I can not say how much I love the workers here. Since kira took over, there has been such a shift in the atmosphere. It is so welcoming and the workers are so helpful. They answer every question you might have without hesitation and they are honest. They arent out just to make a sale, they genuinely want to help you. They helped me out so many times and when they couldnt for whatever reason, there wasnt any animosity or aggravation; it was just heres whats going on and why. If I could recommend to anyone any place to buy a car, it would be this one. Two thumbs up you guys. Youre awesome.

I was in there just a week ago. They were very helpful and I had terrible head ache and Samantha took me thru test drive and paper work. In less than 2 hours I was done and approved.Look like their pass post were from when someone was managing the place. She was very professional.Buying a car for a woman is not a easy job or a decision and she made easy!

Worst car dealership experience I have ever had. Very rude and unprofessional staff. The lady we dealt with talked so bad about her boss and how the business was ran.. she said she only works there because it’s her only option right now to take care of her family which is totally understandable.. but she right off the rip let us in on a lot of things that go on there behind the scenes and it disgusts me. Make sure you have at least 4-5 hours to waste when you go to Superior.. and time to watch the repo/ sales lady smoke cigarettes every 10 minutes while your waiting at her desk trying to hand her money and buy a car!!!!... and smoked in the bathroom while we waited also. Not to mention how much they rip you off and play games with you. It was not even humane in the least little bit the way we were handled...nothing but total BS! I don’t recommend anybody to buy a vehicle(lemon)from this place! It was a clown house.. and just the time we were in there I watched 6 people walk away and go elsewhere because they are short staffed and have repo girl staging as the sales rep cause the sales lady was running around instead of being at work. I have been in there at least 6 times and seen her once. Not to mention the lady in there with us, another new customer, told me she seen someone come in and complain about telephone harassment from this same sales lady I mentioned above that same day. So unorganized and just very very fishy.. I am not a judgmental person. I am very easy going and easy to get along with. I am appalled and hope they can get things straightened out..

CROOKS!!!! Should have been a FRUITSTAND, 10yr old cars selling for 12 & 13,000 dollars where is the BBB when you need them, don’t buy at Superior Auto go elsewhere, sold my daughter a car in April 2018, by October 2018, the transmission was gone, and she paid 2600 to get it fixed

They talked my son into his first car - the exhaust fell off / the transmission fluid was burnt / the one window dosent work / leaks oil - charged him over $5000 for a kelly blue book $1500 car @20% interest/ all this in the first 20 days !

Terrible...Got scammed on there referral program..Was like a game show...Do not trust these people..... Shysters.....Not two people ever on the same page...Run around!!!!
