My name is Diane, and I went in for an estimate on my car. The owner came out and explained that paint work would not be needed. She cleaned the damaged area with something in a bottle and advised me to use the Un-Dent guy for the small dent. I was so happy that dent repair worked and the body shop was looking out for me, not my money. I brought my other car in for a full paint job all over. They talked about the types of paint, prices and what would be best for me. I could not have stopped at a better place. I always drive by and this was the first time I stopped, and glad I did. Thanks you to all the staff for a great job. Highly recommend you!

I have a gut feeling half of the reviews on here are FAKE!!Cheated me of my money.... Owner did not keep his word!!!! Before I decided to go through my insurance I walked in to get a quote. He quoted me a price, I then went to other shops in the area to compare. After doing my research I decided to give my business to Bumpers and Bumpers. I called them up and told them I agreed to their quote and wanted to move forward. I dropped off the car and he asked me if I was doing it out of pocket or through my insurance. I was was honest and told him through the insurance. He said okay. A few days later I come in when the car was ready to come and find out that he only did half of the work he quoted me on. Will never come back! Or recommend anyone one here. Go down to Classic Car Coating they are down the street much more honest people! Hes a good guy alright with a good hart

WORST BODY SHOP EVER.IF YOU DO DECIDE TO COME HERE DEAL WITH THE OWNER NOT HIS WIFE!! I will never go back there.First my car took about 3 weeks to fix after they said it would take 2 days.It took 3 weeks to fix because each time the owners wife gave me an apointment i would show up & the shop would be closed.They just decided to close early & never called to reschedule my appointment.This happened about 3 times.Second issue i paid over 600 dollars in cash to the owners wife to have my car painted when i came to pick it up the color did not match my car at all.Im guessing she figured i wouldnt notice.I pointed it out to the owner he apologized & agreed it wasnt the right color and he would have it done over.This took another 4 days.Thrid issue when they put a new bumper on my car it wasnt fit on properly it was hangin from the side.I pointed it out to the owner & he said yea he noticed that also but could do nothing about it because his worker said he tried putting it on right a couple times but couldnt.Fourth issue i gave them 2 water nossels to put on my car couple days later they called me saying they lost the water nossels.The owner apologozed & said he would order it online to replace it and call me when it comes in.I never got that call.Fifth issue when i went to get my car back i noticed a scratch at the side of my car that wasnt there before.I pointed it out to the owner that this scratch was not here when i gave in the car all he said was oh yea i did see that it was actually longer but the workers tried their best to make it not noticible.I will never go back to that place very unprofessional & they messed up my car.**BELOW IS MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW**when i read the owners response to my review all i could do was laugh because it was all lies! And i knew the owner didnt write this i knew it was his wife.The owner was actually very professional and nice but his wife is the one who was very unprofessional & didnt show up to the 3 appointments i made with her.Did you forget i had a witness with me.I def didnt come at 5:00 closing time i came during early business hours to the appointments u made with me and u never showed up.You even signed off on the wrong paint color for my car!and your husband(the owner)apolgized for that and fixed the color.You wasnt there cause you seem to never come in.Your husband (the owner) told me himself that the workers who was workin on my car lost the water nozzle covers but he would buy it from Amazon & call me when it comes in but i never for that call.Again u wasnt there when he told me that u was at home.You never seem to come into work.I also pointed out a scratch at the side of my car that wasnt there before and i also pointed out how the bumper wasnt fit on properly.So dont get on here lying!Overall i wouldnt recommend anyone come to this shop but if you do deal with the owner he was more professional.Do not deal with his wife!!!

Needed a bike chain shortened, big fancy shops didnt want to be bothered with my little problem. These guys were more than glad to help. Forgot the chain stores! Go to the local places for personalized service every time.

In response to David Parker. He came in July 2019 for an overall basecoat clearcoat paint (his was sun faded and peeling in areas), headlight restoration and dent removal. There was one are that needed further attention and was rectified immediately. We explained he needed to wax his vehicle 3 to 4 times per year. Any wet sand and buffing was NOT included in his documented price. He left the shop very happy and pleased and has not said anything regarding displeasure. If you are not happy, please come back to discuss the issue. You only live across the street. We are not a detail shop for maintenance buff & wax, that is why we suggested a professional detailer. Went in to get a quote on painting a motorcycle gas tank and he said 400. Im like seriously for a basic black paint and clear. Thats not a reasonable price to me and I agree with the other review post the others are fake

Eduardo Dorado Mendez, replying to your unsatisfied review: Yes, you did come in asking for an estimate for body damage due to an accident, plus, 2 dents NOT related to the accident that you said you were paying out of pocket. Then you came back stating you made an insurance claim on the accident, and wanting the repairs completed. We asked you for the claim number and the estimate your insurance company provided because we need to comply with the insurance requirements (repairs) stated on the estimate, otherwise it would be insurance fraud. You stated you would get us the estimate, but, we had to contact your insurance company 1-1/2 days later to obtain the paperwork because you failed to provide us the paperwork. We completed your all repairs according to the insurance estimate. No place on the insurance estimate did it state we repair other damage for free. Also, if you remember correctly, you actually paid less than the insurance amount by about $45.00 and did not pay your $250.00 deductible. We at Bumpers to Bumpers are not fake and we are honest, you sir are the dishonest one. We repaired your vehicle as stated, you tried to be dishonest with your insurance company.

Went to the chain auto repair places, trying to get a bike chain shortened? Neither wanted to be bothered. This place? Mom and pop operation. I chatted with them while the mechanic worked on my chain. Take the little guys over chain stores Everytime!
