The staff takes great care of my elderly mom and treats her with kindness, dignity, and respect. They schedule regular cleanings and once per year hearing tests and are always prompt with our appointments. They take great care to be Covid-safe, going above and beyond to assure the well-being of their clients.My mom’s hearing aids are great. I especially appreciate the phone app. Since she has had that, she can engage much more easily with phone conversations.

Both my wife and I have hearing loss, probably due to age (in our 70s). We have been customers with Miracle Ear for many years. Our local Miracle Ear office in Gainesville, FL is very great. Adam Ursell does a wonderful job in testing us, and making any needed adjustments on our hearing aids. You can also come in as needed and they will clean your hearing aids. Debbie Smith, the office manager is always so nice and friendly and helpful. If there is a local Miracle Hearing aid office at your location, and you may need hearing aids, we would recommend you check it out and get their wonderful hearing aids and service. Of course,if you are in the Gainesville North Central Florida area, this is a wonderful place. And once you have your Miracle Ear hearing aids, they can be checked and adjusted at any Miracle Ear location.

My wife, Theresa has been going to the Miracle Ear in Gainesville since we moved up here from Homestead three years ago and absolutely loves it. Debbie is always so chipper and happy both on the phone and in person. Adam always has time to answer any questions you may have. You’re never rushed in/out. Adam welcomes everyone with a hug & smile. When we lived in Homestead my wife only saw the staff at that Miracle Ear once a year for her annual hearing test. The staff in Gainesville has you come in every three months for them to do a thorough cleaning of your hearing aids and a once over. At the time of your birthday they send you a card and coupon for a free package of batteries. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the Gainesville Miracle Ear staff.

I highly recommend Gainesvilles Miracle-Ear. Adam, my audiologist, met my needs in a very sensitive and professional manner. He is by far the best audiologist Ive ever dealt with.

*Update: after 5 years I have to say that there service and helpfulness hasnt changed. Because of my work I have been to the office multiple times for adjustments and everytime I have been recieved with a smile and eagerness to help. I have gone multiple times for cleanings and hearing tests. I have been called for reminders and aside for the price of the actual hearing aids, I havent paid a penny. I will continue to give miracle ear of gainesville my business. Thank you miracle ear!I went for a hearing test and it turns out I have hearing loss. I wasnt expecting the outcome and I really only went to prove everyone wrong. From the moment I was told I had hearing loss till today they were very supportive and helpful. They explained to me what was going on and what they could do to help me if I wanted the help. Once we started talking about $$ I was very hesitant... I didnt know if I could afford them I like many people live paycheck by paycheck. But they gave discounts, got financing and even went as far as to work after hours to ensure that everything got approved and ordered. I was given the Drs. E-mail address so that if I had any questions and concerns about anything that I could contact her after hours if necessary, and I did, and she answered!!! All Im waiting is for the call that my hearing aids have arrived so that I can go in for the fitting....
