Austin Hammock delivers amazing service with honesty and respect. I ordered two Samsung S20 phones on Monday and was assured that they would be there on Saturday. When we came in to get them they were not in and according to what we found out they were never ordered. I appreciate all of Austins honesty and respect for his customers. He is a great employee. The management needs to free adjust his work life and make sure that the customers are taken care of the way they should be.

Ive had a horrible week and of course my phone being ruined on top of everything else just was the topping on the cake. I went in and saw Austin and I have to say, out of all the customer service experiences I have ever had, he literally went above and beyond, was genuinely concerned about what was going on in my life and on top of that he made the process of getting a new phone the easiest process Ive ever had. I will miss him dearly when he leaves. He deserves the best with next of his endeavors and I just want to thank him for his service tonight. I recommend him to anyone!!!

My phone numbers were lost by another company and my account was in purgatory for days. I could not get help on line even though I tried for days.i finally made a personal visit to the cricket store on cox creek . Austin is the most reliable employee that they have ever had at this store .it took days to resolve but he never left me hanging.he stayed working on the account until it was resolved today and Im grateful that he was there to help because he never made me feel like I was a burden.almost like my family like a friend. Wish every business had someone who cares about their customers like Austin does Thank you.

I had a horrible experience with the store in Russellville. I drove over an hour to get help at this store. Don, Cheyenne and Austin went above and beyond to help me with my problem. they were respectful, knowledge and very helpful. I will drive past the Russellville store and drive over an hour from here on out for all my Cricket business.
