Terrible cars and service. They take down payment, Car breaks downAnd they say I figured you would have brought it back sooner.Then you never get the car back.

Great car at a fair price! Good condition under the hood and low mileage. Price was nearly unheard of for the make and model. They threw in an extra dealership warranty for free even though the car was sold as-is. Excellent service, fast turnaround. Would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for wheels!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This has got to be the rudest lady I have ever spoken to. Customer service is not her specialty or her priority. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a person walking 20 miles to work a day that she would finance. Please I repeat please don’t ask about the white Cadillac SRX being for sale

My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership. Went to look at a vehicle and got to their location and found exactly what we were looking. Very friendly and caring staff. Easy to deal with and made the deal to fit our budget. Very honest and forthcoming with the vehicles on his lot. Highly recommend and I love the people. I recommend everyone to this dealership! If you need a cheap car that runs great, come here. Used cars here are in great shape with a little flaws. The family is amazing especially Mark. They work with you and they always treat me like family. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships that harass you to buy cars or lie to you but they are honest people. As long as you got $1000 to put down, you should come buy one. I will buy a truck from here when I’m done with my Chevy blazer

I pulled up to this place with my uncle looking for a car I saw online at their page. The lady came out and was not willing to do business with us. We had a down payment and was willing to do a finance on a 4000$ car. She wasn’t nice, friendly or willing to help us out. I don’t recommend going to this place because they aren’t about helping people or even being friendly.

Mark is one of the most honest business owners I have ever met. I talked with him for several days before making the 200 mile drive to purchase our new car. Unfortunately I didnt get to meet Mark but his momma is a pleasure to visit with. Always remember dont judge the book by the cover. Car had one item that he even wouldnt have noticed. Mark made it right in the price. He even called me before we got home making sure everything was okay.

Came to this dealership looking for my Son’s First Love (2010 Mustang). Very nice folks, down to earth, easy to talk to and a pleasure to do business with. They didn’t come running up on me and try to push me to buy some random vehicle like your typical car dealership would. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable used vehicle and appreciates good ol’ fashion American service.

Bought a truck from here for $7500 cash. Test drove truck in Baytown and ran fine. Got on interstate to head home (I do not live near Baytown) and the truck started acting up. I called and left a voicemail as the office was closing after we finished our deal. Received a call the following day asking about the problem and told them that I would take it to a nearby Ford dealership to get an estimate. Called them to let them know that the estimate was for $10,000 to replace the motor. I was speaking with the owner’s mother. He was sick when I called. Said she would talk to him and let him know and asked if I had someone who could put the motor in if they found one. She then told me to look on this website for one and that it was where they get motors from. Of course, they were salvage motors. I managed to get another estimate for half of what the Ford dealership quoted of course and let them know that. I called and never received a call back. I wasn’t expecting them to pay for all of either of the estimates that I received but at least half would have been nice. I called again with no call back. I finally called one morning to ask about my license plates as I was only a couple days away from the temp tags expiring. Of course, my plates had just arrived the day I called about them. And she said that she would not mail them after she told me the night I bought the truck that she would since I didn’t live nearby. I drove down to get my license plates and the owner was there. He acted like he got aggravated because she wouldn’t mail them (I wouldn’t have wanted to have to look at me face to face either when all of this happened after he said if I had any problems they’d take care of it). He talked and seemed sincere and said that he would mail me $500 in a couple of weeks. $500 was a slap in the face but it would be better than nothing. That was six months ago and I still haven’t seen a check. Even after an email. Bottom line, stay away. They have not honored anything they had said during our deal. And that didn’t include the additional $500 I had to spend to get the 4 wheel drive fixed in the truck (that I had also mentioned in a phone call and got no verbal response on).

I came here to purchase a vehicle.Miss Abraham was SOOOOOOO RUDE, GHETTO and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL on ALL levels.Now I see why there is no business at this establishment...Change your attitude ole lady.NO STARS here.......

The place is decent but about 3 weeks ago when I called to talk to someone the woman who answered was very rude she was acting bothered by being on the phone... Im thinking they need a new receptionist.. also itd be nice if the prices online were actually honored.. you cant advertise a vehicle for 1 price online then expect to say a different price.. thats false advertising

Made an hour and half drive they lady I spoke to was not very willing to help I was ready to buy a truck but I felt that I was an inconvenience to her so I left

They almost never answer the phone or return phone calls. They wont honor online prices and they refuse to finance you without full coverage insurance, regardless of how much money you put down or how little the car is actually worth. And they WILL lie to you. Terrible dealership.

Got a good price on a nice vehicle and the guy was willing to do Mechanical Services to it as needed the same location that I purchased a vehicle. To me thats a major Plus. The people who run it are honest Christian people

Vehicle was in extremely poor condition (though they made it look very nice online), was not even clean, running boards had also been removed but were pictured in the ad. I was told the vehicle had no lights on the dash yet both ABS light and ebrake light were on. Made a 3 hour round trip and wasted my time. Very unprofessional both on the phone and in person

Nice lil lot with good cars, the owners wasnt there so I couldnt talk to them first hand.

Found a truck on their online site so I went down there to talk to them about it. I asked them how much they wanted and she told me 7000. I told her you have it online for 5995. She would not honor her price online. She said she was on her site looking at it and it says 7000. I pulled up the site on my phone and showed her where she was wrong and where she was lying. So, I didnt buy a truck LOL
