My husband got me a car back in December 2020, and I can honestly say this car has been amazing. I’ve been so blessed to have found something with little to no minimal issues. Of course I had to take care of the basics in the beginning, for example, oil change, transmission fluid change, and aired up the tires which is no big deal to me! This is something that must get done in order to have a vehicle last on you! No check engine light on. Like no issues. I’m so happy! I have even driven it to the valley and recently drove to Florida. Such an excellent vehicle! I wasn’t with my husband during the process, but if he had issues he would have shared that with me, so I’m just going to assume he had a great experience. I’m one happy customer! Thank y’all for all the help! :) I definitely recommend this place!

This place is a joke. My husband went after work and hes a welder so of course he was dirty with burn holes in his shirt any welder knows this. The sales guy didnt even ask what kind of down payment we had just looked at him and said I cant help you. Really my husband makes over what they require and had a large down. Seems to me like they are prejudiced. Never go there is my advice.

If i could have 0 stars i would put that. My wife purchased a vehicle from them roughly 8 months ago and i have never had such a bad experience in my life. When we left the dealership the AC went out. Decided to fix that my self. Got the condenser replaced and then the next week the blower went out. So i just gave up on it... When we purchased the vehicle the sales man told my wife and i that if we ever had any issues to bring the vehicle in they would take a look at it and if need be they would put us in a temp car while the shop got the car fixed and would work payment arrangement out for the work done. At this point my wifes car started over heating so we decided to do as we where told by the rep. We go up to the lot they have in Calallen witch is where we purchased and we where told that they dont put people in loaner cars if the car needs to be in the shop. and the sales rep whom sold us the car no longer works there he was fired. NOT OUR PROBLEM thats what we where told by a rep of there company. Anyways as we where driving home from there lot driving on the freeway the hood latch on the car decides to break completely off while driving 70 mph and shattered the entire windshield. At this point we are extremely frustrated. Get the car back home paid $250 to get the windshield fixed and over the next few days The alternator is now out... So The Ac is out! The car is overheating! The alternator is no longer working! and my hood has to be tied down. My wife is paying roughly $400 a month for this car and i still have yet to receive a call from the GM whom i have tried to reach on numerous occasions and from what they tell my theres no way they can do an even trade i would have to put a FULL down payment on another vehicle. As if they dont realize that COVID-19 Has our entire country in a financial bind. I was told that the GM would call today have not received a call yet. I called to speak with the same women that told me that yesterday and yes i was a little aggravated but who wouldnt be. No compassion From a single individual that works there. My wife and i aren’t asking for nothing more then what is morally right... Who would pay $400 a month for a car that would not make it down the street. My wife feels cheated and she works very hard to make that car payment!I have NEVER wrote a Google Review before but it is pretty sad that a good paying customer has to go to google review just to be heard!!! SHAME ON YALL!!!

Great people. Easy finance. Minnor things wrong with the Rav 4 i financed. No sound while radio was on. The click lights in the front of the vehicle didnt work. Need new wipers. But besides that it runs great. Brand new brakes. Handles great. Overall. I would recommend. And I left with my ride that day.

So we had been looking at a vehicle on their site which was $1795 down. We go there to check it out and they’re telling us it’s $3100. like what ???? And plus the salesman was being rude and it was as if he was talking down to us bc we didn’t match the criteria for the car.

Good fair deal on cars but the service is lacking. Dont really feel they cared if you wanted their car or not.

When I bought my car I was extremely impressed with the amount of time I spent there. 20 minutes total after test drive!

After stopping at many dealerships we decided to stop by here before giving up and it was everything in our price range from the down payment to the monthly payments, they went by our employment which is what we wanted, as were working on our credit. Tested a few of the vehicles and found one & it was Great. They also got us in & out quick, Christi is the best!! Stop by and say Jenea Vasquez reffered you, you wont be disappointed!

Well to start off they did my trade in. Sat there for hours. Then the paper work process took even longer. Then when I got the vehicle from them the check engine light came on they said to bring it back and they will fix it. After 7 attempts for them to resolve the issue I got fed up and quit making payments because the vehicle was at there shop getting (supposedly ) fixed for more time than I got to drive it when they should of fixed it the first time. Any ways it got repossessed. Oh and by the way who ever is reading this if you bought a maroon suburban the catalytic converter is completely clogged thats why it got turned in. I recommend if you go to these guys run away

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I bought a car, the transmission went out after 1 month. It has now been in their lofi motors shop for 3 weeks.(dont be fooled Its the same company) I will never use this company again and I really hope people read this and go to a different car lot. WORST car dealership I have ever seen

I bought the car one week ago and have driven it a total of maybe 4 times both door handles in the back broken...the passanger window doesnt roll down....the hatch didnt have a shock so when putting groceries in the car it hit my 70 year old mother in the head giving her a concussion then when taking my son to his football game my tire tread flew off taking the whole side panel with it.....VERY UNHAPPY AND DISSATISFIED
