Above & beyond sales experience! Tom M. used his own personal time/equipment to deliver our new mower! He is knowledgeable & is more customer service than sales oriented. With widespread equipment shortages, Tom & United Ag & Turf located and delivered our mower from another location without cost to us. Tom was open and clear about their fair pricing.

I rarely write reviews but Tom Metzler at United AG & Turf is amazing. Tom was incredible to deal with. From the start he was looking for ways to help us save money, or spend wisely and he showed us how to get our AG tax number right away. He did not work hard to sell us anything, he worked hard to make sure we got what we wanted/needed and were happy with what we purchased.On top of that, Tom personally delivered our tractor and all of our implements, he then spent the next hour going over everything and ensuring we knew what we were doing. He then told us to contact him if we needed anything further and was just an absolute, down to earth, friendly guy.I honestly cannot say enough good things about Tom, he was awesome, and I wish there were more people like him in the world. I bought a 5065e, 512 loader and frontier 2072 mower last month. The salesman was Tom he was great, very knowledgeable about the equipment. The paper work went smoothly. I would definitely buy from him again.

We went to buy a gift a much smaller version of the real thing and was very surprised with how much they actually have in smaller items. We found what we needed and they were very friendly for not big spenders. We will go back.

We bought a tractor package, with mower tiller box blade, and front loader, and trailer.Trailer was in Oklahoma, 40 miles away, and took them a week to get it to Gainesville.Sorry communication from salesperson and they get your money and act as if you dont matter..Go buy from somewhere else.

First time tractor owner, retired. Purchased new tractor package 7 months ago. Problem with PTO shaft. John Corcoran sent me to service dept. I spoke with Brandon in service dept. We discussed the problem, I left the shaft, two days later picked up shaft, installed it, problem solved. No charge! All staff there friendly and experienced. Jon Wooten

Yes, they are a dealer and their prices are sky high BUT they are friendly and courteous. Had warranty work done and service and parts dept. are great! Jim and Jason M are good guys!

We got our John Deere Z535 from them and got excellent service. Product was as advertised and fully serviceable at the time of pick-up. The salesman took his time to get me familiarized with this machine and have had no problems during the 50 hours I ran the zero-turn.

Man I hate not giving good reviews. Generally don’t even write reviews. But this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, specifically in the service department. I use this company at all their locations, all through the year - but this location, with this guy heading the daily operations in the service department - Without a doubt will not be back. Strongly do not recommend
