Decent store, friendly employees. I found a few decent cards there. Some cards are overpriced, a lot of cards in unlabeled Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes laying on the main table which are 75 cents despite being bent, some bad whitening, dirt, and major scratches. I’m sure some of that is from people who visited but I find it a bit odd they have no organization at all here. If you look hard you might find a decent deal here. The last picture is what I found. Do not expect to walk in and out. If you like buying singles, this is a decent place. Sealed product? Avoid at all costs. The sealed Pokémon products like Celebrations is wayyyy above MSRP around absurd eBay prices. I’d suggest waiting and hoping you hit Walmart, Target or GameStop on a restock day.

My first impression is great, the clerk knew vast information about my particular interest ( and much more one could only assume ) they were friendly, and offered me a fair price for my cards. They had a good assortment of cards and comics. I would recommend any comic or sports card collector/enthusiest to check out All Star- you wont be disapointed .

Amazing owner and selection. Im from Houston, which is a big comic book town, so to my surprise, I find a hidden jewel in Gainesville, which I which was my LCS! Chet went out of the way to help me find older books I cant find at home at fabulous prices. They also have a great online E-bay store. This combination is rare in my experience. Am stopping by on our way back to Texas and every time I come to Florida!

If you like books this shop is great. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and always make you feel welcome and will talk with you about books and comics and sports cards if you want to. Theyve very reasonable and fair back issue prices and they rotate floor books regularly making repeat visits worthwhile. Good silver and bronze age books and they get new books too. They always have CGC 9.6 and 9.8 slabbed books, if thats your thing and a nice wall selection too. They are not running a museum. My favorite Gainesville comic shop. Excelsior!

These guys have been my go-to comic book store for years. Chet and his team run a great shop and always go above and beyond.

Guys are great. The owner and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have good books and a nice selection of CGC and CBCS slabs. What I like most about this store is that when you walk in, you feel welcomed, not tolerated. You feel like its okay to browse and that youre not inconveniencing them. Ive bought $1700 books from them before and wont hesitate to do so again.

Being far away from my home comic shop on Local Comic Shop Day made me nervous, but I received the same personable service Ive grown to expect and there were plenty of choices for the mainstream comic lover. Admittedly, he said he doesnt carry as many independent titles, but that was simply due to knowing his clienteles preferences. Well definitely visit again next time we come to Gainesville.
