My car, by their own admission, is not the type of car they usually paint. Its a 2003 Jaguar XKR supercharged convertible. A 88,000.00 car when new, it needed a complete paint job and some minor bodywork. These guys did a terrific job for 2500.00 dollars. This was 2000.00 less than body shops on Cape Cod quoted me. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Maaco at this location, especially to my fellow members at Cape Cod British Car Club. Great work!

Jeff was very helpful and accommodating to my schedule. They did phenomenal work on my car after a lady reversed into me and left a small dent above my rear tire. Have to say, this was the 2nd time I was pleasantly surprised by a Maaco franchise. The first was a simple paint job in Vegas that was a great value and very decent quality especially for the price, and more recently at the Westgate Mall facility.Jeff handled my vehicle. Its been difficult finding folks to work on it because of its age (2001 Volvo S40). He paid great attention to all my detailed requests, installing new parts where available and then repairing old trim, etc. where necessary. Everything was done well and it looks great. I had several estimates well over $10,00 previously. My car came in WELL under that. A great value and great experience.Thanks guys-Steve G.

Amazing work! I took my 2021 Jeep wrangler to fix a dent and paint chip and they handled my car with the most absolute care. Jeff was amazing and was upfront about how many days it would take and gave me updates about my car.

Body work repair and paint also they delt with the insurance company directly also the car was clean inside and out! They truly the best I have been using them for over 20 years and wouldnt go anywhere else!

After hitting a deer and damaging several drivers-side panels on our Jeep Grand Cherokee, we dropped our car off at Maaco-Brockton for an estimate and repair. They beat the pricing received at two other shops I had visited and repaired the damage in less than one week to as-new condition! I couldnt be happier with the quality of work and the professionalism of the staff who handled my repair.

Excellent experience. Worked with Nico, and he was very helpful and very tentative to all the details when it came to replacing the damaged parts of my car. He was also very tentative with the insurance company, and followed up with them regularly, which made it a lot easier for me. He was highly responsive to my questions and concerns, and made sure to thoroughly test my car before it was handed off to me. Not to mention, they also shined my car on the outside and made sure it was sparkling clean on the inside before handing off, which is a detail that I appreciate as a customer. Highly recommended!

Brought my car to have the interior detailed. I worked with Nico. He was very helpful finding a time where he could get the work done in a single day. When I came to pick it up, it looked beautiful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my car.

They broke a brake line. They broke 2 cupholders in the console too. They wanted to buy me off for 50 dollars off the price. I will never go there again.They kept saying they would take care of it and finally stopped answering my calls. So I talked to corporate that said theyd look into it and never got back to me either.

My Chevy trax needed the hood repainted and they did a phenomenal job with a great finish and buffed the entire car to get rid of 90% of normal scratches. Looks like new again!

Had my car worked on, after an animal strike. They quoted a price better than any body shop recommended by the insurance company. Car was finished as promised. I did find one slight issue, but they took care of it right away. Excellent customer service.

Brought in my leased Venza for a bumper replacement, a headlight replacement and dent removals from the hood and quarter panel. I was given a reasonable and detailed estimate with a drop off time when the parts would be in as to minimize how long I would have to leave the car there. The work was completed on time as promised. The work quality was very good; they even took the time to make sure the portions of the work visible in the engine compartments looked completely original. The car was returned to the leasing company shortly after and nothing related to the repair was noticed. I’ll be returning to Maaco of Brockton next time I need autobody work and recommend it to friends and family.

Picked up company truck. Upon inspection noticed section of bare metal. They fixed it right away, but makes you wonder about their quality control.

Own a repair shop specializing in custom and classic vehicles had a vehicle planning to be sent there via recommendation on another business we are affiliated with was told to send pictures to give an accurate quote got no return email initially had to follow up next business day just to be told they would not warranty rust repair. Forgive me if im mistaken this is a body shop correct, even after stating i would agree to any terms warranted on the repair was told they would talk it over just have to follow up again the next day ... i have lost three days with the back and forth and we will be pulling all associated business from them. Very disappointing maaco.

Very unprofessional!! I did the body work on my rear bumper and hood.The rear bumper was fine but hood was in an accident no rust but definitely waves in metal high and low spots. I told them i understood but wanted that painted. Rear bumper was ok but hood came back with scratches and pinholes, when i questioned them they stated that it was because of my crappy bodywork. If I had pinholes in my primer we should of been able to see it before painting but can also be caused by poor prep dirty gun dirt on hood etc.!! I had them look at my hood at least twice before paint and no issues. It pissed me off not to mention when i asked what happened to the $299 MAACO paint job thats advertised they said thats just to get you in the door? Its not real!! Definitely wouldnt recommend them. Yeah and body guy did yell and scream i told him he better change his approach cause how he was coming across wasnt working!!
