Great service, friendly employees, super helpful. They also informed me that churches can get discounts if they sign up through their company for them. I purchased three Bible cases and one Bible and the guy that helped me help me with my discount so that way I can get them better price because I bought so much. I had also bought a Bible previously and its super giant print so I went back and got another one I love books-a-millions employees and the supplies they have.

BAM seemed very understaffed today, but nonetheless I was checked out in a timely manner and the barista was very pleasant to speak with. She helped me choose a coffee and even check out my books. This is always my go to place when I want a brand new copy of a book or for cool knickknacks and christmas presents.

Omg you can get lost there. Soo many books. Its a Readers Paradise. Plus the coffee shop is much better than Starbucks on ANY given day & much cheaper too. Plus the employees are so much more friendlier & have awesome customer service.

Great place to work to buy books, gifts, and more. The have a small selection of vinyl, role playing game such as D&D, and a large selection of your favorite magazines. Plus grab a hot coffee at Joe Muggs while reading. I spend hours here.If youre looking for a specific book and they dont have it in the store, ask one of their friendly helpful staff, theyll be happy to order it for you.

Great selection of books games and intellectually stimulating products. Great staff with knowledge of their products. I order a lot in Amazon, but this is a great place to browse and purchase if you dont know exactly what youre looking for. Plus, it had great coffee shop right inside.

Most of the merchandise feels too expensive for me to justify buying it, but I understand business needing to make money. But I love getting a coffee at Joe Muggs and walking around looking at stuff.

Wish the prices were a little better, but they offer good sales from time to time and the membership plan is worth it if you buy books. The little coffee shop area is a quiet place to sit that most folks dont know about.

My kids and I have been going to the florence Alabama store for years,since my children have been old enough to read we have spent countless hours and who knows how much money in your store,we love it!!!! Sadly we was denied store entry because we arent puppets and we dont wear mask! Whoever the kid was working there was very uneducated on covid protocol and was very rude to me in front of my children,I suggest you do like other business if wearing a mask is your thing have your employees wear them and dont push it on your customers! Remember with out your customers you dont have a business

The staff there is knowledgeable and hard-working, but, theyve had to reduce staff, recently, due to covid19, so I see a difference.

I love BAM. It always has a great verity of books, educational toys, puzzles, and so much more. You can go and hang out or you can make a quick trip in and out. It really is a wonderful place if youre trying to write or do a bit of studying.

I just love this place for hard to find gift ideas. My niece loves Doctor Who. Always lots of different things. From diaries to novels to games. Fair prices. They can special order if the dont have the book you want in stock. My mom loves cookbooks that tell a story. Just alot of fun things. Oh and a coffee shop!

Family came in to town. We went in two hours before closing. Staff seemed extremely annoyed by us walking in. We asked questions and all they did was vaguely answer and walk away. Barely spoke to us. Merch was fine. Everyone found something they liked. Experience was simply ruined by inattentive and rude staff.

I like shopping at bam.but the staff never ask if they can help you.I have witness the staff ask other customers if they need help and totally ignore me.or they will speak to other customers and ignore me.i was planning on purchasing.today but the employee walked right by us ignoring us to another isle and ask that person if they needed help.

Pretty good selection of books of all kinds, in addition to magazines, plush, records, toys, board games, and more. There are books for all ages from prenatal to the elderly. Also, there is a café in the store if you would like to get something to eat/drink and be able to start reading your book right away. If you read at all, be sure to have this place near the top of your list :)

Great! Their selection of books, comics, manga, and other merchandise is amazing. The only thing I have noticed is that lately, the pseudoscience and witchcraft section has been expanding. Its seeping into the nonfiction section like a blight. I would be fine with a small table for chakras and astrology or whatnot, but I am finding books about the healing power of crystals in the science section! I understand that those books might simply sell well, but I dont think BAM should be promoting pseudoscience. I would rather have stuffed animals or a self-help section than a bunch of crystals.

It had been a while since I had actually bought a physical book. I tend to buy digital now but I was in the mood to buy a couple of new ones. The store was nice and clean. Great customer service that helped me find what I was looking for. Always enjoy going to BAM.

Love the store itself, its always clean and welcoming. They have a huge selection, although I wish they sold more items like one of their rivals, Barnes & Noble. Otherwise its a five star place.

Love this place

Very nice, clean setup with a variety of genres to choose from. Some things are a bit pricey but overall the items are of good quality. Joe Muggs coffee was a bit slow on service but still had very kind employees. I spent about 30 minutes my last visit but I would probably on average spend about 45-50 minutes in the store. The store is overall a great place to go while you are in town if you have time to spare, are looking for a gift, or just want a new book to read.

It has more interesting gift ideas than books. Ohms not particularly inviting, get few places to sit, the layout changes constantly. If you need to find a book, youre in that wro place since they arent organized in any real way. The staff is nice. If you want to order a book, it takes weeks, despite the warehouse being down the street. Come for the odd gifts, maybe stay for some coffee or light looking at books. But if you need to find a book, this isnt the place.

Love the store. Persistently pushing their subscription service makes checking out a hassle. Id pay a little more just to avoid the sales pitch every time I want to purchase something.

Didnt have the books in stock we came in for. The girl was then so nosey about what we did purchase to the point of almost spoiling the book my daughter bought. Told us we could order online. Everytime we needed to look up the books we had to go to the coffee counter to call someone. The man in front of us called ahead to see if they had the books he wanted. They told him yes but they didnt have them all when he got there. The excuse was they must have sold the stock before he got there and that their computer dont keep good inventory. So the person didnt pull them when he called. He drove all the way there to get half of his order.

No employee working at the Muggs area, cashier stated she didnt know where she was & didnt bother going to check for her. Store was clean.

This place is dangerous. Like a toys r us and bookstore combined in one, brings out the child in me every time I go in and sucks the life out of my wallet.Great for eye-shopping when youre bored and interested to see cute or weird little knick knacks.

I called ahead to place a book on hold. The man on the phone was a wonderful help. He found exactly what I was looking for and in no time at all had me fixed and ready to go.
