Great company. They were quick to bring truck with samples so you can see how they look in your own home. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. We were able to get flooring installed couple weeks after ordering. Justin and crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. We will definitely be using them again if need be.

These folks are the greatest! I got a quote from them and it took a long time for me to decide. When it came time they were more than happy to get me a new quote ASAP. The installation turn around time was so quick. I was away on vacation when they installed my new flooring, and the house was perfect when I returned. Cant beat their customer service. Great selection of quality products. Had them out for a basement bedroom project. Dustin was very helpful in helping us choose a great quality carpet. Floor It was easy to work with and had great ideas and suggestions when it came to picking out our carpet and our back splash. They complete projects in a timely manner and were very easy to work with. It was easy to pick out the product we needed because they brought the store right to our house - this is so much better than bring home 100s of samples and dragging them back to the store. We will be using them the next time we need flooring.

Over the course of the last year we have re-done almost all of the flooring in our house with Floor It Nebraska in three different chunks and everything turned out awesome. The install crews are professional and efficient and took care to do everything they could to make the experience great. Even through a few misunderstandings/minor discrepancies that came up, Floor It was open with the communication/info and helped make sure everyone was on the same page to make things right by us. Loved the idea that we didnt have to go to a store and that she could bring the samples into our own living room for us to select the style and color. The installment of the carpet was done beautifully too. It was a great experience.

I loved not having to drive from store to store. The installers did a great job with one minor glitch with the reinstall of the toilet. The owners took care of everything instantly . I will return to Floor It when Im ready to do my bedrooms.They also had great advise for the proper care of my floor.

It was the best experience for picking out new flooring, having the samples come to your house and them having someone help you with what type of flooring would work the best for our needs. The installers did a great job of getting floor ready, putting in the new floor and cleaning up before leaving. We ever need new floor again Floor It Nebraska will be first on our list to call.

The best one stop shopping I have ever had. Dustin pulled his trailer into my driveway and had every kind of sample I could imagine. With his expertise I was able to find the perfect carpet for my room in no time at all. There was service after the sale when in a few weeks latter I got a thank you gift of a tin of homemade cookies and a survey to fill out along with a fifty dollar gas card for doing so. Over a year and a half to fix our project.Sadly, I wish I could leave a better review.Floor it and their subcontractors/installers, Country Boy Flooring, were timely, even ahead of schedule in completing our project. Our new wood floors are beautiful and well installed. We like our new counter top and sink.Here is the reason for the lower review: Floor It took out a partial wall and lowered a tall bar for us. We ordered the more expensive option to match our cabinets to go under the bar on the back of the cabinets. One of the pieces that was ordered did not match (more of a hickory than an oak). This, we were told was a manufacture issue not a misorder. The plan was to order two more and place them over the old at no cost to us. Over the course of the next year we made multiple phone calls and nothing was repaired.We are busy and eventually gave up. It has been over a year and a half! Plan to DIY a fix.Sadly, due to lack of follow through and lack of communication, when we replaced carpeting in our home, we chose Floor to Ceiling instead. This was unfortunate because they are very knowledgable and have good flooring options.7/17/19 Update: The day I completed this review, Dustin showed up at my home to find a solution. He is certainly committed to making it right, which I appreciate. He explained that due to issues with the manufacture our case fell through the cracks.

Our house is now 2 years old, and all the flooring was purchased and installed by Floor It GI. The fact that they are there to answer any dumb questions we have, and help us 2 years after the sale, is priceless. If more people understood the term Cost of ownership, they would all buy from Floor It GI. Your cost of ownership is WAY LESS woth these guys!

Floor It GI came to our home with the mobile showroom and made the experience very easy. With the samples at our home we were able to look at them in our current rooms and styles and see what would work for my wife and I. We are loving our new tile in our Kitchen. We are very thankful for all the help from Floor It GI.
