David emailed us estimates within hours of our first conversation. Hector came out to our house, and made the template, which turned out to be perfect. Since we live in a timber frame home, the countertop had to be cut to fit around the beams...... it was not easy. Installation by Sameer and Orly was flawless, and very professional. We are so glad we chose Earthstone Countertops.

Weve had Earthstone work on three different projects at our home over the last year or two. The projects included a counter for a new outdoor grill and bar, a powder room counter replacement and a kitchen counter replacement. Tomas, David, Samir and Anna have all been great to work with. We went to Earthstone to look at their granite selection. We met with David and he showed us everything, made great suggestions. Every time I called with a question, David was happy to help and returned my calls within two hours We ended up picking quartz and we couldn’t be happier. We had the countertops installed today and the guys came in, took away my old counters and installed the new ones.Took about three hours and I hardly knew they were here. They did an excellent job and cleaned their mess before they left. Would definitely use them again.

From Jeff to Tomas and the rest of the folks at Earthstone, they were responsive, accurate, straightforward and had good prices for a relatively small job they did for us. The slab we found was beautiful, they fabricated it perfectly and the installation workmanship was excellent.

I am an engineer and extremely particular when it comes to details but these guys blew me away with the quality of service and attention to detail. Installers were professional, delightful, and completely willing to educate me in the entire process. If you are in the market for stone or engineered counter tops, skip the big box stores and call these folks. They have better pricing and unbelievable service!

Replaced 80 sq. ft. of kitchen granite countertops. The process was easy, smooth, communications were good, workmanship was excellent,and the cost was a good value. Selected the granite at the wholesales warehouse, Earthstone measured and created templates, the granite was delivered to Earthstone for fabrication, plumber came the day before installation to disconnect sink and stove top, countertops were exquisitely installed, and the plumber returned to reconnect new sink and stove top. Everyone did a great job.

Totally disappointed with service counter top put in but one area needs fixed and if not fixed can cause trouble in future. Then I need one more piece of backsplash installed. Since I paid a lot money I want it fixed. Installed almost 6 weeks ago and I have called and called and called and text. Finally guy came out 3 weeks ago did some measuring said they were really busy but would get it done. Called Monday angry and they would get someone here today but no time windowJust called to ask..later this afternoon he said like my time is of no value because they are moving! I even offered to pick up piece needed! And I have done that several times. But nooo. Normally I give people a lot of leaway but if you dont speak Spanish and have a schedule I would be leery of this company. I might change my mind but I will not recommend them now.

Been trying since March to purchase granite. Sales man very unresponsive and seems to care less about selling any countertops.

Not very welcoming or helpful. As far as knowledge of the product, the salesman didn’t know much and couldn’t answer most of my questions. I drove all the way there to view a specific color and it was no where to be found. He showed me a small scrap of something he said was similar to the specific color name to which I was in search of.
