Pretty sad how I was delt with over text. I simply asked the man Bob who deals in the cars to run my credit, told him my down payment and he offered one car which was a lexus online that was never there on the website. Truly poor communication skills . Bob felt as if I was giving him attitude over text when I simply wanted to know the specs of the car. He never posted the car he was offering, when I asked for more details he told me to go some where else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER SHIP. And stay over an hour late making sure your happy.They have earned my business when I am in the market again.

My husband purchased me a 2011 Nissan Murano from them very recently. I could not be more happier with my suv. It rides good and the owner was so nice and the other ladies in the office was so sweet and understanding. I love that they are not pushy and aggressive. The owner even cut us a deal! Not too happy about this purchase after all. My initial review still stands. But when purchasing a cash car it’s a big risk you’re taking. Definitely a lesson learned for us. Then the warranty we were sold expired within 24 months. It definitely hasn’t been 24 months quite yet! So I’m trying to understand why is it already expired. I would say if you ever think about buying a cash car from here. Make sure you get it inspected first. Don’t just take their word.

I was semi disappointed the tank was less than half full and car floorboards were not vacuumed (or at least thoroughly vacuumed) when receiving the vehicle. However, they have great prices on their vehicles, I am happy so far with my new car, and I recommend considering them first for your next pre-owned vehicle purchase!

Hamid is a really nice and genuine person. He and and his brother Sam have owned this dealership since 1994 and now I know why they’ve had so much success. We had a great experience at Magic Imports! We bought a Honda Pilot for a far better price than I found at any dealership within a hundred miles. None of the gimmicks and fees associated with big dealerships and they treat you like a person as opposed to a potential sale. I wish them many more years of success!

Our sales man Johnny was very helpful. He does all he can to get you in a car. Theres no pressure to buy a car if you cant and works with what you have. He is awesome. I highly recommend if your going to get a car talk to Johnny hes your man. Staff is awesome as well. I had a great experience.

I cannot express how impressed and happy I am with Magic Imports of Melrose. I had almost given up and settled with a place and car I knew I was getting played for. The Ocala dealerships were either trying to sell me lemons or force me into a car I can not afford. My last resort was a search of inventory and reviews in Gainesville. How lucky was I to stumble on Bob. Super laid back with zero pressure he texted me the Car Fax on the car I was interested in. After the hour commute he let me drive the car and I liked it. Not in love though.. He was kind enough to offer me to look around.. Zero pressure. Found another I did love and he kindly went over all the Car Facts and answered all of my questions, and there were A LOT. By the end of it all I walked away with a BEAUTIFUL car that looks and runs like new ( I had it independently inspected ) at a VERY FAIR price. Thanks Bob!!!!! The staff and manager were very easy going and not pushy at all. It was a whole weekend affair and they were patient the whole way through. Purchased an 03 Toyota Tundra, the sales person was all business but polite. We had to call several times about our sticker/registration, there was no urgency or concern on their part to get it to us. The attitude was well get to it when we get to it and youll get it, when you get it... On the ride home, we noticed there was a crack in the windshield that was conveniently covered up by the car info sheet. When we called and brought it to their attention, to paraphrase, we were told thats why you have car insurance...but if they wont replace it, let me know and well take care of it. Within the first month, we had to replace tires, brakes, serpentine belt, windshield, tune up, oil change, and fuel filter. They make sure the cars have no issues that would prevent its sale. A tad on the trifflin side of business but in all fairness, thats what these types of car lots are known for. We paid the listing price according to our bank and I would not pay more than list price for his cars. The difference between car dealers like Magic Imports and buying a car off the side of the road is the amount of detailing that goes into the car before you buy it. The truck was very clean inside and out.

We bought a Honda Odyssey 2012 there spending all the money that we had. After some weeks we had a radiator problem (leaking) and we took the car there, they told us they had fixed (was a loose cap) but in 2 weeks it was completely broken - they refused to check again, and the shop that replace it for us, found a pliers near the fan, that caused the leak. Now, after 3 months we got 2 problems with it again. A Missfiring cylinder 3 (code P0303) and Catalytic converter issue (code P0420). We do not recomend this dealer at all. We regret going there every single day. Now we do not have money to fix it and need to find a way to take out son to the school.

Magic Imports went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I test drove the car I wanted before their mechanic had a chance to look at it and noticed some brake work was needed. They agreed to pay for all brake work post purchase. They performed all of the fixes my mechanic proposed and then some. At the end of the day I got the car I wanted under KBB value. I never expected honesty from a car dealer, but these folks are extremely reasonable and keep their word.

They were all great, especially Hamid and Sean and the finance person. They had the mechanic look at the AC and he thought it looked like it was a bit weak. They made the repairs to the AC which was amazing and wonderful. They also took our old vehicle in trade. They were great to work with and we went out the door with a great deal and very satisfied. Best place Alachua county to get a used vehicle. I got a great car at a good price. The way they serviced me is unheard when it comes to car dealerships. I wasnt rushed to buy a car. they answered all my questions fully. Then they gave me privacy to make a decision on what i wanted to do, They also treat you a person and not something that brings them commission. Before i got my car I called them and told them which one i was getting and they said that if anyone asks about it that it was already sold. They also detailed right before I got inside and drove off. And even after I got my car they check on me from time to time just to make sure there are no problems.

I was told they use your job as your credit. Big Lie drove my sister all the way from chiefland. And she was told her credit was denied.. I thought your job is your credit. Bait and switch.. Buyer beware you have to have good credit to buy a car there....

I bought a car from them one month ago; the day after an engine light turn on, so I called them and they offered to pay the mechanic charge. I had my car back in one day, fixed. Then they changed a piece of the window that did not work and thay did not charge me as we decided before I bought the car. When they changed my plate yesterday, they gave me back some money (was the difference between the payment that I have done and the DMV charge). Until now, I am very happy!

Was shopping around for a few weeks for a new family vehicle after car was totaled and having two kids in carseats, safety and reliability was a must! We initially loved the Chrysler town and country but it was a little out of our price range. Johnny was great in finding us equally comparable vehicles in our price range to choose from with a great selection including an suv dodge nitro and 2 other vans dodge caravan and honda odyssey. Thats rare in your average car salesman. Once we decided on the odyssey, the completion of the sale was complete! They got our paperwork completed quickly and effficiently in half the time it took to purchase my first vehicle at a big name brand dealership. I noticed after purchase the reading light was broken. Was able to take it back immediately to have fixed by their tech and enjoyed some yummy coffee in their lounge while i waited, which was all of 10mins. As a bonus, they got car mats for my vehicle too. Now thatll keep the floor clean with kids jumping in and out. After that, i can honestly say i got 5 star service and was happy with my purchase, got a good deal, and will definitely go there again for my next vehicle! Go see Johnny! Hes the man with plan and will hook you up! The owner Mr Sam is very nice and friendly and Kate in clerical that does your paperwork was really sweet too. Car came with 2yr/24k warranty so if theres problems with engine transmission etc, you pay a deductible and it gets fixed. My daughter had her heart set on a Scion FRS for a while, unfortunately we couldnt find one nowhere near Jax, so we decided to visit magic imports. we liked the car at the first sight and I knew my daughter wants it. Johnny was very helpful and didnt hesitate to let my daughter test drive it. As she was on the road I sat down to go over my buying options, right from the get go Johnny told me that they do not negotiate the sticker price. My daughter did months worth of research on that car and we knew that the car was underpriced by what was listed on the Kelly blue book. The car also has brand new Michelin tires, had 60k miles service done and it was in excellent condition. Johnny also mentioned that their dealer fees are small (little bit over $100) and that they give 30 day warranty. Most dealers give 7 days or nothing, unless is certified preowned or on a brand new cars. Johnny also mentioned extended warranty which was very affordable and i went ahead and bought that too. The whole process didnt take more than 45 min. After that we sat down with Lyn and she was outstanding, quick and knowledgeable about all the paperwork, answered all our questions and we were out the door in minutes. I bought cars in my life, but it was never this easy and quick. These folks are honest and fair and I am happy we bought a car from them. Thank you.

Told them Id be coming by next weekend (taking on a 3 hour drive, over 130 miles) to view the vehicle i wanted to purchase. Two days before i was supposed to come out and view it (cash in hand), the car is removed from their site, i ask if they sold it and he tells me I have it, its just no longer here. I ask well, where is it? This man tells me I brought it to an auction to sell it there. If they cant even keep their word for a simple viewing, im sure theyre full of bullshit from the get go.
