A simple order of three (3) hot chocolates took a long time to receive and upon receiving them they were coffees. Staff can’t follow simple instructions which reflects incompetence in managment and the owner(s).

Always good service.This time, I had a specific taste or flavor need. They took the time to figure out a good choice. Since taste is purely subjective, it is hard to get these things right, especially when this is for someone not with you.They took the time to ask questions, make suggestions, and blend s unique flavor combination that almost worked.Knowing what I now know, another attempt will be made, and if it works, great. If not. I know that the talented staff will try again.

The drive through line was long, they ran out of what I wanted, and I was disappointed they didnt stir the sugar in my coffee. I didnt know I had any in my coffee until the extra sweet end. SMH

I stopped by this location on my way back home. The girl at the register kept taking my order wrong, charged me for a sandwich they didn’t have which was completely different from what I ordered. The next person making my drinks didn’t shake the refreshers so the lemonade, the mango dragon fruit and kiwi star fruit were not mixed up. When I was given my ordered after 20 minutes of waiting I was told about the sandwich and whee when I told them I didn’t ordered that but something else I was given attitude and they didn’t refund me for the right item. Were slower than the one in my city even that they were fully staffed. Really bad service.

The first time I went to this location, I left with cold coffee. The next time, I did not bother waiting. Location is terrible, and there is no assistance regulating traffic in an overly crowded entrance.

This place is always busy and sometimes they are short staff but the customer service is amazing. For them to deal with rude and impatient customers and still manage to be positive is amazing. The coffee is great and so is the food.

Coffee was pretty standard. The interior looks tired...perhaps renovations are coming soon. They have a drive thru but it was very slow (20+ minutes for 4 cars).

So, I tried to create something to replace the pumpkin cream cold brew-- I was having a day-- and the mixture was terrible LOL (gonna leave the artistry/combinations to the professionals 🤭🙃....). The drinks and food are great!! Please improve the speed of the drive through Sevice! If you need help on how to do that contact the LaPlata Starbucks! They seem to have a great process in getting you through the drive thru as quick as possible! Other than that this location is pretty decent!

Place is very nice. Needs little more cleanliness. Additionally, needs little employees attention to costumers like welcoming with smile or ask them to need help to choose their beverage.Place is nice and can be a perfect with little improvement, I would recommend it.

What I know for sure is, Ive shopped at nearby Starbucks. Ive traveled across the nation shopping at various Starbucks. I always special order the same drinks and I never seem to have a problem with my order.Living within a mile of this Starbucks, in my neighbor excited me, but Im tired of tolerating poor quality and service. My drinks are rarely the exact way I request it. Whether its a hot drink or a cold drink. But this day was the worst. It all started at the drive thru when I asked, if today was happy hour? And was given the answer, Unfortunately, yes it is.Then one of my orders was a handmade refresher. When I received it, the top layer was clear, mixed with ice. The first few sips tasted like water. Obviously the drink was not fully mixed.Enough is a enough! I will be sacrficing convenience and taking my business to one of the many neighboring Starbucks. This Clinton Starbucks doesnt exist to me!

The Waldorf Starbucks fluctuates in service and beverage quality. It really just depends on the barista that makes it and unfortunately for a $5 cup of coffee I think all of the drinks should be the same quality etc. I always order and HOPE it is done correctly. Take your chances.

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they got my order wrong and I had to go back. They were very polite and very apologetic for getting my order wrong. With being a Starbucks rewards member I felt the should have given me extra points or something. I always go to.this one due to the fact its the only one in the area besides for the National Harbor.

This Starbucks is always efficient and this morning was crazy...at least 15 people waiting on drinks with only one barista but she was knocking them out effortlessly. Great job!

Nice place I don’t like coffee but it’s nice. But it just seems to fancy and all the teenagers that go there is just crazy they all have there phones out. Coffee in general is nasty i hate everything about the coffee the smell and the taste. The free WiFi sucks.

Last night the cake was left out of my order. Today the drink was so bad I turned the car around and went back for a refund. The cashier had the nerve to tell me how the drink is supposed to taste. I told her to drink that cup of water with strawberries on top, and give me my money back.

Excellent service. Nice sized staff. They got me in and out quickly even though I changed my drink twice when they were busy. Its a clean Starbucks also.

This Starbucks had a big workspace with many outlets and a small outdoor seating area. Their service is fast but also have a busy drivethrough so expect to have some wait time if youre driving through.

Two of the 3 drinks I ordered for myself and family were good. I always order iced green tea matchas and this was by far the worst Ive ever had. I think they perhaps did not add enough of the green tea powder because it literally tasted like I was drinking just milk. Very disappointing.

Great coffee and a variety of other beverages. Nice cozy place to study. You can get a quick bite to eat.

I usually dont have any issues at this one but today was super slow. I waited at the drive thru window for my drink for nearly 10 mins and there was no line when I arrived! They said computers went down but I had already paid so really just waited for them to make my drink. And then pulled off to later realize they made it with too much milk and had to go back. But Ive been here before without these issues so guess I just caught them on a rough day. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This location is always disorganized, every time I go through the drive-through they always mess up my order. And if I go inside to do the same exact thing. I have complained about the store one time too many. They just need to open a Starbucks in Temple Hills, so I can stop coming to this one. And they never have specific drinks like if I go to another Starbucks, or a Starbucks inside of a Target they will have that particular to drink. A lot of times they wont have the ingredients to make a specific drink. They let me order it they let me pay for it and then they come back with we dont have this we cant make it today. Or yesterday was we dont have any Bagels. Its always something with this location. I understand its the only Starbucks until you get to the Target in Brandywine. So its always crowded early in the mornings oh, so I get that. But when they have no line and it seems like I can just walk up and order a drink. They never have anything, or they always mess up my order. And it will be something so simple. For example, a tall caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, with extra whipped cream. And I asked him to put it in a grande cup so I can get the extra whipped cream to fit. They never give you my extra whipped cream but yet Im paying for it.

Please don’t go here at the drive-through in the morning if you’re running late for work I spent 12 minutes in the drive-through for a cuppa coffee and I’m late for work slow slow slow in the morning at the drive-through I’m talking about 6 AM this is rush-hour frustrated right now

This location is always busy. Customer service is ok not special tho. Youll get your coffee with or without a smile. Sometimes fast but sometimes not. All is forgiven when the cafe comes.

Ordered three drinks in the drive thru with the family. Barista working the window was pleasant and the drinks were correct and delicious.

Yesterday I waited in the drive-thru for approximately 5 minutes to place my order (around 11:15am). No cars in front of me - no cars behind me. So I thought maybe, just maybe, the speaker was out of order - so I will just drive up to the actual window and place my order there. I drove up, patrons were inside ... the workers glanced toward the drive-thru window but never came to the window. Never. Never. Never. I was ignored. So...I waited for 5 minutes and finally I just drove off and went to a different Starbucks location.

I was given regular coffee with cream as if it were a cold brew nitro. Not cool.😑

They do a great job at making the drinks and food orders, but have long wait times through the drive through.

Workers are always professional, kind and courteous. Facilities always clean. My orders are always correct and on time.

The morning crew are incredibly impatient and nasty bad attitudes all around. I dont know if its lack of training or what but dont ask them for sugar packets they get rude and nasty. I wouldnt go back to this one the one in Upper Marlboro is way better and friendlier

The service is inconsistent. I tend to have better luck with the morning crews, but the ones working in the afternoons/evenings are very dry and often confused.

Service is superrrrrrr slow. They only have two people workin in here. One in the drive thru window and one at the register and both are trying to make drinks and take orders. I been sittin in here almost 20 minutes for a freakin caramel frappe

This is d 3rd time I have ordered online from this starbucks and it took 22 mins to receive my order. Unacceptable.

This Starbucks is the absolute worst. Customer service is horrible and the attitudes are just nasty. 4 out of 4 times my coffee was watery. They made my drink 3 times and it was still terrible. I ended up getting my money back and going to 711. A total waste of time and gas.

Starbucks is always a good place to work or relax this location would be better if it had some comfort seating rather than all table and chairs. Service has been slower lately.
