We purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame last year with a good financing plan of 24 months 0% deferred interest. This year we were looking for a new mattress for my son. The owner talked me into upgrading from my previous new mattress to a more expensive one about twice the price. I expected since I spent more money this time around I would still get the same financing terms. Well to my surprise he only gave me 6 months 0% deferred interest and just got hit with a $500 deferred interest charge. Once we realized this we called synchrony bank 2 weeks before the expiration of the promo but they said I had to resolve it with the mattress place. We called mattress depot and they said they would call me back to redo the financing terms: well a week went by and no call back. then called several times afterwards and left messages but to no avail: ignoring my calls: we called synchrony bank back and they said they can put in a dispute for the financing terms but wasn’t guaranteed to give it to us. Be careful with this predatory sales place and make sure you know all your financing terms before signing. I would not have done the deal if he had told me it was only 6 month promo this time around.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Mother in law Went in and purchased a mattress with the manager JR Was told 20 dollars a month as she was on fixed income. Now its 90 dollars every 2 weeks. Went into store and was told its between us and the finance company. Finance company cant do anything. Told us to talk with the store. I would not recommend this place. Better going elsewhere. Horrible place.

JR runs this location too and is definitely a con man. Buyer beware. He’s on oversized disgusting thief and a bully.

My wife bought us a bed in Sept.2018 a month later they delivered the wrong (cheaper) bases. Jose did nothing but tell me to talk to James at corporate. James has assured me several times that they are getting us the bases we paid. Well its April 2019 and we still dont have our bases and James is ducking my calls and the stores stance is take it up wit corporate (an apparently practiced routine). Save your self the headache and money and dont do business with this company they have committed a fraud on us and it is just part of their standard business practice.

Great experience! Went to buy my son mattress so we could convert his toddler bed into a full. Jose was so awesome we decided to bump his commission up and buy 2 mattresses! Ok...maybe not just for that specific reason but it was a bonus. Jose was so helpful and worked so hard for us we knew if we left with out that mattress (which is like sleep nirvana fyi) wed kick ourselves later for it. We cant wait for them to be delivered!

I love my mattress. However, it’s a month later and my bedroom is still in disarray due to the frame still missing. The wrong one was delivered within a few days of my order, but now after calling for several weeks, I am wondering if I will ever get my bed complete.
