I had a new starter on my tractor that was bad. I brought it back and they fixed it at their expense without question. They even went above and beyond and plugged a leaky tire at no charge. These guys are great!

We went to the In and Out deli at the piedmont tractor store and loved it!! The sandwiches and sides are awesome. The deli was very clean and tidy. The ladies that work there are so incredibly sweet and helpful. If you in gainesville and looking for a good quick bite to eat this is the place for you. You wont be disappointed!!

Was told its not worth his time to look up a U joint for me. Just tried to sell me a new one.

I bought a tractor from them. It started leaking hydraulic fuild with 9 hours on it. They came out and fixed it on the day I requested. Yeaa, I wish nothing went wrong with my tractor but we dont live in a prefect world. They just dont sell tractors, they take care of their customers even after the sale is made.

Make sure to ask for a estimate for small engine repair before work is authorized so you dont get stuck with a bill for repairs that were greater than the cost of a replacing the item.

Bought a weedeater at the Cleveland store. They have effectively closed the Cleveland location so now to get my equipment serviced I have to drive to Gainesville. If I would have known this I would have taken my business somewhere else.

Friendly folks ordered my parts over the phone then Leslie called when they came in. Good service and knowledgeable staff.

Sure was disappointed to learn this dealer wouldnt help a friend with his LS tractor that needed servicing just cause he bought it an a trailer down south when he went to help his son in the military with some home repairs. Sure says a lot about a dealer who wont help another LS tractor owner out when needed whether they bought it there or not. I wont be buyin anything from Peidmont anytime soon.

I bought a new tractor and bush hog. The PTO shaft is the wrong size and they will not swap / credit.FYI there is a massive design flaw in the way implements attach.Please take this advice and do not buy a LS tractor

This is the third time Ive been to this excuse for an establishment.. they couldnt look up bucket tooth for a Ghal excavator. But I can go to komatsu and they can look it right up and give me the correct teeth for this machine.... I think they need to stick to selling lawn mowers at best.No inventory... At all
