We dropped off my dads boots for a resolve and was informed they were 2 weeks behind. We visited for awhile with the owner and told them we were only in town for a week. They went above and beyond and called us 3 days later and the boot were fixed. Awesome people

The boot barn sewed 2 patches onto my leather jacket and gets for me,,,,,they did a very AWESOME JOB AT A AMAZING LOW PRICE,,,,i will most decently tell everyone I know to take their leathers there to be worked on,,,,,,THANK YOU BOOT BARN

They sold me defective boots and kept them for a month and i was thinking they sent them to the manufacture to be check out but no there they sat no calls or anything. He told me the salesmen wore them but he was the salesmen and he doesnt wear a 11 1/2. so how would he know. Its people like this that give mom and pops businesses a bad name.
