I buy a mew truck about every year to year and a half. This was hands down the easiest experience in buying a truck I have ever had. Never even had to step into the finance office and discuss extended warranties. Called in for a recall. They told me I needed to make an appointment a week out, as they needed to order the part. I made the appointment, took off work, and found a ride (as I am from out of town). Dropped off my car and got a call 15 minutes later that they couldn’t replace the part because they needed to order the part. I told them I was told that was why I needed to wait a week to schedule. Then when I went to pick it up, another person wanted me to sign a paper. I asked what it was for. She said, to verify the recall was completed. I said, “it wasn’t completed”. Really need to get on the same page!

Anderson Ford has great costumer service. I work nights so making appointments are hard since i sleep dueing normal business hours,but with the on line service appointment maker its easy for me to make an appointment at 3am if I need too. I recently bought a vehicle 3/3/21 I am also a single mother who works overnights. I came in to look at a vehicle put money down everything went good. I came back to purchase a vehicle, had me wait 2 hours. It was a different finance man. He was very rude to me! I don’t know if it’s because I’m a woman, My concern was the chip in the windshield and a couple dents and scratches on the vehicle otherwise everything looked amazing it wasn’t detailed I wasn’t upset. I go back to see about the dent and the few problems that needed fixed. They actually forgot who I was. I live out of town Had me come in to town at 9:30 to get the dent fixed. They forgot and said I should have called, they were supposed to call me! I think this is just a very bad customer service. If my mother was not with me I’m sure I wouldn’t have been able to fix things.

Twice now my family and I have been traveling through Grand Island and something has happened to our vehicle. Both times, Ford has been able to help us out and get us back on the road in a timely manner. So thankful for their team!

Terrible time, I drove 70 miles and had a test drive for a 2005 Silverado that was $3,000 overpriced on KBB. Then they come out demanding I either have 800 credit and $3,000- $$5,000 down or the cash down and a co-signer with 800 credit. Only wasted about 5 hours total of my day instead of being at work making money. Also after I posted this comment they reduced the price $3,000 and called me broke just because I only took $1,000 cash considering the truck is 15 years old, and I check my credit everyday and I’m only 75 points away from 800 with a steady credit rating from reliable sources, they say I’m mid 600. Everything went very well until I noted the amount of cash I had on hand and explained I work 6-7 days a week and just played silly and said sorry sorry sorry but waste time

During the coldest week of the year, with below zero temperatures, the heat decides to go out of my car as Im driving to work. I pull into Anderson Ford without an appointment, and the Service Manager, Jeff, found time for my car to be looked at despite their full day. I was given a ride to work right away, which always make your boss happy! That Friday after work, I returned to Anderson Ford to find out that a part would be ordered, but not in until the following Tuesday. But I was assured that they would not send me out in the bitter cold in my car with no heat! Jeff stayed late waiting for one of their loaner cars to come back in, while I sat in the warm waiting area working on lesson plans for the next week of school. A car came in that night, and I was behind the wheel, and headed home! Jeff went beyond what he had to do. He didnt take the easiest or quickest solution, and head home in time for supper. He makes decisions that are best for his customers! Thank you Jeff and Anderson Ford!!!

We struck a deal when ordering our 2021 F150 back in early December 2020. We were given a heads up in late January as to when it was coming off the assembly line. A couple days before arrival in GI, Andersons let us know. We completed the deal and picked up our new F150 on that scheduled day and Andersons stuck with the deal without paper documentation and all went smoothly. We found them to be trustworthy. We love our new 21 F150!

I received OUTSTANDING emergency service on my 2016 F150 at Anderson on Saturday, Aug 22nd, 2020. This was the first leg of a 9 day bucket list vacation my wife and I were making from OKC to Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone and Estes Park CO.I got a low oil pressure warning light at 2:00 AM, 30 miles outside of Grand Island. After replacing 4 quarts of lost oil. we continued to Grand Island as Anderson was the closest Ford dealership.At 8:30 am, Jeff Wray (Service Advisor) was able to get my truck evaluated at 10am and verified an oil pan leak that had caused a loss of 4 quarts of oil in the 600 miles i had driven since my pre-vacation oil change 2 days prior.He informed me the process would take 6- 8 hours and the service department closed at noon. He and the tech, Jeremy Summers, agreed to do what they could to get the work done ASAP but it would most likely be Monday before we could collect the truck and be on our way. My wife and I secured a camping spot outside of town for our travel trailer and settled in for what we thought would be the first 3 days of our vacation. Jeff graciously provided us with a courtesy car during our stay. I was FLOORED when I got a call from Jeff that my truck was ready at 9:30 on SUNDAY MORNING!!!! We were back on the road at 11:30 am Sunday the 23rd thanks to the extra, extra effort of Jeff and Jeremy.I am so thankful to these two gentleman and to Anderson Auto Group for their special consideration and fine work in repairing my vehicle. We were able to continue with our vacation and still get to Mt Rushmore and see it in person. Had we needed to wait until Monday to get the truck, we would have had to cancel the Rushmore leg of our vacation and most likely never see it.While I live 440 miles from Anderson Ford, I highly recommend their service department for all maintenance and repair needs for all those within the region. I bought my 2017 Ford Edge Titanium 2 weeks ago from Anderson Ford in Grand Island. The staff there were extremely friendly and patient with not only me, but with my 21 month old son as well. They enjoyed his presence in the store and interacted with him while I was busy signing papers for the vehicle. This is the first time I’ve actually purchased a vehicle on my own. The process is long, especially with a toddler, but staff were accommodating to my situation. Staff answered all my questions. I test drove my vehicle for approximately 30 minutes, and staff encouraged the test drive to be a longer length in time to ensure my experience met all my expectations. Great first time experience for me and plan to work with this dealership for any other future purchases.

Anderson Ford has a good service department and they are very thorough when diagnosing problems. I will continue to take my vehicles to them when we need repair work done.

Called in and talked to Alfred (Freddy) and told him I was interested in a car at one of there Lincoln stores so they called and confirmed that it was still available. Then Freddy and the sales manager called me back and told me the car was still available, gave me the final price with the fees and I agreed the price was good and that I will purchase the car. So they said they would go get the car and take it back to Grand Island so I could purchase it the next day. Later in the afternoon Freddy called me and said the car sold! I am very upset with this dealership they obviously have poor communication between the other dealerships and I will never purchase another vehicle from them! They didnt even offer me anything else to make it right! Disappointing

I purchased a new 2020 Ford F150 from Anderson Ford of Grand Island in March of 2020. The sales staff was very helpful and made the deal easy. However, their service department has lots of improving to do. I called twice to schedule my first service appointment and was told both times by the receptionist that The service department is very busy. Ill give them your name and number and have them call you back. As you can guess, no call ever came. So I ended up having to take my new pickup truck to a different Ford dealer for its first oil change and service. To say I am unimpressed by the service department is an understatement. Andersons sales team is great, but dont plan on getting any service work done in the shop. It will be very hard for me to ever return to Anderson Ford if they are unable to service what the sell.

They weny out of their way on more than one occasion. They have personally delivered my vehicle to my home once it was finished. They call with updates and are nice and professional.

The salesmen i dealt with really didnt know very much about the ford pickup i purchased. I was told that the damage done to the front right side was by hitting a pheasant must have been a very large bird. When all was said and done i was told that they didnt really know anything about the pickup and i really believe that. Not a great review of that business practice.

They did not notify me when my truck was done and ready for pick up I also asked them to reattach the skid plate on my truck and they just left it in the bed of the truck. This isn’t the first time I’ve had subpar service from them either.

Bought a truck in July the sales staff were very helpful. But those responsible for the titles have failed miserably its already September and I still cannot register the truck, now will have to pay late fees. They should of had the title in hand before selling the truck.

I have always been happy with Anderson ford. I have heard from people say bad things about Anderson. I have been going there for years. I have all my oil changes and auto work there. My vehicle check up is usually good. This time I had 3 extra things wrong with my car. I had all the areas fixed like tires, battery. It just makes me wonder why all of a sudden things are bad when at my last oil change everything was good. I do not blame Jeff. He was very nice and helpful and professional. It just makes me wonder.

People were very nice.If you wanted to go shop or eat, there was someone to drive you and pick you up. Very clean and comfy.

I have bought cars from all over the country, But NEVER have I had such an honest, simple, low pressure, completely transparent experience as I had with Gary and Chris (Anderson Ford)! I called in to find that the vehicle I wanted to buy was already under contract and was told that if I’d like they would call me back if things didn’t go through. Ironically things didn’t go through and a few hours later I was called back. I was able to negotiate a good price, and perform all the paper work but the signatures required upon arrival. The whole experience took less than 30 minutes ( minus the small hiccup when their finance system was having difficulties.) the simple answer is yes I would recommend them to anyone (even my mother) they are honest and fantastic communicators. Thank you gentlemen for a great experience!

Bought a car from Anderson a few weeks ago. Very smooth buying experience. No pressure. Brad was great. Brought it in a few weeks later because ford issued a recall and the guys in the shop were awesome and got the work done fast and communicated well.

My husband and son were travelling across the state heading home to Colorado and had electrical problems with the Ford Fusion. They pulled into the dealership without an appointment and the team at Anderson fixed the problem and sent them back on their way. I am so grateful Anderson Ford was able to squeeze them in and send them home.

My experience at Anderson Ford in Grand Island was great! The Service was Fast Friendly and Professional. I feel confident that my F 150 was taken care of.

Dropped vehicle off at 12:00 for 2:00pm oil change which takes 10 min to do. When appointment was made staff was told that I would be there to pick up at 5:00pm not done, excuses excuses told staff if they knew they couldnt get it done why didnt they call. I live out of town work in GI only way home very poor customer service. And this isnt the 1st time I had bad customer service here.
