While researching a total kitchen renovation I found soapstone for countertops. The more I learned about it I decided green soapstone would be perfect to go with hickory cabinets. We then had to find where to order it as soapstone is not used in our area. While at Ziller Tile looking for backsplash tile I mentioned soapstone. Vic Keiper knew exactly what I was talking about and had samples for my husband and me to look at. She contacted their supplier and got new samples and they had exactly what we wanted. The installers were readily available when the time came to come measure our cabinets. The fabrication process was done in the timeframe they promised and they came and installed. The workers were very professional and the countertop looks fantastic. If you need new countertop or tile I highly recommend talking to Vic at Ziller. They go above and beyond in finding what you are looking for!

Marie and I are pleased to report that every time we have worked with Ziller, weve had positive experiences from both a materials and customer service perspective. Vikie gave great advice regarding materials and was also our key contact for every aspect of the communication. Keith couldnt have been more accommodating or precise with material preparation and installation. We are so proud of our new and updated areas!

3 stars is pushing it! Their communication is awful. I had to call every week for two months or more to find out where our tile was and when it would get installed and the gal would say “it says it will be here on Tuesday so we will call you in a few days”. Never got a call and 4 days later I’d call again and than the same thing over and over for 2 + months. Finally got my backsplash put up and it isn’t that great. Not to my standards and some sloppy corners and uneven cut tiles. Would not recommend them.

A phone call to Ziller Tile connected me with Vicki and at that moment I knew I had landed on an expert! Vickis depth of knowledge about the different countertops was excellent and through a brief conversation I knew the route I wanted to take. Once I had picked out the granite for my kitchen and bath countertops, Vicki was able to pull from a vast variety of tile the perfect backsplash tile, grout, shower tile, etc. During the process, owner, Tom Ziller, was able to answer questions and determined the best layout from the granite for my countertops. Every person that I had the privilege to work with at Zillers, including Ever, Alejandro, Jose, Luis, Abel, and Ben were fantastic at their skill. My job for them was very small, but they treated it like it was the Taj Mahal! I highly recommend Ziller Tile. Start with Vicki and you will be very pleased with the outcome.

Ziller Tile did a fabulous job helping me renovate the bathroom at A Higher Plane in downtown Grand Island, and install granite tops for my window and counter. I wanted a unique look, and not have the same old tile that you can buy at a big box store. Ziller Tile has no shortage of beautiful, unique tile. We also had a challenge in taking this old bathroom and making it ADA compliant, but that was no problem for Zillers. They have dealt with every construction challenge imaginable. I also want to give a shout out to Abel, who helped me with the tile design.

Staff listened to what I was looking for making my experience less stressful and overwhelming.They were contracted to do both our floor and back splash and did an EXCELLENT job. Work not only was done at the cost and time promised but the crew -(in my home) were trusting and extremely efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend Ziller, they will be my source if i need them in the future.

Very pleased with our experience with Ziller Tile!! We had already purchased our tile and granite slabs for our countertops prior to hearing about Ziller Tile. They were able to cut and piece together the granite for us to fit our cabinetry. We used Ziller Tile two different times for flooring, tiling our kitchen floor and then our bathroom floor. After they filed our kitchen floor, we had a water issue in our kitchen which had messed up a section of the tile grout. When they came back to do our bathroom floor, they fixed the grout in the kitchen without us asking them to do so. They did exceptional work with every project they did in our home.

He carefully calculated the area behind my stove so I was left with a perfectly symmetrical, beautifully laid backsplash. The precise cuts around my vent hood amaze me still today! The grout is even and neat and he left my kitchen cleaner than he found it.All in all, a great experience from start to finish!

We needed just a 26X46” piece of granite for a remodel.......went to Ziller’s AND out back found a beautiful piece. Just too wide but they said no problem and we had a back splash made out of the extra and it fits and looks beautiful.Oh by the way, this occurred on December 19 and they delivered it on 12/26!
