I have never ordered from Biblestore.com before, but was quite happy with how fast they delivered my books. One day! This was even after I chose low priority shipping. This was a nice surprise and Im looking to order from them again. They really do have some good books in stock.

I have had a very poor experience using Biblestore.com. I ordered a textbook for a class on August 9th, expecting that it might take around 7-10 days to arrive. When I placed the order, I received an email saying that I should receive it in 3-8 business days, which I had no problem with. I still had not received it by August 20th, so I sent a message to them asking them if they had any updates on where my order was or to see if I could be refunded. I was not able to check the status of my order either because the tracking number they gave me was faulty and not logged in any tracking system (UPS, Fedex, USPS, or Amazon). The next day, I received an email from them simply saying that my order had been fully refunded. No explanation, no helpful comments, just that it had been refunded. This wouldnt be a problem, other than the fact that its not four days later and I have still not received the refund, the book, or any explanation for what happened.Overall, its just been way more trouble than it should be. The prices were good and the checkout process was easy, but I will not be purchasing from here again.
