They say they are not part of the napa family, I had a return, and everybody acted like I had the Black Plague. Very disappointed, not what I expected from napa.

I was on my way back to Denver and had a part break on my truck, they had it in about an hour and were super helpful!

3 employees and not 1 wearing a mask although it was clearly stated in sign at the door that masks required in the building. The place looked filthy. As an elderly person I left promptly.

Was in a bind was loading coil tubing at the last min. They decided that they wanted straps instead of chains. Called Napa and they found them AND deliverd to me where I was loading.

Very rude manager I asked for a report and without him looking on the computer he said I dont have that part and I dont need your money dont recommend this place

Quality parts and great service . For those diesel truck owner April 16 thru April 28 2018 they have a 40% off premium napa Wix gold filters. That is some serious saving. Construction companies its also a great time to buy and save.

Not great.I was a little let down by this napa.It looks like they just dont do very much business, and it is a self fulfilling process.Everything is a little dingy, selection is not very good. I will drive out of the way to go to the laporte location instead.
