The people are nice enough, but like most things in todays world everything they do is regulated by keystrokes on their computers. They dont have all the answers, and on some things they can only offer you a phone number as they are able to give that information out . Basically during regular business hours calling and talking to 2 or 3 people who do ( experienced).I can see why more people are dropping Cincinnati bell land-line and sticking with various other Cellular devices.

Horrible internet our speed was never better than 5 to 10 megs. Tv signal never consistent over all rating from 0-10, 3 because not all can reps were horrible!!! Bell needs to fix these issues in our area if you can’t provide fioptics then fix your antique/vintage copper lines.

Be very careful with Cincinnati Bell because of lax security. I had Fioptics and my service was shut off and transferred to a different address for some unknown reason. Then, after I decided that I had had enough problems, I returned my equipment to the Florence, KY store. Now I have debt collectors after me because Cincinnati Bell said I didnt return the equipment. Never again because the experience was too bad.

This is not a review about the store but about the company.Tried to close out an account for a deceased parent. Couldnt do it at store. They gave me a # to call. I called the # and tried to explain that I had no clue the bills were late for the fact that my parent had passed 2 months prior. They didnt care. They just want their money no matter what you as a customer are dealing with. I pleaded with them to waive the bill because the service wasnt being used. They woulnt budge. I wont use this company for anything. Ever.

I changed my WiFi to highest one available and it was not working great still. They told me to go into store and get a better router. I went and spoke to Kayla and she was amazing. So nice and answered so many questions before I literally asked them. She offered me the google WiFi router which was a game changer for sure. She looked into my bill and helped me there. Helped me understand the setup on everything. Thank you! Def a great experience for sure. I don’t find that often anymore

I had a router that went out and needed to replace. Had 4 people working and I did not have to wait at all. They were very friendly and replaced the router, and instructed me how to work the new equipment. They were very knowledgeable and quick with service and got me on my way.

I needed some help from Cincinnati Bell: 1)replacing my tv remote and 2) talking about the need to update my Order for the next year. I stopped at the CB store in Florence and received quick and friendly help in both instances. The remote works perfect. And, Aaron listened to my needs for my next years Order plan. We discussed what I currently have in my home and reviewed what I could do to better my situation. Aaron was very respectful in listening to my concerns and meeting those needs. Thanks Aaron. I REALLY appreciate talking to someone who listens and then comes up with a meaningful solution. The reality is that Aaron probably saved me as a long-time customer for Cincinnati Bell.

I had a SERIOUS billing discrepancy and after multiple phone calls and investigations between the incompetent employees at the call center, I had to go in store to get some resolve. Justin and Nick were VERY knowledgeable, quick, effective and efficient when helping me. They were also able to solve my issues. Though I am still exploring other options they both saved me and my family from terminating service at this time!! Thank you guys!!!

Overpriced. Customer service line is ran by people who cant communicate in english very well. If you pay your bill un store, you better keep your receipts, because chances are, theyre gonna tell you 3 months later that you still owe for a month they conveniently left off the bill for 8 weeks. Not a fan.

So I had a contractor come through my complex and I agreed for regular cable (espn, mtv, tlc, regular cable) plus some movie channels. When the installers show up, they give me local channels and public access only. I show them the paperwork from the contractor showing I was supposed to get a lot more, but they told me the work order didnt show that, so they couldnt install it like that. They could only install what was in the work order. As soon as they said that, I told them I didnt want it and take it all back. Now I have a $550 bill from them for 4 months of service and equipment. They are a scam of a company and nobody should ever use them. I have no idea how their employees not doing what they were supposed to do, costs me $550.

Something I thought would have been easy ended up being very stressful but Aaron took over and made everything work out. He even assisted my elderly father when he couldn’t get the internet to work. Just needed to stop off a router and was waiting for much longer than necessary for some service (had multiple people helping 1 customer) and had to leave or I would be late to work. If I have to pay anything extra for not returning the router with in 5 days, I will be very dissapointed and will not be returning as a customer.

I first ordered WiFi through this company and I paid then went to pick up my modem box and I hooked everything up but nothing worked, I called to get it fixed and the women told me there would be no costs for them to come out on top of that it took them 5 hours to get it working, btw they charged me $$ for them to come out. It started out great then turned into a nightmare. Great Low price then goes from 95 then next month 110 then next month 139. Does not prorate makes you pay full month cant have part month. Get everything in writing and signed proving this contract. Never trust anything not in writing. Oh and the price jumps were justified as great deal. What used car salesman. They adjust your account and never talk to you. They seem to be happy to make you turn in your equipment. AVOID THEIR HEADACHE AND DONT START WITH THEM!!

I disconnected Spectrum after 18yrs of constant price hikes and intermittent signal connection. Nick Mounce at the Cincinnati Bell Florence Ky store reached out to me after I inquired online about getting Fioptics and Im glad he did. He was knowledgeable, listened to my needs and guided me through important options. Proactively he explained the process and also let me re-schedule the appointment several times as it conflicted with changing plans. He also followed up before and after the appointment to check on my satisfaction. If you have a choice of store to get connected, I recommend trying to get Nick Mounce to be your contact person. I cant​ believe all the negative reviews they get yet it seems they havent tried to improve their customer service at all! Every year they raise the bill. This year I dont even get the whole pro-rated amount! Then the customer service lady tells me its my responsibility to call them before they raise the rate to get a new deal! Unbelievable! Half the time our TV and internet goes out. And now I gotta pay even more??!! Im glad its not just me. I agree with so many of these reviews. Its sad. If youre going to raise the rates at least improve your customer service! 😠

I am currently not a Cincinnati Bell customer but currently researching options for a new internet provider. I called the Florence Cincinnati Bell store and spoke with Aaron regarding Fioptics, which unfortunately is not available in my area. He spent over 10 minutes discussing my needs and what would work best for me as a customer. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and never once rushed me off the phone. Once Fioptics is in my area, I will surely be switching if not for customer service alone. Thank you Aaron!

These guys came out and offered to install and set up super fast fioptics at a great deal. Customer service was fantastic, and the quality is okay. I dont think its any faster than we had with our previous internet provider though. Anyway, these guys came out and now we have visible cords everywhere. We complained about it, and they told us we would have to hire an electrician to run the wires into the walls. Its ugly and unsightly. if I had known I would have visible wiring inside and outside of my home I would have never signed up for services.

Then the second time they were scheduled to come out between 4-8 but never showed up after at least 10 calls they tell me I need to go to the store and get my own motem well after everything was closed this place is a joke pay the extra for real service.

I recently went in to Cincinnati Bell (Florence), planning on completely cancelling everything due to being tired of playing the cable pricing game, and the Corporate office not being consistent with our triple bundle. I dreaded stepping foot back in the store, based on previous visits years ago. But from the moment I walked in, Aaron was/is an exceptional rep that has been nothing but kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Hes a no nonsense guy that understands his customers. Because of his excellent customer service skills, we are sticking around with some major bundle changes weve been wanting to make. Companies cant afford to lose employees like Aaron! After 17 years with DirectTV it was time for a change. Brandon Housley at Florence was very knowledgable and professional in providing options. After Brandon transferred to another store, Aaron Wong continued working to add Fioptics to our CB packege. Like Brandon, Aaron was a pleasure to work with. He is not only extremely patient, and knowledgable, but listened and offered options. I have had several discussions with Aaron since signing up and his knowledge goes beyond CB products as he has a great grasp of technical matters. His concern to ensure the customer is totally satisified is welcome in a time when after the sale the customer is forgotten. CB should acknowledge these two employees. Thanks and nice job!

I went in frustrated with a fioptics box and remote that wouldnt work and came out a very happy customer. Justin listened to my issue and not only corrected it, but he also checked the current promotions and was able to lower my bill by $15 per month and increase our fioptics speed. That means everyone will be happpy--our boys will stop complaining their games lag, my wife will stop complaining about the boys complaining, Im happy because the bill is lowered and my daughter is happy because her TV is working again--and best of all--Justin and the staff were friendly, polite and quick. Will definitely go back.

The service associate that helped me was extremely nice and explained everything clearly. He tried to find me the best deal for what I was looking for and did not try to upsell me anything as I was direct that I just wanted internet. The internet gets slow at night most likely due to everyone streaming but it still works and for the most part it works extremely fast. It is much better than Spectrum ever was.

Horrible customer service. Was told on two occasions that a technician would be out to replace broken cords and both times no one showed up, and both times I was told that there were no comments on my account reflecting a service request. This happened over the course of two months. When I called to cancel my service they stated I would be billed for both months I wasnt able to access my internet on top of the cords, unless I decided to keep their service, then they would provide a 50% discount. I was then told a technician would not replace them, as i personally had to go to the closest store to pick them up.... also never communicated to me until I decided to cancel. I highly advise using another provider of you have a choice.

I want to say that I am not happy with CB pricing and their phone/online customer service. However I was at my local office today and worked with Brandon Hous… (not typing full last name due to safety considerations). He was absolutely fantastic! He addressed all of my concerns, questions and complaints with real answers, curtesy, professionalism and unsurpassed excellent knowledge. He really restored my faith in the company. I wish that there had been a supervisor to speak with to let them know how wonderful he truly was. I hope that this gets back to his supervisors, GM, DM or anyone else that can use him as an example of how to do customer service. Thank you Brandon for everything!!!

Note, this rating is not for the people that work at the store but for CB itself. The people at the store have always been helpful. If anyone from CB reads this, your hardware (DVR in particular) is horrible. In the past 6 months I have gotten 2 dvrs replaced and yesterday I got a third one. As of today it is not working. It freezes and I have had to reboot it twice in the past hour. My patience is done.

This may be the worst company ever when it comes to customer service.I have been a cell phone (when it was still around), internet, fiber optics customer for a long time. The outsourcing to the Philippines for tech support is the worst thing they could have ever done. I dread having to call in with any issue or a question on my bill.WAKE UP!!!I want to keep the service but also speak to somebody that can speak English.This is not this stores problem. But they have not answered the phone for the past 45 minutes. Which is also ridiculous.

Every month I have a new charge that dont relate to my service. First I have extra charge for information calls then the next they say my service was interrupted and they had to come out to my home and re connect. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME HAS ANY OF THIS TAKEN PLACE! I was out of town at the time these mysterious calls took place. Then I call because when I call out to someone my last name is incorrect. I called multiple times to have this fixed and they then eventually tell me its my issue and I am responsible to fix it? I cant be transferred to the united states because they dont have any numbers? Ugh! Get your crap together!!

My time with CB fi optics has been aweful. My internet connection cant even support six connections without the modem needing a reset. If anybpdy could tell me why everything in my house acts up for no reason i would love to hear it
