Went in to Parks Hyundai having done my research; knowing what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Other than a long wait to process the paperwork, I have zero complaints. Super polite, helpful and accommodating. You should definitely give these guys a shot.

Terrible rating system that punishes good employees if they get anything less than 5 stars. Makes their 5-star reviews untrustworthy. Not enough staff on hand either, and they forgot to reset my check oil light.

This is the second new vehicle we purchased at Parks. My first was a 2019 Ranger XLT Supercrew 4x4, this one is a 2021 Bronco Sport.If you read my previous review from 2019, all of what I said then still holds true today.Harold Miles was professional throughout the entire process. No back and forth, no games, no tag teaming with managers. Just a straightforward, honest business transaction.Although the Bronco Sport is a brand new vehicle, Harold knew his vehicle, taking the time to explain features, before and during and after the test drive.And even though he sold me my Ranger some time back, he still takes the time to make sure everything goes well when I bring it in for recommended services, including getting it cleaned up when its finished.I highly recommend looking Harold up if you are shopping for a new ride hell treat you right.

Best car sales team I have ever met. They were even cooperative with each other instead of exclusionary and competitive. Their finance department is their Achilles tendon. No pressure sales and fast our the door sales. They even delivered the car when I couldnt pick it up. I loved my salesperson, his very knowledgeable amazing teammate, and the manager even. You cant say that about other dealerships! Very happy and highly recommend them!

Unfortunately disappointed again. My coworker and I had scheduled appointments for service, showed up early as one should. We each did the text check-in. Still had to wait and check-in at the service counter. Ok fine. Set up in the waiting area, seen many come and go, after 1 1/2 hours, my vehicle enters the service bay. Im confused so I ask whats up? Oh, weve overbooked, so sorry, blah, blah, blah. Nothing can be done, now. Anyway my vehicle gets completed, but where is my coworkers vehicle? Hadnt even been brought in to the Bay. So much for scheduling!

Good ac, free wifi, a public use Tv, free waters, free cookies, free coffee.

I bought a certified used car from them two and a half years ago. It was a fight to get the extra set of keys. They still have not fixed the crack in my windshield that they promised they would. In fact they even lied and said they did it. The service department seems okay. It came with free oil changes for 2 years which was nice. But the service department also tries to cut corners. They say they do a lot of inspecting and you can see your car in the service department from the waiting room. They dont do everything they say theyre going to do. For instance free tire rotation, turn signals and light inspections, tire inflation, filling all fluids. I have never been very happy with them. If the oil changes were not free I would go someplace else.

Went in for a couple bolts to fix my own A/C. I must have been greeted by minimum 5 employees. This made me feel very at home. Customer service is number one here you can tell. I will go back

This is the first time in my life, that the car buying experience was so was and fun. We went here to look at the Genesis. Unfortunately, they didnt have any for the current year. They did have 2 pre-owned cars. Our salesman, Chris Clark, was very knowledgeable in the Hyundai line. We test drove both. We ended up buying the G-50, quite a beautiful car, fully loaded with the current options. Chris made our purchase very pleasant. Ive never been happier with a car or a dealership. Go and visit, meet with Chris Clark, and youll not be disappointed!!!

I dont know why there are still so many good reviews for this place. During the past five and a half year, my experience with this dealer is horrible.I got a ford focus from them five years ago, but a great deal but I really needed a car at that time. The car has a huge transmission problem. Every time I reached to this dealer about this problem, their attitude is always trying to convince me that the car is fine.Eventually, I have them to replace the clutch for my transmission. They did not even get the job done correctly by not putting the engine mount correctly. I have to replace that as well later.When I replaced my clutch, I was told by them that the powertrain of my car has been extended to 7 years and 100K miles. However, several years later when I double check with them, they told me that only the transmission control module is under warranty. Due to the false information they told me, I missed the chance to replace my clutch once more time when I was under warranty (although I doubt it can help). I ask them to confirm this information and I was told the manager will call me back. Never call me back.My wife was trying to get a white color mustang with them three years ago. They could not deliver it 10 days past the due day. And they try to ask us to consider another color. Cancel our contract and got a BMW the next day. Im so glad that we end up with a BMW, not another ford. Never had any issue with my BMW, car or the dealer. Always treated respectfully there.I sold my ford focus last week. Except for the transmission, it is still a nice car. But I will never purchase another ford in my lifetime. No wonder the sale for ford is going down.

Went in for my 15,000 mile oil change and have them look at why my floor lights didnt work, well 3 hours later Im told they have to order the kit for the lights and she dodnt even put in that I wanted the oil change! Very disappointed with the service today!!!
