The location is new. Very clean with more Decor than the usual locations. You would expect the Gainesville location to the extreme and additives. They have a very large fish tank in the back center of the store with live feedings schedule posted. Hunting section with many different weapons and ammo to choose from. Lots of fishing gear clothing gifts mens womens children shoes Etc. I definitely recommend a stop if you are on a road trip. The location is still building as far as the retail shops surrounding Bass Pro. I expect this to be a big hit!!

Smaller store. Not alot of shorts. Racks were empty. Alot of clearance items available. Staff was not as helpful or welcoming as other locations across the states. Pretty clean.

I love going here if Im about to go on a fishing trip. The staff is knowledgeable and they can spool your line If you cant/dont want to do it. They have all the supplies that you need and then some. I went when they had the fathers day sale and racked up on a lot of gear. I recommend waiting until theres a sale either online or in store

Great experience year, after year. The holiday characters are always great. Being given a time slot and things to do is great! No lines to stand in with a fussy or wiggly baby! We all go as a group of friends. Great for all ages and pets!

This store was a happy surprise for me. I went shopping for a Fathers Day gift. The layout was good. Shelves stocked neatly, and the 2 customer service persons I encountered were quite knowledgeable in answering my questions. Ill be going back as well as recommending to all my friends/family.

Bass Pro is great, but this store is smaller and lacks the attraction appeal of a normal bass pro. Honestly if I can’t walk through a fake cypress swamp and watch people try to climb a rock wall while browsing 2 stories of outdoors merchandise, why not just shop online? This location, except for the aquarium, is more of a big-box store feel.

I love this store. Spent a couple hours there just looking around and got exactly what I went there for with no problem. Picked up an advertised special for 40% off and happy to have it. They had a lot of people working and so finding what I was looking for was no issue at all. I love this store or did I already say that?

This is a good place to kill several hours. The aquarium is interesting, especially when they are feeding or cleaning. My Wife loved all the selections you have.

Needed a new motor for our pontoon boat. They were very knowledgeable. New motor was attached in a timely matter. We were called when they said they would for pick up and they trained me on how to operate. Highly recommend!!

What a unique experience. You are greeted right away and staff are pleasant as well as informative. The purpose of this event was to acknowledge and verify personally a employee that went above and beyond my expectations. In todays fast paced world of ours it seems we have plenty of time to complain or express our disappointments. We should be just as determined to take the time to recognize hard work and dedication as well. I waited in line at the customer service center and made sure management was aware of the quality of service I received. Lets all remember that in the future please let folks know that we appreciate their going the extra mile to help make our visit better......

Bass pro shop is a recent experience but I shop there for Bow accessories and ammo. Both have a great selection with aisles dedicated to many accessories for guns and bows. They even have items youd find online at reasonable prices. The ammo is well price and the variety includes even the most obscure of brand. E.g. Streak ammo

I went to the bass pro shop looking for a hiking backpack for my daughter to travel Germany this summer. I was detained in the front of the store as there is a womans clothes department. Great styles and prices. I was very pleased with my clothing purchases.

The service center is amazing. The workers are always willing to help and the managers are all friendly. They never try to cheat you either. The service center is convenient because you can shop in the store while you repair is happening and they are faster because they have the parts on hand form the store if you purchase something from the store.

What a difference 6 months make. Christmas at Bass Pro Shop is amazing. Shopping tonight was awful. No one in Tracker boats. No one in clothing. Had a question about pellet guns and no one there either. The 2 girls in gifts were talking about what they watched on Netflix and didnt even acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. Left empty handed. Might as well order online if this is what friendly service means!

Great customer service. We had an issue with several items not in stick that they are having shipped from another store. The only issue is that I live approx. 1 hour away from my closest store and they couldnt ship it directly to my house, it had to go tot he store so Ill have to make another hour trip to pick them up.

Bass pro shops is a great place to go even if youre not going to buy anything have everything you could ever want outdoors wise the only thing I could say to complain about be maybe their prices are a little high but the place has got every kind of fishing lure you could ever need so thats worth the extra money might have to pay for a lawyer plus I got a huge fish tank is full of all kinds of killer fish red fish giant bass and tarpon and all kinds of great fish I wish I could fish in their fishing tank

Not always happy with them. Feel that they are expensive. But went in after 6 months and found alot of stuff marked down. Not as bad as before. Was impressed. They were marking down though most everything with Cabelas name.Remaking some in their own brand.

Brought a boat in for some electrical service and they refused the work.Brought it down the road to a competitor and work was done in 3 - 4 hours. ???? For $90 per hour, you would think they would welcome the opportunity. Will never bring my boat there again. The store itself is great.

Great store, this place is large and nice! You literally can find all your outdoor needs here. They have everything from gear, to clothes and small food items. They are still working on expanding to create a food area (not sure which restaraunt) according to staff. It was a very fun experience and I loved it.

Amazing store great associates love every second there and i only been through a small fraction of the store still havent explored the entire store yet but on more the one occasion love the small sections i been too. Just wish they do the mail in rebate instore because just to get 20 plus or 30 dollars back you literally have to go all around the world and print this out get a stamp an envelope and mail this off and yea im good. Prices or great any way just dont let the mail in rebate hook you in for a sell like it did me unless you have extra time to go through all the motions to get that rebate go for it unlike me i didnt and if you really want it then that icing in the cake

I bought a bow for my grandson from here. I brought the bow and my grandson back to have him measured and the bow adjusted. Mac was so helpful with the adjustment and showing my grandson how to place the bow and showed him how to shoot the arrow. Came into this store a few months ago to buy a boat. I ended up leaving with something but was nickled & dimed the whole way (expect listed prices to be way less than what they end up charging you). It was a needlessly long miserable experience from start to finish. I should have just walked away, but stuck though it until the end. The sales person could hardly answer anything and flat out lied to me to me in some instances. As time went on, so many things went wrong, both with the boat and paperwork. I tried contacting management a few months in to let them know of my troubles, but they clearly did not care, or did not have the capacity to help. I regret ever spending a dollar in this store. I sold my boat this past weekend, and purchased another from a more reputable dealer. When it comes to shirts, shoes, or fishing rods I presume this place is great. But If you are considering buying a boat, trailer or motor, I suggest looking at many of the other dealers in the area such of Millers Boating Center.

Still creepy with dead stuff although the fish aquarium is cool something the kids might like. And they have certain events for kids like feeding the fish.

Had used a giftcard to buy two shirts but brought them back because the arms were too long. Return was handled easily and money put back on a gift card to use another time.
