For the money they are at the top in sales and service . A hard thing to find in Corpus Christi Texas

I had no sooner stepped foot in this store and the employee yelled at me for not having a mask on. I have a medical condition that technically makes me Exempt from wearing a mask. Most of the time I just comply because it’s easier but I was on the phone dealing with a tow company and was extremely overwhelmed and anxious so I didn’t have a mask on for fear of having a panic attack. I also didn’t have a mask on my son because he’s under ten and not required to wear one. The woman rudely informed me that everyone must wear a mask to be in the store. Including children. I emailed corporate because when I asked the employees what modifications they are making for customers with disabilities or medical conditions who legitimately cannot wear masks, he said he didn’t know. As far as he knew, a mask was required, there were no exemptions. There are much better ways of handling the situation than the rude woman.

The guys here are a cut above the rest of the auto parts stores nearby. They went out of their way to help us with our issue and pointed us in the direction to get better help. These guys have a loyal customer for life now.

Customer service at this location used to be great but gone downhill the last few visits. They dont pull online orders until you walk in. Most recently, they showed a specific air filter in stock, but the shelf space was empty and showed a price 50 percent higher.

There is usually a couple people in there that actually know about cars which is a huge plus theres nothing like going to buy something u know u need and having to argue with someone who tries to tell u its the wrong thing lol and if they aint got what I need they usually have it delivered by the end of the day the employees are nice and easy going and will laugh with you instead of giving u crazy looks like you have lost your mind lol I go here first if I can

Dont hate it, advance auto parts very expensive and at thier very RUDE. THIS WHY WE AND FRIENDS DONT BUY FROM THEM 😞

They lack in customer service. No one to greet you or offer to help.

The employee was no help at all. He was upset because everyone was in a meeting. After telling him what I needed he glanced at the computer screen and said I had to have a number or the old part. After calling OReillys when I returned home they said he knew what I needed and had them in stock. They will get my business!
