Collision 24 was an awesome experience. They took our vehicle in quickly. They told us how the entire process unfold. They were extremely professional. They fixed our vehicle earlier than original time frame. I would not hesitate to go there for any bodywork or detailing needs of your vehicle.

My brand new Audi Q5 was dinged in a parking lot and needed repair. Following Geico’s recommendation, I brought my car to Nissan 24 Collision. They kept the car days longer than promised. When I arrived to pick up the car it wasn’t ready, so I waited in the parking lot. The crew was bringing in cars that were there for repair. Stunned, I watched them hot-rodding through the parking lot with other people’s vehicles. It was dark by the time my car was ready, so I couldn’t inspect it. I drove straight home, and in the morning found a large swirl mark on the opposite side of where the work was done. Later I found a big drip mark. Given the circumstances, I refused to bring my car back to them to fix it. They did end up paying a different auto body shop to make the repair, but it was still a major hassle. I recommend bringing your car elsewhere for repairs.

Okay so let’s start by saying that I took my car there once before and they did an excellent job. I was very happy back in March. I just had a second accident and took my car in for repairs. At first it seems like they did a good job but first thing I noticed, there is a huge dent on my door which was not there before. Also my engine light is now on which it wasn’t before. I don’t know what the heck happened but that is definitely not something I was expecting. Also the fact that they kept ordering the wrong part for the past 2 weeks. I’m very disappointed.

They did a good job, but took forever. They took 42 days to fix it.

Took my car there as it I got a referral from the insurance company after an accident. The receptionist wouldn’t explain a thing to me. How the service was going to be done, what would be done. For all of my questions the answer was always: we’ll do whatever the insurance let us do. After 2 weeks went there to pick up the car the painting was not a match and they scratched the car and told us it was already like that and they wouldn’t fix it. So we had to go through our photos and prove they’ve done it. When we called the place the same receptionist wouldn’t listen to the full story so when we went there to pick up the car it wasn’t good enough. The car was only ready by the third time we went there. I’m only giving 2 stars because the manager wanted to do the right thing and I understand it’s hard when their team do not care about the customers.

I had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced after an accident at Collision 24. Being a young mom and from out of state, I NEEDED my vehicle back as soon as humanly possible, and they made that happen and with a smile on their faces! I had the opportunity to speak with a few of them (about my vehicle but also in passing) and they not only took care of my vehicle but also made sure I was comfortable while I was there. Julia and Eric were both wonderful with handling the situation and going above and beyond to create a friendly environment! I HIGHLY recommend them, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff and establishment!

I brought my Altima in to be re-fixed from issues I had with body work done by C & E in Norwood. Geico sent me to C & E after an accident with a deer on the highway in September, after a few months time and multiple attempts my car was worse than prior to my accident. The quality of repairs was BELOW AVERAGE leaving bolts & clips etc missing that was clearly due subpar work! Thankfully Brian @ Collision 24 in Brockton was able to make everything right he had my car in tip top shape within days! He did in only a matter of days what C & E couldnt do over the course of months time. Do yourself a service STAY AWAY from C & E and see Brian @ Collision 24 you wont regret it!!! They had my Durango for over a month for repairs after a collision. When I got to finally pick it up, I noticed the tires were not aligned. Since it was after hours I had no choice but to drive it like that home. Had to take it back the next day for an alignment. It’s been 2 months out & the transmission cooler lines is now leaking & my steering wheel sounds awful. I’ve been calling & leaving messages to have it looked at. No call backs as of yet, just annoyed!!!! Please go somewhere else don’t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the headache!

18 days late and still counting... this place sucks never bring your vehicle here. They dont know what parts are needed for their own vehicles. Job was supposed to take 4 days. figure it out!

I highly recommend Collision 24 for repair work. Brian (the Body Shop Director) takes great pride in the work they do, he refuses to let his customers leave unsatisfied. I would not think to go anywhere else in the event I need another repair shop in the future. A+

I hit a deer and after taking my car to a few different shops i settled with collision 24. The staff was amazing. I was able to get an appraisal from Eric on the damage in less than 20 min,for a fraction of what it would have cost elsewhere. Julia took down my info preordederd parts, to shorten repair time and assured me she would keep me updated as this progressed. A gentleman named brian walked around my car when i picked it up and explained in detail all that was done. Overall i am extremely satisfied with their professionalism and overal care towards their customers. If i could gove 10 stars i would.

My car got in an accident 3 weeks ago. Brian and his entire staff went way beyond normal customer service from the repairs, insurance claims, rental car and keeping me updated at all times. They are the most professional and competent body shop I had EVER dealt with. 10 stars for their attitude and ability!!!! Great job 24!!!

Ill recommend them for sure. With the lifetime warranty behind there repairs. They fix my car so good, I took it to get inspected. They couldnt tell, the lines was straight.

They had my car for 4 weeks to replace a side mirror. Called to have me pay after the 1st week saying it was done then said it wasn’t ready. 3 weeks later they never called me to tell me my car was done. I won’t have know it was ready to be picked up if my rental company didn’t call me to drop off the rental. No communication! Left trash in my car!

Used Collison 24 to repair my car through Geicos recommendation, worst decision. They had my car for 27 days and never once called me with an update, I called multiple times and was told by receptionist, Tori, that the collision manager was unable to talk and to leave a message, none of my messages were returned. When the repairs were done they called me at 3:30pm on a Friday, left a voicemail saying it as done and I had until 5:30pm to pick it up or else they were closed until Monday... a 2 hour time frame during Friday evening rush hour is not enough time to expect anyone to be able to get there. Therefore, I had to extend my rental car until Monday. Overall they were rude, uninformative and seriously lacked customer service. Will never go back.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Dropped my car off after it was hit in a parking lot 8 days later I got a call an hour before they close to come get my car. I picked it up and asked why the side of my car didn’t look right they told me the clear coat needed to be in the sun for a couple days and it would sort it’s self out. A week later it looked worse then it did originally brought it back and I also addressed the stains on all of my seats mind you I just got the car it only has 3k miles on it and no one has ever sat in the backseat. After waiting a few hours for them to fix it a gentleman hands me my keys and tells me I am all set he told me he got the stains out even though they had nothing to do with them. the way he said that upset me because I know for a fact Those stains were not their when I dropped the car off originally. And my insurance company just paid you 1,100 dollars and you give me an attitude when you messed my car up. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Took forever to work on my car!!! It got to the point where they didn’t even know the progress on my car. They estimated my car would be fixed in less than a week and I did not get my car back for 5-6 weeks. The service women (Julia) who answered the calls was not helpful at all and never got back to me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Gabriel and Laura are fantastic! Came in at 4:20pm with a metal shard in my tire they patched it up quick and got my jeep back on the road! Thank you! They were professional and hard working!
