Purchased new downdraft range . This establishment was the only one in a 400 mile radius that had one in stock. Employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for new appliances

No customer service. Did nit gwt acknowledged until I was about to start my car. No thank you, I am good.Could have been a bad day but in the people business, you leave those at home.And the prices and the way the floor looked are NOT reasons for anyone to wanna come back.

I have had two very pleasant experiences with Brackin’s. This last time I had to get a new dishwasher and since I wanted one in white it had to be ordered and delays due to COVID19 was going to make it take a long time. It came in earlier than expected and was installed quickly. I will go back when I need anything else.

Bought a Maytag stove January 30 2020. Around February 5 the owner calls me. Stated I didnt pay for the stove. I asked if I could call back after calling credit card company. Own says no wants money or stove now. Ok i made the payment. Owner claims they never double charge. Well 12 March brackin appliance calls tells me I double paid.19 March no check in the mail.I call brackin appliance. They assured me the check was mailed out on Monday the 16th. They want quick an fast payment. But if they owe you money they will not return the curtusy.May have to get the sherif involved.

I always find what I need at a reasonable price. Delivery is prompt and very knowledgeable about set up.

Dont waste your time if your trying to buy an appliance for a rental and your out of town. They will not help you unless your credit card is previously on file. Not even if your property management is well known to them. They invited me back to Lowes.
