Had SUCH a great experience buying my car from Dana here! We originally went to Braman in west palm and Miami and they were just trying to upset their cars by an absurd amount. Dana was super upfront with the pricing and easy to work with! Isaac was amazing too! He works in finance and I told him my budget from the get go for my payment and he worked out what options could fit in that budget for me it was great!

Scott truly made my first car buying experience the best it could have possibly been. He answered countless questions and even was sending messages on his day off. He also made buying a new car, when there arent many left, a breeze. As soon as I expressed interest he held the car for me until I could come in and pick it up. He was an amazing person to work with!

From the start I was greeted and directed inside to John, the service rep, who was personable and made my visit quick and comfortable. They sent me a video walk around and undercarriage inspection as well while I waited. Great service!

Michael Gardaphe was excellent. He made the lease return easy and quick. He was quick with a follow up call, flexible and accommodating. Thank you Michael for your time.On the other hand, Tom or Todd in the Sales Department was a total jerk. Brushed me off the call and forwarded me to Michael’s voicemail (good thing he did I would hate to have worked with him). He failed to ask the right questions, was quick to assume and reacted rudely to my questions (if I knew the answer to my questions I would be asking them, Tom/Todd). Further training on customer service is required for this guy. I considered leasing a second Mini Cooper but after my interaction with Tom/ Todd I was turned off.

Took my car there for a valve cover leak, they did inspection can claimed it have other leaks when it didnt due to a prior inspection completed by mini Orlando that showed no leaks. Then over price me on parts and labor. The part 340, but was told by ft lauderdale mini it was 570 which was extremely over priced. Labor also was high and was told it was a 3 hr job when it was only 1-2hr job. I felt that I was taken advantage and will never purchase or servivce my vehicle there ever again.

Hands down our easiest car purchase experience ever.

John Luc is very nice and knowledgeable. He is great to work with. Unfortunately, when I dropped my vehicle off, he was the only person in the service department. He had to do everything, which he did well, but not ideal. Hiring more staff is highly recommended.

It started with a phone call and connecting with motoring adviser Scott Friedman who answered all of my questions and even sent photos, followed up the next day with a wonderful tour of the features of a 2022 Countryman, and then that all important test drive. I felt no pressure, and that was refreshing. Applying for financing and getting all the numbers for the deal was simple and straightforward. Other than Scott, I want to thank manager Jessica Confessore for her assistance and finance consultant Nicole Lacovara for her hard work finishing everything up. Shopping for a MINI at Holman Automotive with Jessica Confessore and Andres Lang was simple, easy, comfortable, and the entire time we felt genuinely cared for and our voices heard...instead of being felt like just a commission check. Prior to and even after I picked up my vehicle, Andy was still always available via text and phone to answer any of my questions quickly and efficiently. Also, I plan on reaching out to Andy because I have some more questions related to the performance of the vehicle since there are new features this MINI has that my other did not. Regardless, I would purchase another vehicle with it were a MINI or a vehicle from another Holman Automotive car dealer since I was assume every customer is made to feel great when shopping/looking for a car.

When my MINI was overtaken by a puddle 18 days ago, I was lucky she was towed to Lauderdale MINI for care and put in the hands of Hisnardo Sanchez. I honestly have never met anyone in my 12 years in South Florida who cares about customer service the way Hisnardo does. From the start, when I was still standing in the rain, waiting for a tow, Hisnardo reached out to me to assure me my car would be well taken care of. He followed up with me at each step. If I reached out to him, he picked up the phone - EVERY time. He worked with my insurance, staying one step ahead of them, and I never worried about any aspect of the care of my MINI with Hisnardo at the helm. The online scheduling was easy, the reminders were appreciated, John Luc was personable and professional, I walked to Lesters near by for breakfast while the car was ending serviced and while there received the video text message of the review of my MINI which was appreciated and my general service was completed shortly after I walked back from breakfast. John even offered a Lyft ride to Lesters but it was a sunny morning with no rain so no need. That was a nice offer! The only complaint, if it really is a complaint, is the motion sensor in the mens restroom to maintain lighting goes off too quickly. If that is the worst thing that happens during servicing my car, then the experience has been great! :-)

Took in for oil change. Had a motor mount that was failing. Was surprised since the car was only five years old but my assigned service person did a great job of explaining the problem and showed me pictures of the old and new. Expensive but would rather keep it at dealership who know these tricky cars.

Very professionals and great customer service

The staff went above and beyond my expectations and truly made me feel at ease. Josh really knows how to take care of a customer and treat them with care. I had no idea whatsoever that my parts in question were under a full warranty and would be replaced at no cost to me! I even go a great deal on other repairs that I had needed to get taken care of as well. Truly awesome service!

The initial call was HORRIBLE! The lady who took the call stated someone would call me back to tell me how much an oil change was and no one every did, i did end up calling back 4 hours later and spoke to someone that gave me a price and what I could expect upon my visit. My car needed more work then initially thought, the tech was very clearly understood on the inspection video and the rep was knowledgeable as well.

Joshua Herrera is my service advisor. He has always had my best interest at heart. He tried addressing my problem with what we hoped would be an easy fix but when I came to pick up my car it was breaking down at the service area. Josh quickly got me a loaner so that I would not be inconvenienced. They found the issue and I got my car back in a day. Josh is a great service advisor and he is the reason why I keep servicing my car there.

The 2 thing that I really did not like the residual value changed from one day to the other from $17,566. To $19,366.40 supposedly there where a mistake and a pre - Delivery service charge; I did not request deliver $ 899.00 little things like that give you things to think about . That I really did not appreciate; the supervisor that came to explain the differences I did not like his approach; I did inform the sale person about it . Thanks

The moonroof replacement was not secured equally (each side). there were large screws left in the backseat (thankfully NO punctures) but, maybe they could have been used to make all sides seat equally for that moonroof?

Loaner car was easily available as it was much needed I was in town only for a day. Oil change was free and is free for the first three years and tire rotation was $44 which was OK.
