As soon as I walked in, Juan took care of everything .. I didnt have to worry about anything that had to do with the repairs from the beginning of the process to the end. Recently had body work done on my vehicle. Dropped off my car on Tuesday morning, and the car was finished and ready for pick up on Friday. Superior service, and the repair work was excellent. Natalie was very professional and extremely pleasant to work with. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend Garber Collision Center.

I had an incredible experience at this location after the fender bender that my vehicle was involved in and after only 2 and a half days, my car was out of the shop looking like there was never an accident at all! When it came to dropping my car off for service, I dropped the car off, did paperwork and I was driving out of the lot in the rental in just 30 minutes. I was shocked! Big shoutout to Roxanne and Natalie with their excellent customer service in regards to their displays of patience, professionalism, and how welcome they made me feel with being friendly and answering all of my questions without hesitation or confusion. My car was hit in a parking lot and I brought it to them for repair. The service was quick and they kept me informed through the entire process. At pickup Roxanne went over all of the repairs that were done. I’m very happy with the service.

This place is unbelievably professional. I came in Friday for a quote on damage to my rear bumper. The price was great and I was able to pick it up 4 days later. Looks amazing I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended

Everything was rushed. There was no care taken with the process. The estimate was completely off... A quarter of the dealerships estimate.

Wonderful place to do business. I went there and since i never been there was a little uneasy. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Natalie Ladrau and Roxanne Garner. The ladies were super professional, nice and kind to me. They took care of the business fast, proficient and made the whole process easy for me. The moment my car was ready they texted me that the car was done and when I arrived to pick up the car they greeted me, explained what was done to the car and the warranty and offered help any time there was a problem with their work for the time I owned the car. Their supervisor should give them a pat on their back. My new car will be off course a GMC Terrain and I hope I don’t need to visit the collision center however if I do I am extremely confident those ladies will treat me professionally. Friendly people, good work, my service writer was very professional.

In for my usual oil change and a few incidentals. Even got a beautiful car wash (no charge). So glad Tiffany and Jude are back. They are so great with the customers.

Had my car towed here they changed alternator. Let with a whisteling car whent back, they wanted to charge me another 400 . Mind you when I left prior to returning they gave me perfect inspection with no problems. Will fins a real mechanic next time. Thieves.

You want to experience stressful situations then this is the good place. You give your car and then you get mediocre service on follow ups where you need to call recheck real. Except Vincent who is actually clear on letting you know what is what but if you get someone else then you need a chrystal ball full of guessing, so hope I will never uses body shop services but if I do I will call someone else.
