Do not go here unless you’re very healthy and fully vaccinated. As a nurse whose lost so many patients to covid I am ashamed at this place. They refuse to wear masks even when asked to do so. The sales man didn’t even know how to work the lane features on Lincoln Aviator or blind assist that was turned off. When I asked questions I would get a lot of “I’m not sure”. The sales manager (or another sales man? Not sure title) came out to show me how it parallel parks which all he did was show what you’d hit in screen, didn’t demonstrate it. I asked him if he isn’t vaccinated if he could wear a masks since I have a bad immune system and he flat out said no! I was ready to and wanting to purchase a 74,000 vehicle but the way I was treated wasn’t worth a single dollar.

Access Lincoln is a hidden gem just 20 minutes away from the mall. Take the time to make the drive. Not only will the Lincoln product leave you clamoring for more, but you will get to meet the best group of sales people and leadership in Corpus Christi.

Purchased a BRAND NEW 2018 Navigator on June 23rd. 3 days later, the concierge picks up my vehicle for the detail and window tint. They call me and tell me there is something wrong with all the black appliques on the outside of my vehicle. We put a lot of money DOWN on this vehicle and Bert Lopez, Sales Manager, told us they would take care of the damages 100% for us not to worry! Once they realize how expensive the parts are, Bert calls me and tells me never mind. Its on you. File with your insurance. I was not happy about it, but what choice did I have. While the parts are being replaced a glass company gets involved and scratches the paint, stains the interior trim pieces and the headliner gets all dirty. One of the middle row seats is falling apart and it took a couple of tries to get it to stay; no guarantee what they did will work. The dealership made SEVERAL attempts to get the vehicle back to looking new, but they failed. One of the sales managers had already told me its just a car! Dont get upset about it. Katherine Alexander-Mata, General Manager, told me on Friday 10/12/18 in front of my daughter that I need to accept the damages they did, new flaws, and move on OR file another claim with my insurance so Access Lincoln can get paid to fix the damage they did. WOW!!! In the midst of it all, I referred 2 people there to purchase trucks, the Sales were done and they gave me NOTHING for the referrals. I am very disappointed with Access Lincoln and they should be ashamed of their poor quality workmanship and customer service. My Husband meant well, but we should have taken our money up the road to San Antonio or Austin. If you value your vehicles, be cautious with this dealership.

Purchased a used vehicle with 8k miles...asked questions to the mgr about the vehicle and was told that they are NOT reqd to give me any info about a used vehicle. If I had bought a new one, they would gladly discuss anything about the vehicle. Emailed general mgr...never responded.
