I am the best that I have been in years!!!!! Dr.Wood shared my scans with me, spoke to me as I was a capable individual, and gave me recommendations to continue to have healthy sinuses.I can’t express how grateful I am to have Dr.Wood on my medical team! The assurance of knowing I won’t need another surgery was a relief. He treated the bacteria and not the symptoms. He and his staff are excellent!!!!!His technician (Was great too!)

The front desk staff and nurses were very kind and professional. However, the doctor’s bedside manners were nonexistent. I went in for terrible ear pain that I had been having for awhile.He made me feel super uncomfortable and left me in the room twice for 10 minutes after saying “be right back.” When he was in the room, all he did was clean out “some wax” and send me on my way. No explanations, no reassurance, no medicine.I went to get a second opinion at Longstreet clinic. The doctor there informed me that my both of my ears AND sinuses are incredibly inflamed, infected, and gross. Now I have three new antibiotics and a diagnoses.I’m really unimpressed and wish I hadn’t wasted my time here. :(

They were great with my son whos only 8 years old, having his tonsils and adenoids removed. Dr. Woods was amazing. We were extremely happy when asked if it was alright if he said a prayer before his surgery and called later to check our son. Same for his staff and nurses. Dr Garlich and his team are the best. We have used his services for server also years and have been more than pleased. Very professional, time conscientious and an all around great practice. I would recommend Northeast Georgia ENT.

Terrible experience. Ive had reoccurring strep throat for nearly a month. After being prescribed 3 antibiotics consecutively by my doctor, my strep still returned and I was referred to NG ENT.Upon my visit, Dr Butler asked about my controlled acid reflux!? He spent about 4 minutes in the room before diagnosing me with acid reflux and proceeded to prescribe me prilosec. After telling him Ive already been on Prilosec, he told me to eat right and to take the Prilosec more consistently.I came to him for reoccurring strep. My family doctor told me my tonsils may need to be removed, yet the reoccurring, drug resistant strep wasnt even addressed.It was as if he thought I was there for a sore throat and was reading the wrong chart even though I told him about my strep.Dont bother with NG ENT they are too busy to focus on you and your individual needs. I will never go back to Dr Butler.

I came here for Bering aids consultation and I really felt welcomed and cared for. The technician is really nice and she is very patient, listening to you and answering all the questions. I appreciate all the help and look forward to get my hearing aids in the near future from this facility.

Great doctors and nurses, but no one ever answers the phone line. Ever. If you want any luck use the live chat, otherwise you will sit on hold for hours with no response or get automatically connected to a voicemail without the phone even ringing.

When I first came to this office, I was extremely ill. I had tonsil stones and a periotonsillar abscess. My throat was partially obstructed, due to swelling. I was in pain. Dr. Stewart and his team were extremely supportive. Dr. Stewart explained everything he was doing, in advance and during the process. His assistant was also supportive and even rubbed my shoulder when she noticed that I was extremely anxious. I left the office feeling comfortable with the services provided.Additionally, I scheduled a follow up to discuss next steps and was just as impressed. Dr. Stewart took a seat and answered all of my questions. And yes, I had a number of questions. I did not feel rushed and Dr. Stewart was very transparent with all information. I have known for a while that I need a tonsillectomy and have avoided due to comfort level with the provider. Well, I am scheduled for a tonsillectomy and feel informed going into the procedure and feel the support will be there, post surgery- if needed.Visiting this office was the best decision I made regarding ENT services.

Doctor Baskin is great. My daughter had to get tubes in her ears, and he done such a great job. Very reassuring, friendly, and took time to ask me questions about any concerns i had, etc. He is a wonderful doctor and i highly recommend him to any parent for their children. Also, all the staff is VERY friendly.

I’m beyond shocked with any of the less than atleast 4 stars. Dr. Woods & his staff have been beyond amazing to BOTH my children. My daughter struggled for a few years with ear problems & sinus issues. She has a prior ENT whom was NOT good as I came to find out. From the very first visit with Dr. Woods he put his heart into fixing everything. My daughter had her third set of tubes put in by Dr. Woods, again prior two were not him, he also took her adenoids out, he prayed for my daughter & his staff before surgery, youDon’t find that anymore & I am beyond greatful & blessed. I am currently seeking his help again a few years later to possibly get her tonsils out. He also has treated my son & again he amazed me from beginning to end. I will ALWAYS refer people to Dr. woods & his staff!

Dr.Wood has done two procedures on my daughter, once when she was 11/2 and now at 5 years old. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor and staff! They are so caring and patient, and really take the time to make sure their patient is doing okay, highly suggest this group !

I was a surgery patient of NEGAENT and I am 5 days into recovery. My experience from start to finish with the doctors and nurses of this practice was absolutely wonderful. I was put at ease by the kindness of the staff; they went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Wood to anyone!

The staff was very nice. However the doctor wouldnt listen to me. He only stayed 5 minutes in the room. When I tried to explain what was happening he quickly changed the subject. Seriously dont waste you money. Maybe another doctor in the practice would be better. The doctor I saw was Dr. Garlish. Its so frustrating to spend money going to see a specialist and not having them listen to you.

Everyone I encountered at Northeast Georgia ENT was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Wood was very nice and took the time to fully explain everything. Awesome practice!!

I have been a patient of Dr Wood since 2005 and my son became a patient in 2007 and my daughter became a patient in 2009. We have been treated with the upmost respect with Dr Wood and his staff, but today 10-9-18 I called to make an appointment for my son and I was told he we couldnt have an appt due to an outstanding balance $125.35 from 2009-2010. Why wait 8-10 years to let a bill get that outstanding, especially when my daughter went back in 2015 to have a tonsillectomy. It really bothers me that you would want to lose 3 well established patients over something that couldve been handled a very long time ago. Also the fact that both of my kids has always had double insurance since they were born and we never had to pay anything is another problem. I really love Dr Wood, but this is unacceptable and I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Dr. Stewart is the BEST ENT Dr. in the Universe. Everyone in the practice is very professional and friendly. All the doctors in the practice are amazing: Dr. Callahan, Dr. Butler, Dr. Wood, Dr. Garlich, but my favorite is Dr. Stewart. Definitely the best place to go.

Bad experience overall. Front desk was very rude, waited for Dr Garlich over an hour for him to stay 5 minutes . Trying to schedule is being a nightmare the scheduler Andrea will never return my call. I have call over 50 times in a day with no answer. If I could I will rate 0 starts

Office and Doctors are more concerned about money than treating my son. I brought my son as a referral from my pediatrician. It was determined he needed tubes. However, the office would not schedule the surgery unless I prepaid for the surgery. The amount they quoted I needed to prepay was much higher than I would actually owe and I explained in great detail why the amount they quoted was inflated. I also explained that I do not prepay for anything and I would gladly pay the bill once I had a matching bill and EOB from insurance for services actually rendered (I even offered to provide proof of available funds in our HSA account). I was assured I would get a fast refund of the overpayment but under no circumstances would I be allowed to schedule the surgery without prepayment of the inflated amount. I refused and scheduled the surgery with another practice. I ended up only owing approx 1/4 of the amount this practice tried to make me prepay and surgery occurred within 1 week of the original date. This practice apparently is more interested in being a bank (without paying interest) than being a doctor and treating patients.

Took both my son and daughter here for tunes in ears and tonsils. The doctor followed up with us after her tonsils and the office followed up with my son a few times for his ears. Good office, good staff.

Front desk staff have no clue when it comes to copays. They have made me pay copays when I didnt have to and I had to fight to get it refunded after they couldnt seem to find where I paid it. They have lost my copays and sent letters saying I need to pay something I have already paid. Just a hastle in general if they had different front desk staff I would probably rate it 5 stars.

I really felt good when Dr. Woods came in to pray before starting surgery.

They fixed my problem.

A large mass in the lymph node of the neck is a serious matter. My husbands appointment was in September. A CT was ordered, he was told someone from this office would call him to schedule within a few days. After he left a VM, he was finally called- it was 2 weeks later. CT done with results to this office within 48 hrs- no call. He had to call AGAIN... PA returned call with radiology report at 7 PM with apology, this was a week and half after the CT. We learned that the original order for the CT was in the system but the office workers did not follow through. Waiting for tests, and results is STRESSFUL and SCARY. If Cancer is a concern as in this situation, TIME is important. Whomever is managing this office has not done their job. Almost 2 months went by - 2 months is negligent. This staff is incompetent. I hope this review wakes someone in that office to do a better job.
