After a few less than satisfactory tune up experiences at other scooter repair shops, we took our scooter to Mr Scooters for a try. Yes! We are glad we did! David was super helpful and informative. The scooter is running just like new. He took took the time to explain, in detail, what were the issues, called for approval to fix them, and had the scooter back to us in a very timely fashion. We are very happy with our experience and will be going back.

Took 2021 wolf striker there the first time for oil change and new filter and to fix electrical issues and didn’t get our bike back for almost 3 weeks! When I left immediately I knew there was something else wrong cause you could hear it! I took it back up there right away and ended up paying more money for something I know they had to of did now! Because it was a used bike I decided to give them another chance because it is so close to our house and it’s the only way we have of getting around! We put $100 down on the parts and didn’t hear back from them for 3 weeks again so when I go back up there to get our money the guy who sits under the tree tells me that the parts are on back order! It is now at RB Scooters and they have been great!!! Horrible place and will never take anything back to them!!!!

Great repair work on scooters but a little too pricey. For example 50$ upfront to diagnose the issue 1st and then pay again for the actual repair.

The guys were very nice, professional, affordable, knowledgeable, and my 150cc purr like a kitten again. I was very happy to find a scooter place with such good standards.Will purchase parts and upgrade my engine there.Highly recommend it...

This place is the best when it comes to repairs, service, and general maintenance. I have never had any issues with the service, people or the parts. Everything has been 100% perfect every single time. If you ever, I mean ever need work done to a scooter, motorcycle, or any vehicle for that matter Rob the owner of the shop is the go to man. This place is amazing! I left my scooter here for repairs, and they were fast and honest with me. David told me everything that needed to be done on it, And even educated me on how parts work and what they do. When I picked up the scooter and rode it, I was amazed it felt like I was riding a brand new bike! All this for a very good price. I highly advise anyone who owns a scooter to bring it here.

I will not take my scooter anywhere else for repairs!!! These guys are very knowledgeable, informative and reasonable!!! David even sent me pics of the scooter and damaged parts during the repair and saved the old parts to show me when I picked up. Do yourself a favor and come here first. If you go somewhere else you may find yourself here in the end.

Rob is the guy in the Mr scooters place and he knows a lot about bikes and he has passion for bikes and scooters and he says he can fix practically anything. If you are looking for a special part and you dont know where to find it ask Rob and he can probably get it for you.

I have personally had 5 separate scooters over the years. Both David and the owner Rob have worked on them all. These guys are the best in the business. My most recent Scooter was at the brink of actually killing me do to mechanical issues that I neglected. The Staff at Mr Scooter, truly concerned for my safety and well being allowed me a rental so they could literally fix the serious issues with my cycle.Today, after they applied thier Expertise to my ride, I honestly feel safe and my Scooter rides beautiful. Better than when I purchased it originally from a private seller.I want to openly thank them for not only saving me from myself, but also for the Continued professional work the have done.

Brought them a 50cc scooter that had been neglected for a while. Had trouble starting, bad brakes, etc. Brought in for repair and general tune up and the bike left performing like new. Could not be happier!

I have a scooter that I ride from time to time, I’m getting on in years and can no longer do my own repairs or service due to hand issues, Fortunately a friend referred me to Mr scooters and a very nice gentleman called Robert assisted me with a repair, he did excellent work at a very fair price and I highly recommended this facility .

Drop off scooter paid $60 for diagnostic check .. price was more than what was left on my payments.. asked not to fix it ok n my way to pick it up and found rhe scooter not in thetcondition whrw I drop it off...ask if they were going to put it back the way it was..his response was I paid for a diagnostic check if I want it back the way I left it its going to cost me... warning be perpapredoe the unexpected with them..

Amazing service, I have a orange kymco 80cc and needed a new cvt belt as well as a variator switch done and it was tremendous speed and quality done for my bike very pleased, great prices great service from down to earth people cant ask for much more 🤙
