After alot of research, we came to the conclusion Hyundai was the way to go. They have the best warranties on the market and you are getting more for your dollar. Very well priced vehicles but materials and quality are not cheap. They pay attention to detail and have alot of High tech safety features.Our salesman was ASH ROSS and he was the best to work with.. He didnt stop till we got the best deal possible very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles as I had a lot of questions and he got us in a new 2022 Santa Fe. We will definitely be going back for our next vehicle there and I recommend them to anyone ask for Ash Ross he will take care of you.

Great experience buying a new SUV from Baytown Hyundai.Adrian was friendly and worked with us to get us in our new Hyundai Palisade.We did not feel pressured at any point in the process, they were very transparent and upfront with the information. Other dealerships we contacted tried to push features or options that we were not interested in, claiming they couldnt take them off, etc. (only to call us back a few days later to say that they were now willing to negotiate). I really have no patience for that kind of dealings, and we got exactly what we were looking for from this dealership.Once we agreed to an SUV and the price, they took care of all the paperwork ahead of time to make the signing process quick and efficient (which was important to us with our 3 young kids). There was also no pressure to buy additional features or warranty during the signing process (they walked us through the options but did not push them).This dealership was a bit further than others but it was well worth the drive. Very pleased with our new SUV and I highly recommend this dealership.

Didnt even want to give on star. Took car in for work got charged 3200 dollars. Did engine flush all the works. Took car to my regular oil change shop and and come to find out had the same filter that was on there before i took it to Hyundai. Now i see why the say never trust the dealers mechanics. And to top it all off they kept the car for 2 months.

We recently purchased a car from this dealership for my son who just turned 16. The sales person and the manager were great and we got the car for what we thought was a fair price. But this review is not about not the sale of the car. My son, by accident and due to his lack of knowledge, removed to bump protection tapes (invisishield) applied to the sides of the doors. When we discovered that, we called our salesman Ozzy about the issue and were prepared to hear that of course it could be fixed, but YOU HAVE TO PAY for it. And this would have been completely fair. However, to our surprise, after talking to him and his conversation with dealership manager, they agreed to fix the problem and reapply the protective tapes ABSOLUTELY FREE! This just another example that this dealership and people working in it, are not just thinking about making money on any simple thing or human mistakes, like a lot of other dealerships will do. The employee named Zein from this dealership did just so.I even called the manager of the dealership and as well..They got you. Why ?? Because they get Paid on Commission. And if they dont make Commission they will do just the same. I left a voice mail for the Manager and he never returned my call.At least Crystal from GMC in Baytown off I-10 is Honest and will try to help you out. Everyone should reach out to her.. I had issues (SEVERE) with another dealership and these guys helped me manage my problems with the previous deal and took days helping me figure out what I wanted and test out everything. Every vehicle I looked at was in perfect condition i just ended up going with mine at the end of a team of people helping me figure it out. As always these guys are on top of it. I live in Houston and I drive all they way out to Baytown because of them. I didnt have a terribly long wait. The folks here are always friendly. They listen to you without dismissal. Keeps you posted along the way, no services are forced on you. Details are given on what services are needed and how long you have before it becomes a problem. I also love the texting thing too, plus the diagnosis before and after is sent to you via email and your service information as well. If youre looking for good folks to take care of your car baby, try these folks. Next time Ill have to ask for a wash :-)
