As I sit here in there drive through for about 45 mins now! All I can say is if your in a hurry dont come here I really hope that they are making this ice cream fresh to be waiting this long.

Ice cream has always been good here, although I have not done the drive thru since I like to see my ice cream before I decide because I don’t like it to be too soft. My favorite ice cream in Grand Island!!

You don’t get what you pay for

My chocolate peanut ice cream cone was melting even before I got to eat. Not frozen.Also I loved baseball but but havent been able to get it for a month. It should be a regular flavor.

Ok Im from out of town and this by far is the WORST BASKIN ROBBINS the young girl was sweet so this review is no reflection on her I wanted a waffle cone and told they just ran out okay here is my beef I was looking at the waffle maker thinking why are you not making more since the person in the drive through asked for one to!If this was a Dq you can bet they would have been making more second the sugar cone was STALE that is uncalled for people paying for a quality product and end up with a STALE CONE that you end up throwing away.The icecream was good but I wouldnt go back there are to many places around the area that are probably much better 🍦

Visited this location a few times and every time they have been so incredibly wonderful. Every person was attentive friendly and considerate. Paid attention to little details they could personalize they were just great. They need a scanner thing tho ;)

Ordered Banana Royales and whipped cream looked like milk in the 5 minutes it took to get home. Ice cream was like soft serve. Have never had this type of issue even in the summertime. Not happy especially as these items are a special treat. We basically ended up with milkshakes...in a BOWL!!!

I love their birthday cake icing ice cream! The best the best the best :-) Definitely get two scoops in a waffle cone! 💕

Good ice cream, but they don’t actually know how to make any of the ice cream specials that they advertise .

This place has a great variety of ice cream. The ice cream usually taste pretty fresh too. With some places, their ice cream taste like the freezer. But I have not had that experience at Baskin-Robbins. They also have the ice cream pre-packed in their freezer case where you can order it to go that way or you can have them package for you to go in larger containers if you want to take it home too. It just is more expensive that way. They have specials off and on but it is not cheap but could be more expensive too I guess.

The people who serve ice cream always wear gloves. Thats important to my wife.

Ice cream is still delicious but, lack of cleanliness was a big factor for 2 stars. I brought it to the attention of the staff the tables were sticky. One of the girls came out and wiped 2 extremely visible spots at our table and left the other 7 tables untouched.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Everything we asked to order they didnt carry, were out of or they didnt know how to make. The person at windows shirt was disguisingly dirty and was rude! The staff was very rude and under trained! We will never return here ever again!!

The girls are always so friendly. The ice cream is always good & cold.

Gal working 2:30 7/1 wasnt friendly and openly displayed her frustrations. She was put off by the customers bothering her by simply ordering what they want. Not a good fit employee for the store, nor should she be working alone this busy time of year for ice cream.

Absolutely terrible. Asked the cashier how much my sons ice cream cone was. She wouldn’t tell me the exact amount. I also ordered a chai, which was not fresh and tasted like dishwater. 😧☹️
