Store was clean but help was lackluster and they didnt have the oil filter I needed and the oil was way overpriced. Not impressed

If Im buying parts from an auto part store- I expect the staff to know a little bit about the parts they sell....the guy who warrantied out my alternator looked at me like I was crazy cuz I asked him if my alternator was the only part in my charging unit that could get seized. I understand that they are parts guys n not mechanics. Mechanics have hands on experience and know how to change, replace and repair. I understand there should n is a difference between the 2- mechanic and customer/sales/parts guy. I strongly think if u work in a part store- u should know just a little about car parts n a cars anatomy. It should b required. I did like how they did warranty out my alternator even tho I bought it through car quest which is now closed. Other than that- Ill prob never go bk again
