They did not have a machine inside so that I can pay with my credit card I had to go outside and use a machine there. The national lady came out and showed me how to use it I so appreciate it.
That lady is one of the rudest ladies I have ever did business with. She tells you she can get you a better price than what’s being listed. Then you get there to get it and she says I can’t do that unless you buy more. Yes I will go to hone depot next time with my contractor price!!!!!! Yes I will be calling about you!!! Yes your card was thrower on the floor!!
It where ya go to pay bill. If using debit card their is a fee. Bring check and go through drive thru. Inside people are nice and professional.
I have never had to stand in line very long. There are three courteous ladies that work the counter. I’m in and out in no time.
The ladies that work here, have always been more than friendly. And most importantly, they are truly eager to help.

Last Monday after 5:30pm, Alabama Powers repairman Lee of Enterprise became my hero, angel, and Blessing when he stopped in at my business to get my air and electricity back up and running, which allowed me to open for business, after having to close Sunday due to my electrical problem. Even 1 star giving is too much for emI have made payment when the bill showed up in 3day,then they returned my money back for fking no reason.w/o any notification. So i paid again thru online,they returned it and put additional 20$ fee. So i paid monthly fee+20$ on top of thatand then they returned it w/o any notice & any description or reason.then they put 20$ on top of that again and sent mail finally and it says, the power will be disconnected randomly?what is wrong with you guys? srly?

Fathers day the power went out no one even showed up to access the damage 6:00 pm mind you the power went out before 4:00 p.m and you call an get a dam computer wish it was more competition around here for cable an power.
Need to speak to representative. Umm no sir not today unless you care to wait on your telephone for about an hour or longer. I remember the days when you could call the local office to speak to a real person. Now you have to go to the 800 number and wait in line and waste your day.
When you have to stay on hold for over 30 minutes just to ask one question, theres a problem with your customer service. Even after all of that waiting, I was hung up on before I could speak. Worst experience Ive had.
