This health food store has wonderful supplements and herbs. If they dont have something they will get it for you too.

Arrived a little bit before closing, 1st time there. I asked for what I was looking for and she said they didnt have it. I informed her that I had called and was told they had it. Once I explained what I was looking for she started looking around and with more details she knew exactly where it was. Their selection is decent l, the only thing is several items are a bit pricey but its a nice clean organized store and I will be back.

Small parking lot and small health food / supplement shop so make sure you get there early if you wanna shop in peace. Had an interesting experience with my husband reading all the different probiotics and supplements that they carry. Their aromatherapy section has a pretty good selection of oils and there are tester bottles so you can sniff before buying. I was only planning on getting kombucha, but ended up with 2 drinks, a few aromatherapy oils, a few supplements, and a small mortar and pestle which was about $125 worth of stuff.Affordably priced for what I was looking for. The counter girl was also clean, polite, and friendly. I would visit here again if I needed anything that I bought today.

TOP NOTCH!!! The only way to describe the store, its location, the staff, their knowledge of the products they offer, etc. Better than any othet supplement shop Ive ever tried in my 30 years in Alachua County.

Small health food store, but had a few Interesting items one doesnt always see in these types of stores. Both times Ive been in, I found exactly what I was looking for in under 5 minutes. A big plus since I live in the sticks and am usually rushing to get through all my errands in Gainesville. I like to browse on my own, so I like the staff. Theyre nice and helpful, but not pushy, which is always a plus to me.

Connor was a super friendly guy and had a great conversation with me about nutrition and some other things. Products are products, and he knew his stuff. But what you go to a local place for are the intangibles, the talk and smiles and warmth. Im not a big health store shopper, but Ill be back.

The first time I came in I had the pleasure of meeting Mary. She was very friendly and helped me with my situation and shared information regarding different products. She is very knowledgeable and suggested products that she felt would be good. I have been in the store a few times and she is always eager to hear how I am getting along. I am much better and progressing toward my goal of stopping stomach meds. I am a snowbird from NC and look forward to visiting next winter.

The manager was extremely rude and racist! Completely unprofessional my friend was racially profiled! I would honestly rate this no stars nor would I recommend this business to anyone I recommend this place to anyone! We won’t be coming back nor will they ever have our business!

The employee working the day I went was extremely rude, patronizing and unprofessional. He not only made a flippant comment to my friend, but defensively ranted about something that quickly veered off topic. I am still in shock that this type of interaction transpired; it was completely inappropriate. Took our business to another health foods store.

This place rocks! I stop in about once a week to get an alkaline coffee that nowhere else in town carries. Every time I go to Sunflower, the staff is always very friendly and polite. They can always answer all of my questions about their various health products, especially the supplements. Its hard to find so many high quality, truly healthy things all in one place that is affordable, unlike stores like earthfare, luckys etc, that are only the facade of a health food store. I like that I can pick up a few grocery items here, in addition to eco-friendly cleaning products and other things you simply wont find anywhere else. Shop local, shop small!
