Joanna is AMAZING! My brows are pretty asymmetrical and have never looked even after a wax. She NAILED it! This is the most symmetrical and nice my brows have ever looked. Feeling v confident now. 10/10 recommend :))

I got my eyebrows tinted for the first time with Johanna, and she is a miracle worker! I have very very light eyebrows, to the point that you can barely see them. I would fill them in everyday if I had time. I also have naturally ashy blonde hair, so the tone of my hair points out the fact that my face hair is very light even more. Johanna created just the right shade where it was natural looking against my pale features but also looked natural with my ashy hair. I’ll be back!

I was amazed at how clean and cautious Johanna was. We both wore mask during services. Love how beautiful my eyebrows looked after her doing her magic. I highly recommend it and will definitely go back to get my brows done again.

Joanna is a brow perfectionist! She cleaned my brows up so nicely and honestly did the best job anyone ever has. Joanna was fantastic! I typically keep my makeup and cosmetics pretty low key and Joanna waxed and tinted my eyebrows so I wouldn’t have to mess with them much. She did an amazing job, I wish I would have taken before and after pictures!

I had an amazing experience with Andrea. A few weeks ago I decided to get my brows waxed at a nail salon. After asking the “brow specialist” to keep them thick, she left me with almost no eyebrows. I let them grow out and made an appointment with Andrea. She took her time mapping out my brows and making sure she was not over-waxing. After basically having my eyebrows butchered Andrea really made sure I was happy with what she was doing. She really understood what I wanted. This is honestly the best my eyebrows have ever looked.

Ask for Brooke. I had gotten my eye Brows waxed at a different location 2 days before my wedding, and it was so bad I was going to cancel it. The other place over waxed my brows, and I looked like a stripper. Brooke fixed them. She is great at her job; I highly recommend her services. She gave me great eyebrows with what little hair I had left.

I got fungal infection after I wax my eyebrows here a month ago. Im not 100% sure this is the cause, but Ive never had this kind of skin problem on my face, and I could surely smell she didnt wash her hands before she touch all over my face to wax. She seemed very unpleasant to wax my eyebrows, I felt uncomfortable to ask any question during the service because she replied in so what? tone all the time. I guess she was so tired to work on that day whatever, not bothered to take care hygiene. I wish Benefit had better sanitary procedure and customer service. Now I have deep distrust about Benefit brow bar, Ill never go there.

JUst went there today, asked for them to keep them full and thick with a soft arch and walk out with beautiful brows, get home, take all the makeup off of them and all of a sudden my eyebrows are TOOTHPICKS!!!! They are just horrible, worst quality than a nail salon!!! Now I have to fill in my eyebrows everyday till they grow back!! They pile all this eyebrow on them so they look good but when you et home and take it off theyre just way too thin!!

A very nice store. High end make-up etc. Things are much more expensive than a big box store but they have everything you might need.

If you are ever looking to get your eyebrows done make sure to ask for Melanie. She is literally the best. She does exactly what you ask, keeps your natural shape, and does so promptly. ANDREA (or the blonde girl), on the other hand, was awful. I went in in hopes of getting a quick clean up, not worrying about having a different eyebrow lady. First off, she stole her co-workers client (i.e. me). She ended up taking 40 minutes to wax my eyebrows. To begin, we agreed upon a full, natural look. However, it was nothing like that. She even commented that she hated when girls came in asking to make their eyebrows smaller. She took approximately 15 mins to even sketch out my brows. She noticed I had redness after the first eyebrow she waxed. However, that is a common symptom of eyebrow waxing. In addition, she put the wax on and attempted to smear the wax around even after it was put into place. She then did not put on the wax strip immediately, so it become more painful and resulted in more redness than typical. So, she then switched to tweezing my eyebrows. This resulted in my left eyebrow being noticeably smaller than my right (that had been waxed). Now, my eyebrows are uneven and no way reminiscent of my natural shape. I was quite fond of my eyebrows before, and it had taken me forever to grow out. Also, since she had to switch to a tweeze, she told me she would just write on my ticket that it was a tweeze instead, as if she were doing me a favor. Yet, the service for a tweeze is three dollars more than a wax. Completely unsatisfactory service.

The worst haircut that i have ever had in my life, it looks like a kid cut my hair very uneven and looks horrible. never choose Carrol. she knew that she messed up with my hair and tried to style them with hair iron but she burnt my hair. i am sooooooooooooo unhappy. waste of time+ waste of money+ damaged and supper ugly hair

Tried to get info so I could book an appointment, and the girl behind the counter acted like I didnt exist. I waited 30 minutes, mind you.
