Cell Xchange expertly fixed my Moto Z3 in less time for less money than other shops. (Some repair shops quoted me higher cost with nearly a week delay to obtain the parts.) Zach and Abby were both exceptionally helpful, friendly, patient, and capable. Im glad to have found my cell repair shop (although of course I hope I wont be needing them again anytime soon - lol). I will definitely be recommending their services to friends and family.

Don’t get the WiFi box they can only troubleshoot from the store which sucks when it goes out and there closed or you just can’t get to them at the time. They’re sorry about it but not about the fact that you pay for a service that they disregard to inform you all information about up front they wait until your not able to return it after 3 days to then give you a list of excuses I’m out of $214 and have a box that goes out once a week and I have to just deal with it I wish they were honest upfront so that I had the chance to go somewhere else if I had wanted to very unfair service

They are scalping consoles, they are part of the problem. Thats not an honest business, I would say stick to phones but you probably cant trust them with that either.

We purchased an iPhone 7 from Cell Xchange that the employee (dont recall her name, she wasnt even wearing a name tag; she was a blonde, white woman) claimed was unlocked and compatible with Sprint carriers for $190. First, there were 2 employees present and none of them were wearing masks. They were also eating in front of us before they assisted us and didnt even wash their hands, I think its important to note the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for the COVID-19 pandemic, especially since we were their first customers of the day at 10:15 am sharp. There wasnt even a sanitizing bottle in the waiting area or in close proximity. Second, she was confident that the iPhone would be compatible with Sprint service and even told us that they would do more than just switch the sim card, it would be a lengthy process. We paid in cash and when the transaction was complete, I was not given a receipt, she asked for a phone number. Moving quickly, we gave her the number to the phone that doesnt work so accessing the receipt is unlikely. I was very skeptical of the fact that she did not allow us to have a paper receipt, only a digital one, especially in a cell phone store where its likely customers dont have access to their cell phones because they are damaged. We left as happy customers but returned as frustrated ones. We were in the Sprint store for approximately 2 hours trying to connect the Cell Xchange iPhone 7 but they told us it was nothing else they can do, so we eventually had to pay another $200 to get another iPhone (an iPhone 11) from Sprint which was compatible. When we returned to Cell Xchange we explained to the woman employee that Sprint spent 2 hours trying to connect the iPhone and it doesnt work so we asked for a refund. She then asserted to us, They are lying you have to call customer service to connect the phone, they just dont want to do the work. Ill call customer service and connect the phone. We then tried explaining to her that her logic doesnt make sense when 2 managers and others assisted us for 2 hours and even thoroughly explained the process. She then took it upon herself to call customer service to activate the iPhone 7 when we already explained to her it doesnt work and we would like just a refund. She, again, said that the Sprint employees are lying and customer service can do more than they can, this type of stuff happens all the time. If not, Im going to have to charge you a 25% recharging fee. At that point, we were frustrated and annoyed because we have been trying to solve this issue for a total of 3 hours now and she is not making the situation any better when she put us at an inconvenience in the first place. Also, if this issue happens all the time, why didnt you just tell us that the first time or at least give us a disclaimer? She then proceeds to tell us how all of this information is on the receipt that she sent to the broken phone. But there is a BIG notice in their establishment that explains their 30-day warranty with purchases and repairs but you must show them the receipt. She did not already follow proper procedure because she didnt even ask for the receipt to properly carry out the transaction, knowing it is sent to the broken phone. If she can bend those rules, she could have done the same for us since she purposely misled us to false advertising and information. If this issue happens all the time, I feel like I am not the only one who has been in this situation with their business. At the end, she gave us an ultimatum of letting her continue the call with customer service and try to activate the iPhone herself (we were already on hold for 30 minutes) or pay the 25% recharging fee. We paid the fee because we already explained to her we no longer wanted the phone because we had to purchase ANOTHER one that was compatible so there was no point waiting for customer service. All in all, we feel like we were taken advantage of by her omitting and misleading information and its very disheartening and truly unprofessional especially during a pandemic.

Great service, very quick to replace an I Phone screen that was shattered by a car running over it in the parking lot. Cost a lot less than the insurance deductible on my phone with T Mobile. Heading back there with my laptop.

I always feel that Im going to get ripped off, but Nate along with his amazing staff are super professional and helpful with everything! When I first came into the shop looking to purchase a new phone the two females on staff that day helped me every step of the way with being able to finance a phone, which ended up being very affordable and easy to handle. Then I recently shattered my screen and had some issues following the damage of it, but again I came into the shop and they went above and beyond with repairing my phone. Im a nursing student with two kids so my whole life- schedule, household, etc- is ran off my phone, they had repairs done under an hour and sent me on my way.

Happened a couple months ago but had to share my experience. Only reason its not a 1 star is because they refunded and Verizon still accepted the trade in.Wifes iPhone screen was broken. Took it in there due to pricing but you get what you pay for. The home button was working fine before repair and then after repair, it no longer worked. The only thing they offered to do was refund money.They broke the home button during repair and even talked with the manager and she (who sounded like a student) wouldnt do anything else either. So we had to leave the store with a broken home button and no care from the shop.It ended up working out because the Verizon trade in didnt care the home button was broken but if we werent planning on trading in, we would have been stuck with a phone where the home button didnt work.Would not go here again or recommend to anyone. Prices are lower but you get what you pay for. Their lack of empathy and resolution when they were the one that messed up was mind blowing to us.

They have very friendly staff that helped me fix and get and newer phone for a lot cheaper price that at&t or Verizon could have. And with my new phone they have packages that offer life time tempered glass for your phone along with a free case and free car charger for life. Overall one great place.

They decided to publicize a sale 2 weeks before Christmas but once people started coming to buy their products they tell us to put money down & they will have new shipments coming the next week. They made us wait almost 2 months while telling us every week that they was going to get a new shipment. Just bad business no one there ever seems to know about anything going on within the business.

Poor service took my daughter iPhone 6 into get the screen repaired price changed once I got in and then phone had to took back 3 time due to phone not functioning properly next the screen was not put on correct as the home button moves and you can actually see under the new screen they broke my new glass screen protector on one of the trips back in didnt compensate or give her another one took it to an apple dealer and was told screen was on wrong and that phone was screwed up by whoever replaced the screen took it back in for them to place the blame on my daughter not their techs who seem to always not work their on every trip its a new person claiming to b the manager. Basically paid over 100 bucks for them to destroy my daughters phone as now the phone will not work at all they claim water damage but the apple dealer never stated that at the other store. This place kept her phone for about a week now wants me to believe its not their fault. This place sick as I will blast them everyday to everyone please dont take your phone here to be fixed as they rip you off and destroy you phone.

Brought my phone in for a screen repair. Once I picked it up I started having problems making phone calls so I brought the phone back in. The staff was friendly and tried numerous repairs to fix the issue, but weren’t able to get the phone working properly. The manager, Drake, made it right and ordered me a new phone free of charge. 10/10 customer service

Avoid The Cell Xchange! They do not fix phones properly and they dont stand by their work! AVOID THEIR SHOP ON 34TH!!There have been very few instances where I have been wronged this badly in my life, but this is definitely on the top. I was suggested to this place by a friend who has a friend that works there. I was quoted a $50 repair (labor) because I supplied the replacement screen. I was told they wouldnt warranty it if I broke it or dropped it (which is understandable.) Five days later, it was broken again. It was never dropped or even bumped. Then why did it break? Because they didnt use ANYTHING to adhere the screen to the LCD so that it doesnt crack under pressure from touching it. This was the only reason I brought my phone in, because I didnt have the glue needed to repair it myself.I stood there for 10 minutes arguing in a loop with these people. The manager didnt even have an opinion on the matter and kept repeating: My tech said he put glue on it. The tech guy say: I put glue on it, but you (as in my fault) broke your phone. When I asked where the glue was on the phone, he gave me his routine response. Nobody could show me where, on my clear and glossy LCD, they put glue on it. They just kept insisting that they did.There is absolutely NO residue from glue, and the screen is LITERALLY FALLING off the phone/LCD. The manager offered to fix it for at a discounted price for labor. I refused. I should not have to repay them to fix what they claimed was fixed. The screen broke because of normal use due to the lack of glue adhering the screen to protect it from cracking and breaking. He would not give me my money back. I asked for half of it back, he refused. I then asked for 15$, so I could buy another screen and fix it myself. He told me, Ill give you $10.This is not right, and is absolutely ridiculous. I have never felt like such a criminal for being a customer, especially when Im the one being scammed. Please do not use this place, and please share this message to your friends. This is not right and other people shouldnt have to be bullied by these people because they do lackluster work and dont stand by their service.

Another edit: competition. I live at the apartments next door- have for years. I dont hang out, I walk through to shop or catch a bus everyday. Wow. Now yall are just reaching for cover-ups. 😂Edit: they responded to my coworkerss review and completely lied about their service, claiming they fixed it but he rebroke it. Disgusting to see this type of behavior when there are plenty of similar reviews to screens not working from them. I pass by here everyday in the plaza and they go through workers like crazy. Tells you something.I think its funny how the reviews all sound the same for this place.. high praise and specific wording (yet Facebook has more angry customers and a different attitude.) Yet, so far, I know a few people who have had nothing but nightmares here. From botched repairs to receiving their phone back and either buttons dont work or their speakers were blown. I live nearby and am privy to a few angry customers storming out (so far have witnessed three since opening.) Kind of exciting.Had to make a review, though, because just recently my co-worker came here and got a bad screen repair. The screen died the next day (I see by other reviews this is common from this place.) Not sure what hes going to do but hes definitely not coming back here. He keeps his phone in a life-proof case due to his work so it was most definitely the repair fault.Another person I met outside their store (their review is on here) actually consulted their phone/insurance company and- due to the bad reviews here- the insurance/phone company actually helped them out. I think that speaks volumes and may be the best way to go. Met them when they were angrily storming out of the store.

They helped me pick a phone out, and I had no problem with it. They were very helpful. But, when I broke my screen I took it to them to fix since I purchased a warranty with the phone. I had to wait 5 days for the part to arrive since I was told they couldnt preorder the part without having the payment first. However, that story changed whenever I went to go pay for the repair (I was then told they could have ordered it with a $50 deposit) I was originally told that it would take a day to fix, but when i dropped it off, I was told it would take an additional day (I dropped it off on a Monday). The day it was supposed to be fixed (Wednesday) I called to see if my phone was ready and was told that it still wasnt fixed yet and that I could pick it up Thursday (today) around noon. I went there TODAY to get my phone and it STILL isnt ready!! Supposedly whoever delivered the part dropped it and broke it and they had to order another part. So why am I just being informed of this and who takes 5 DAYS to fix a screen!! I told them if its not fixed by tomorrow I want a refund and my phone back so i can take it somewhere else and have it fixed in a couple hours rather than DAYS!!-UPDATE: I got a call from the owner Nate who explained what was going on and wanted to reach a compromise on the issue I was having. Not too many owners call their customers and do that, and it made me realize that he does value his customers and he is all for customer satisfaction. He was able to provide me a lend phone to use until my phone was fixed, and even offered to replace the phone if they couldnt get the part. All in all, I think this issue was a big misunderstanding and Im happy that Nate and Ken worked with me to solve our issue and find a solution that would satisfy us both. I am very happy with my experience in spite of the mishap, and will continue to reccomend their services to others, as Ive realized that we all make mistakes and miscommunications do happen.

Never buy the warranty at this place, they will tell you the phone is covered in full when you buy it but when you have a problem will tell you it’s not covered!!! They lie so bad!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE FROM HERE! Ive been calling this store all day to talk to the mgr after receiving my never shown or physically signed contract that was emailed to me and i cant seem to get through! Go figure! These ppl, well the associates name was Ken who did my transaction but he works for this company so i know this is how they all roll so anyway he priced me a iphone 6s for 529.99 which is whats on the receipt and a FREE case and screen protector which turned out to not be free when i got my contract emailed and called their 800# i was advised it wasnt listed as free so it brought my pay out total to 609.98 plus a 20% fee which i was also not advised! What makes it so bad is that i straight out asked him what would be my 90day payout all fees included and he got his calculator and told my around $597 because they did charge a 13% interest fee which i was cool with but come to find out all of that was bs!!! No wonder they never showed me a contract or asked me to sign anything!! Simply took my $55 down payment and sent me on my way under the impression that I just got a nice deal when in fact i was dooped! AND TO THE MGR IF U CHOOSE TO COMMENT UNDER HERE DEFENDING YOUR STORE PLS SAVE IT AND JUST TAKE SOME ACCOUNTABILITY! Theres no excuse for the way this went down and everybody I referred to you all i will be letting them know to stay far far away!! I live 2 hrs away and drove here thinking i was getting a great deal when i was lied to from the jump only good thing is that i can return it anytime with no penalties so Ill be there soon to give you all back your merchandise & i hope THIS GETS OUT EVERYWHERE SO NOBODY HAS TO BE BLINDSIDED LIKE I WAS!
