I have had ADT for 11 years now. When my System went down and they arrived for a service call they were not able to fix it but they came back about 2 hours later with a new one . Was up and running again in no time. My Technicians were Awesome

Yesterday I was scheduled for an upgrade to my existing service which was a pleasant experience. It started with the sales staff letting me know what to expect from the new equipment and ensuring I understood my new monthly billing the day before the install. They were super easy to work with. The technician Bryce Woodard arrived as scheduled which was great. No waiting around for him to show up and was great. Ensured my new equipment was working properly before he left the premise. He explained every step of what he was doing and why. All contract papers needed signing were done through email with an electronic signature. So that left out the need to touch paper and pen due to our present health cautions. I really appreciate their super extensive business attitude and keeping me informed.

They’re so quick to take my money but when I call with questions I get transferred around like crazy and can’t get any answers. I don’t recommend this place at all. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!

Weve had this service for a few years now and I must say, Ive felt safe in my home ever since.We sleep better at night knowing we have the ADT angels watching over us! Highly recommend!

I do not recommend ADT. We have had a terrible experience. The service never worked well, and they took 5+ hours to set it up initially. They are not flexible to work with and force you into long-term contracts that you cannot get out of without paying out the rest of the contract. I contacted customer service and they said we could dispute it in writing, but that there was no number for corporate. ADTs business practices are not consumer friendly. If you have any other options, then go with someone else.

My tech Jesse was fantastic. Our first appointment he didnt have enough equipment on his truck, but that wasnt his fault as I talked to two people prior to him coming telling them I needed much more than the initial installment. He tried his best to procure more equipment, but the nearest tech that had it was over two hours away and he would have had to drive there and back, so I opted to reschedule. He came and hooked up everything, went through how all of it worked, and even gave me his personal number just in case I had any questions which may be against corporate policy, but corporate often knows nothing about customer satisfaction in my experience They should give the guy a raise, but I bet they wont. Great experience.

I had a home security system installed by Greg and his trainee, Craig, today. They were both very hardworking, and I could tell that Craig was learning a lot from Greg. They were at my house for about 7 hours. I was impressed by their professionalism, their knowledge of the system I was having installed, and their friendly demeanors. There was no question that I asked that they couldn’t address. I was very happy at the end of their appointment. Greg told me he had worked at ADT for around 13 years. And Craig, I think, had been on the job for 2 weeks. This is my first home security system, and judging by the excellent installer/trainers ADT has, I believe I am in safe and secure hands.

I have had you guys in my old house for 5 years. Sold it and built a new house. Scheduled you guys to come out 2 days after closing on our new house. We couldnt have asked for a better technician (Kaz Mays). Your service has always been exceptional, but you guys really blew us away with your customer service. Cannot say enough good things about your company as well as your technician. Proud to be apart of your family.

Dont get the name mixed with the Hype . Its not all that. I hate the day I invited them into my home . Before I sign with ADT my system was being motored by another company and it worked just fine . Never had any problems with it. I bought my house in1997, . My contact stated one thing and I was being billed 3 times more quartly . Didnt have any fancy upgrades .contacted ADT to resolve the issue. I stopped paying the bill and they closed the account, to fix the problem the only resolution is to reopen the account & have a technician come out . Not so Nextstep report them to the BBBThey also walked me through some trouble shooting, but it didnt work. Your home is your secret place be careful who you allow in.

The new command panel is amazing! I recommend it fully if you are tech savvy and like to control smart home appliances from one single app on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Juan Pino was very responsive to my security concerns as well as polite and honest with the pricing.

I was having a very bad experience with my alarm system. It was goingoff every night for about one week and half. I could not get any sleep and the ADT representatives were not able to get the system to shut down permanently so that I could get some rest until KAZ came on thescene to diagnose my alarm problem and situation.He was able to make me feel confident that he would be able todiagnose my system and determine what was causing my system to malfunction.In not much time at all, he was able to do the work that was necessary to stop my alarm from malfunctioning so I could consistently sleep at night without worrying that the alarm would be going off and waking me up!!!I just want to say Thank you so much KAZ for your knowledge and expertise in knowing the ADT products and how to CORRECTLY diagnose my ADT system!!! Great job! Keep up the GREAT WORK KAZA Happier Customer! Teresa

Not trustworthy....caution before you sign anything with Johnnny or ADT Gainesville. I met with Johnny who sold me a system for my business last week, which I am now having removed from my business since ADT simply has zero customer service. Johnny and I negotiated a Non Renewal after two years and a price for equipment. After signing the deal, we made changes to the equipment based on my needs for cameras etc, but Johnny never changed the contract as promised. Shame on me for trusting such a big name and company right? I called Johnny numerous times and he kept telling me he would get the contract changed which he never did. I called him time and again and he stated he was busy or traveling. I finally called ADT customer service and they would not do anything nor would they allow me to talk to a Manager They are trained to tell you that they can resolve situations, however, their not allowed to make changes to anything to please the customer. I spent almost 2k installing the system and asked for a Non-renew after two years. The answer was I would like to help you but I cant do anything. I thought you were here to resolve my simple agreement with Johnny? Long story short, no return calls, no customer service and you are not allowed to talk to whoever is behind the curtain. Look at the consumer reviews on line for ADT as a company. They are flooded with the sames complaints. They cannot be trusted. I continue to call and write. What a shame...

I would not go through ADT hard to cancel and cost me over $700. Sat on the phone for 20 minutes and dropped my call 2 different times.

I would give zero starts if that were possible. DO NOT sign a contract with ADT. I set up my daughter with ADT in her home and when she moved (after one semester), ADT charged me $700 dollars to cancel the service. Avoid ADT at all costs!!!!
