops and handed us napkins and slammed the window again... not great customer service. Only reason they get 2 stars is because the icecream was good.

Great ice cream, better that the north location, the ice cream was a bit as soft and didn’t melt so fast.

The drive-thru forgot one of our items, I walked to the walk up window, waited atleast 10 min, was spoken to rudely, I explained what happened and what I needed, than she told me it was obvious that I couldnt afford the whole order.....so I showed my receipt. and than she rolled her eyes, and took another 15min to make my fudge sundae...i dont plan on returning ever.

I ordered a 6pk of Dilly bars and 1 medium royal brownie extreme blizzard. They gave me a small regular brownie extreme and charged me for 12 dilly bars and when I got home there werw only 6 in my bag. Smh. I was in such a rush I didnt look in the bag before I left. I did call them and they told me to go back for my money. They payed me back for the other bars that I didnt receive. The lesson to be learned is always check what you get before leaving.

Walk up or drive through. Great ice cream treats. Place has a steady amount of customers throughout the day. If you like thier Peanut Buster Parfait, try it with chocolate ice cream.

Have had trouble in the past of receiving wrong orders or charging the wrong amount. The last time I went here I was charged double (my food and the car behind mine). I happened to catch it and notified the lady at the window who was not very compliant on getting me my money back. I have a feeling they knew the vehicle behind me. Long story short they couldnt put it back on my card so they gave me cash back in $1 bills. At least the ice cream was good.

We love DQ over any other ice cream.

Ordered 2 Salted Carmel truffle blizzards. Husband brought them home, all that was in them was icecream and a little bit of toffee pieces. Called to complain and was told they were training a new person. Was supposed to send me coupons but never received.

Im getting tired of ordering Dilly bars and they dont get the order correct.If they cant get the order correct they dont need to work there.There is no excuse for this happening every time I order Dilly bars.They are in such a hurry to get everyone thru the line that they get the orders wrong.
