The quality of their cakes are good, but their customer service is lacking. They upcharged my wife and I twice when they already gave us a set price. Not only that but they didnt deliver the products as we specified on our orders. I love their cakes but the service is making me rethink my business.

There is no wait inside of the cake shop. I really like it there because the quality of the cakes are good (Ive been there twice). The people there are very nice and I would recommend the cake shop for everyone that needs a cake around the GI area.

We live out of state and our daughter was turning 20 and we wanted her to have an amazing birthday cake. We contacted Beverlys cake and they were super accommodating and made the cake we had in mind. Our future son in law picked it up and said the customer service was outstanding and the cake was even better!!! So happy with this company!!!

Beverly Cake Shop left my daughter speechless with her Barbie cake! She was amazed when she saw her birthday cake. The chocolate cake is moist and soft even after 3 days! Their customer service is great especially when it comes to ordering a custom cake last minute. If you are looking for a special cake I recommend Beverly Cake Shop!

We called in on Thursday to have a wedding cake for Saturday and the help were gracious and eager to please. The cake was beautiful and delicious. The top 6 inch layer was chocolate for the groom and the 8 inch bottom was vanilla for the bride. This establishment is top notch!!

My fiancé and I love this place! We often grab coffee and a dessert on the weekends. I LOVE their Cafe con leche, but honestly every thing is so good. We have had the white mocha and carmel macchiato and both are delicious. We have also tried the tiramisu and chocolate cake and they are so good! I am a Starbucks lover, but this place is hands down my favorite coffee in town (I have tried every place)! I highly recommend giving them a try (:

Excellent cake! My sons Birthday just so happened to fall on the Friday of the Overland Trails Council BSA Merit badge University held at Stuhr Museum. I called ahead (from South Dakota) and we were able to pick it up just before serving to our boys and girls scout troops at the camp site. Thank you, Thank you. I highly recommend to everyone, service is outstanding and the chocolate cake with Raspberry filling was loved by all the adults as well as the scouts!

Definitely a cake shop! Good place also to sit down with friends and have a coffee. They have muffins and cream puffs, but I havent seen any rolls. Reasonably priced as well!

The prices are great but much more than that the cakes are delicious with huge portions. Love the coffee too!!!! Friendly staff and great customer service as well. Totally recommend.

My wife picked up a Thomas Train cake for my 2 year old sons birthday party (his choo-choo) it was a gorgeous cake! It fed a party of almost 30+ adults and children. Most importantly the TASTE of this cake and frosting was unbelievable! Very pleasantly surprised that between the chocolate layers was a strawberry filled layer of whipped creamy goodness! I will be going back for all of my party cake needs. Outstanding job!!

Usually we always buy the cakes here for our parties, this time, order a cake of 3 milks for my dads birthday. The cake was decorated very beautiful and the taste was delicious. The only thing is that it was too dry to be a cake of three milks. ☹ Basicamante did not have any milk. Hopefully it will not happen to the same thing for the next one, otherwise I will have to change the pastry shop.Usually we always buy the cakes for our parties from here. This time I ordered 3 leches cake for my dads birthday. The cake was beautifully decorated and the taste was great, but this time it was too dry☹ it did not have any milk at all.I hope it does not happen again, therwise I might have to switch to a different bakery.
