Our salesman Pete was so great to work with. He is knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. We placed the order over the phone and then called back the next day to change our minds to the adjustable frame. He took care of everything and made it so easy. Highly recommend!!

The sales person Pete was excellent! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of all the products. We were encouraged to try all the mattresses and use the features. We purchased the bed with all the accessories to ensure we received the same experience at home. No pressure to buy or up sale a product we didnt need. Definitely recommend this store.

I have a bad back and the sleep number bed instantly took my pain away!

We went into the store with the idea of buying a Sleep Number mattress to replace the one we have had for 21 years. However, the experience was better than expected. We were impressed with the images on the screen showing our pressure points when lying down and how they changed as the air pressure changed. We also appreciated that information concerning our quality of sleep can be displayed on our phone. Than you Alex for your assistance

We recently bought our second sleep number bed. Our first was purchased 16 years ago. We loved the first one but wanted an adjustable base. The sales process was pleasant and professional and we are confident we are going to enjoy the new bed. So... why two stars? Our new bed was delivered and installed today. It was, by a large margin, one of the most unpleasant installation experiences we have experienced. I will admit that our not being bi-lingual didn’t help matters. It is our sincere hope that we don’t run into any warranty issues with the bed. If the installation was an indication of how this company now serves its customers, we feel we have something to fear.

We bought our first sleep number bed a few months ago and have been very happy. Its amazing how much a bed can make a difference on your over all feeling​. I never had much issue with bed softness but this has completely made me realize what comfort I was missing. My husband had back soreness prior to this bad and now all is gone!

We got a king size mattress and box spring for my mom. It is the biggest piece of garbage Ive ever seen. Four THOUSAND dollars for something that needs to be reset all the time and to do this you have to pull this huge bed out away from the wall, unplug -wait 30 seconds- plug in -wait 30 seconds, lift the mattress, unplug and replug the pump and wait for the lights to light properly. I hope she can sleep on it now because I am not going to be able to do it again. I probably need a good chiropractor after all that. Horrible. Do.Not.Buy.

I was reffered to them by a coworker. I went in there looking for a cheap mattress and i ended up walking out of there with an incredible mattress for a very resonable price. They also sell bed sheets at prices that Ive never found anywhere else. Super nice people highly recomened them.

Experience at the store was good but promotions are ridiculous for the amount the beds cost...you either get $300 off of $4200 and 13 mos interest free financing OR 36 months intetest free not both...ludicrous when total cost is $4600+!!!!
