People are helpful and friendly but professional. Im one of their wheel chair customers. They unload my cart, bag it and insist on helping me out. My biggest complaint on this store is their lack of decent wheelchairs. I have watched helpers bring them in but dont plug in to recharge and I almost break my neck trying to unplug the chairs myself. I am short and the plugs behind the water machine are not easy to unplug and you cant walk between the buggies and physically lift them. It is almost like they discourage you using the wheelchairs. They need to see and think about this for their customers. The Kroger just off of 400 and the turn on 53 is huge and they for sure they have the best wheelchair system I have every seen. Take a visit and see if yours could be be updated, rearranged and easier for the customers but when I got to the Kroger checkout, I had to upload my own groceries for the checkout and I had to ask for help out. They should visit my Publix and see the courteous way they treat customers. It evens out I guess but the wheelchairs area and plug-ins at Publix is not good.

Shout out to the bakery team at this Publix location. I went in day of to pick up a cake for my sisters gender reveal. They didnt have any on display so i asked if they could edit one they already had. And the baker said she can just make me a new one - right there!! She gave great ideas to decorate it, and she was done in less than 30 minutes. The cake was delicious and memorable, thank you for that service. My sister and family LOVED the cake and pulled all the decorations together. Ill never forget that kindness, Publix never disappoints.

Great produce and meats -- but youre gonna pay for it. I prefer Kroger.

Nice environment...was caught off guard when i noticed the cart rolled without an issue. something old wally world could take notes from. all in all a really pleasant and calming experience. hope my 2cd time going or many more in the future will be just as nice. (its the little things that count)

I have always been a Kroger customer; I was very surprised how well this store is run. Fruit was fresh, firm, and well laid out. The variety of meat is outstanding. The butcher was very accommodating for the cuts we wanted but was not in the fridge.Highly recommend this grocer.

The bakery department is amazing! My wife ordered a birthday cake, for our son who turned one today. The presentation, the taste and appearance of the cake exceeded our expectations!! Thank you to the baker/cake decorator for the awesome cake!

The store was clean, as usual, they had some great sales, and the cashier and bagger were very pleasant and helpful! Its unusual not to have a great shopping experience at Publix! Just wish we had a store closer to home in Clarkesville, GA!

Good publix. Pretty well stocked. A little higher priced than other grocery stores but with some items its worth it.

So as I’m writing this I’m standing in the Publix store. I’m waiting for a chicken finger plate been waiting so far 20 minutes. There are 5 workers including a manger. There is a line of us waiting for subs and hot food they have one guy working doing it with a trainee while the other three employees are slicing food for the call her that already had meat and cheese out there plenty as a manager she should have came over and helped the only employee helping customers it was absolutely ridiculous. It took me 49 minutes to get out that store when I should have been out in less than 20!

I love the workers they are nice, you can find alot of things you cant find in Walmart or Kroger.

Nobody said nothing. In and out. Publix is loosing its customer relationship.

Mass market Chinese food. High calorie entrees, lots of high carb rice and/or noodles. If thats what you want, go for it.

Love coming here for our daily grocery shopping. Store is always clean and every me ever is super nice and helpful. Simeon in the deli department was wonderful when I ordered subs for my family. Very funny and always had a smile.

Publix is the best grocery store period. Publix stores always looks welcoming and clean. The Publix products are just as good as some national brands. The produce is healthy and clean. The meats are great. Publix often has great BOGOs. Although some folks say Publix is expensive, I beg to differ. The quality of Publix products certainly makes up for paying just a few cents more. The customer service is top notch. All Publix employees are so nice and always there to help. Only a couple of times I have asked to order a product and did not receive a call back on whether or not it could be ordered or if it was received in the store. Despite the lack of a couple of follow ups, I still give Publix a 5 star rating.

Ordered a Gluten free wrap, employee told my wife the gluten free wraps were elsewhere in the store as if my wife would have to go find them herself, not to mention she completely destroyed the wrap, tried to hide it and said they were impossible to roll, as if we havent ordered them before at other Publix locations and were rolled just fine, both deli employees were completely unprofessional. The other deli employee was making online order putting her bare elbows and forearms all over inner wrapper of subs she was making, Im sure if the online customer knew they were about to eat dead skin and arm hair they wouldnt have ordered, I know now not to order online or from this location ever again! Publix-where shopping was anything but a pleasure.

Trenton was extremely helpful with several items that were out of stock on the shelves but located on display elsewhere. He also carried three cases of Publix spring water to customer service for me so it would be there when we checked out. Leroy (Cashier) and Anna (Bagger) were also very cheerful and helpful.

Typically, we receive great service here. We choose to spend the additional money to shop at Publix for the cleanliness and great customer service. Today we did not experience any customer service at the deli. We stood there while 3 associates did their own thing and never even acknowledged that we were standing there, patiently waiting. One female told the guy he had a customer waiting and he stated he was working on something else....however, we were the only ones waiting!?!? She was nice enough to assist and apologized for him not helping or acknowledging us. I was not impressed!!!!

We use instant cart .... Cant count the times this Publix is out of stock of items... Today of all things was marshmallows... Maybe its time to take a look at another place to buy groceries.

The store is clutter free and clean. Two of the staff that was packing product in the dairy and produce isle was not very helpful. There needs to be at least 3-4 cashiers available to help with the lines but other than that it was a good shop.

Michelle, from Gainesville, GAs Deli off of Dawsonville, was the most delightful person that my fiance and I have encountered in a long time. She was friendly, informative, happy, personable, and made sure that our sandwich was undiably the BEST sandwich that we have had in a very long time!!! She knew exactly what we would like, without telling her a thing!!! For example, I generally HATE pickles... I do not like the smell, texture, or taste.... I trusted her by her overall demeanor and asked her to make us a sandwich that she believed we would like... (she had no clue that I didnt like pickles) I trusted her and as soon as i took a bite... the flavors all blended together! It was everything you would for an ultimate sandwich to be... (I now know that pickles can be a great thing!) In short, I have never been a pickle fan, publix fan, or a sub sandwich at a grocery store fan... Michelle has changed my mind for life. I plan on seeing her every time she works!!!

My father, daughter, and I went to pick up subs for dinner. The deli clerk made my sandwich first and then totally skipped and blew off my dad by taking the customer off to the side next. Needless to say, it REALLY bothered my family to be overlooked and skipped so much so that we left without getting the other 2 subs and went somewhere else.

Always nice.
