Sad to see that their mobile sales are a higher priority than their brick and mortar store. Not everyone in Grand Island works at a big factory where they take their mobile business and I cant get ahold of anyone to see if they even have what I need before I decide to buy it somewhere else. I prefer supporting locally owned businesses, but unfortunately, Willis just lost one more customer.

Would be greatly appreciated if you would pay on your page if youre going to be closed during normal business hours.... We drove for over 3 hours to your store just to be greeted with a sign on the door that you were closed!!!! Not very good customer service!!!!!

If you go into store you get amazing service! I have tried to call store get no answer & no return calls ! Very frustrating
