These guys are usually pretty helpful and their services are great. Usually Im in and out and they answer my questions. I love their warranties and it keeps me coming back.

Today I stopped into get a tire for my Toyota Camry. I experienced great customer service from Ezra and Jose, two great guys. The tires I bought was not at the store but Ezra said that I could come back at two and get them put on. As 2 pm approached I received a call from Ezra that if I could be there at 2:45 pm. I arrived at 2:45 pm and Jose stated that the tires would be there by 3:45 pm. I stated it’s ok I have plenty of time to wait. I truly appreciate these guys helping me and keeping me informed with the progress of my tires. Great job guys keep up the great work and thanks again for helping me!!!!

I had an appointment, I went to the wrong discount tire and they still took me in right away after being 30 minutes late. As I’m waiting, there’s a young man, Nick, helping an elderly woman. Of course I intentionally listen in on their conversation to make sure she’s not being taken advantage of. How I was wrong, Nick not only was professional, but sold her exactly what she needed for her car that she doesn’t drive often. He didn’t over sale her, come to find out there were only three tires of what she paid for, so she was upgraded to the next tire free of charge. I’d feel comfortable with an elderly person coming here alone for services. Thanks guys.

Severely impressed. Got new rims put on, said it would be about an hour...it was under an hour and the service was excellent.

Walked in on a Friday around 5:20 pm for two new tires and they said they could still fit me in. I was on my way home within about 30 minutes!! Great service.

It doesnt matter what discount tire I go to always have a profession manner and always acknowledge you when coming in. Quick easy estimates, very informative and helpful. Wait was kinda long but they kept me up to date of how many cars were on front of me.

I took my car to get a flat repaired. When arriving I couldnt find my wheel key, no work had been done on the car since the last time it was at discount. The manager there that day told me Id have to go to the dealership to get a new one and that he would reimburse me for it since they are more than likely the ones to lose it. I got the new key and called to schedule a new appt. I spoke to the same manager to make the appt that had told me hed reimburse me. When I went to my appt I found out that that manager was actually off (for the day that he scheduled me). Of course, no one else there at that time knew nothing about it, so no reimbursement. Its my own fault really for actually believing they would keep their word.

This store has the friendliest staff than any other Discount Tire Ive been to. The manager, Josh, was very attentive and the staff was very kind and respectful. They even had my car finished before the time he gave me. I will definitely be going back!

Good tires, this location can be busy. If possible make an appointment .Tire balancing, rotation, and if you got a flat, they usually fix for free.

Discount Tire used to be the place to go for great prices & service. Not any longer.I watched them replace 3 out of 4 of my tires with new ones. The 4th one was fairly new & didn’t need replacing. But, it was low on pressure and I knew this since I had just checked it that morning. Before I backed out of the bay, I asked if that 4th tire had been aired up (I knew it hadn’t) and I was told yes, all 4 were aired up. So, I pulled around into a parking lot & waited for the TPMS on my truck to update all the pressure readings. Sure enough, that 1 tire was low. Then, I pulled around their “air station” & got in line. I was asked what the problem was. I told them that that 1 tire was low. They AGAIN assured that it had been aired up. Now, guess what we found when it was my turn at the air station - yep, that tire was low. And the employee gave me some BS story about them having an issue with the air machine in that bay. I didn’t buy it then & I’m not buying it now. I got nothing but lip service the entire time.If I wasn’t on my game, I would have gotten played. These guys suck.

They did great. Came in hoping for a patch. Found it it couldn’t be patched due to the severity of the slice in the tire. Asked for the tire to be put back so I could take it where I bought it and utilize the warranty. To get me there safely the put on a used tire. Once again Discount does great work and a good price. The sidewall was gashed open by a pipe and they replace the tire under the road hazard warranty.Brand new Michelin and only cost was the 35 to start the new warranty on the brand new tire.

The customer service is phenomenal! I admit the prices are pretty high here, but that warranty makes it worth it for sure. My last car I had all 4 tires on warranty and that sure came in handy when I hit nails and things. It would only cost me $10 for a new warranty as long as the rim wasnt damaged. This car I could only afford one tire but as soon as I am able I will get all 4 just to have that warranty!

Fast and efficient. The people were nice and very quick to work. They fixed up my cars tire that had a nail in it for free. The owner before me had the warranty from Florida, but they didnt give any trouble for moving that to Texas. They were slightly unprofessional just a little bit, but not enough for me to change the rating.

I always get my tires rotated here and even on a really busy day you’re in and out in an hour at most, which is pretty good considering you might have ten people in line before you. I was Uber nervous, given the current virus situation but had to go coz my car kept showing low tire pressure 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄.To my surprise, they were fully compliant with social distancing, minimizing contact to absolute necessity and also practicing constant hand washing. Well managed store. Been here twice in a few weeks for different reasons and they got me in and out very quickly. Good tires and prices and quick tire service. Courteous and well trained staff.

Would have rated hirer had my initial visit gone better. Run similar to a doctors office. Appointment at 9 but hell keep you waiting til 10:30. I did however return another day. Service was attentive and informative. Expect the up sale but dont discount the information. Tire ratings and quality do truly vary widely. Remember, you get what you pay for and be prepared to wait.

Attendent meet me in the parking lot of the store. Checked tires. Took me inside to do the paperwork. All 4 tires replaced in less than 1/2 hour including checking the spare. It needed air. Coffee was available. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful.

After my fourth visit to discount tire to have a slow leak fixed on a tire I purchased from this store 8 months ago - which has been leaking since it was purchased - my service advisor informs me that wheel has corrosion and there is nothing that can be done. This occurred after having purchased over $250.00 of new sensors on all 4 wheels on my last visit to this store less than a month ago for a slow leak. All of this occurred after I arrived 5 minutes early for an 11:30 am appointment. At 11:40 I asked how much longer would I have to wait and I was informed it would be another 45 minutes. When I said I had an 11:30 am appointment I was told it would be sooner. When I came back at 12:15 they were getting ready to back my car out of the service bay. That is when my service advisor advised me that I had wheel corrosion and nothing could be done. When I asked him which wheel it was - he informed it was the right rear wheel - which had never had a problem previously. I told him the problem had never been on the right side. Then he said it must have been the left rear wheel. I left the showroom pretty disgusted. As I was standing in the parking lot looking at my wheel - two Discount Tire service advisors came out and told me that the wheel had been polished to remove the corrosion and that the problem had been fixed - to which I replied Thank-you because your other service advisor told me the problem couldnt be fixed. I hope the problem has been fixed. If it hasnt Ill be back again in a month.

I am very pleased with the service at Discount Tires, even tho my wheel lock was lost. I got stranded at a gas station, and they came out to removed the tire and put my stair on. Even tho their was a little mess up, customer service was great for them to take the time to fix the mess up. I am very pleased.

Amazing! Got an inflation light, so I popped in there to get aired up. Turned out it was too flat. It had to be checked. So I got out and went in (worrying the whole time about the cost). After a bit, they came and handed me my keys. Said it had a nail and they had fixed it. Bracing myself for the news, I asked how much. The answer...no charge!

Jesus went above and beyond this morning with the purchase and installation of 4 new tires we purchased online for my sons car. Great customer service!!! Thanks for doing an AWESOME job and making sure my sons car was taken care of completely! Ive been a longtime customer but I went in the other day and I just left the other baytown DTire facility got an estement and was told I had about 1500 miles left on my tread. Then went to the deerpark location and they wouldnt work on my vehicle. They said I needed new tires immediately. 4000 miles later and Im still in the same tires. I DONT LIKE TO BE SOLD. TRYING TO GET $ OUT OF ME WHEN ITS TRULY NOT NEEDED. THATS WHY THEY GET A 3. STAY OUT OF MY POCKET. !!

Update on below: Store manager (different one then i talked to originally) called 2 days after this review was posted and offered to refund me the full amount. So I have to give them some credit for that.Horrible! I ordered and PAID for 2 tires on Wednesday because they didnt have them in stock. They call me Thursday that they arrived. I told them that I would go Saturday morning since I didnt get off work until 6 and they close at 6. So today, Saturday, I come at 8am and they tell me they ordered the wrong size tires and they didnt have mine and would have to order! When I ask to speak to a manager he then tells me that they actually ordered the right ones but sold them to someone else! Tires I ordered and PAID FOR! Unorganized, unprofessional, and a waste of your time. He then tells me hell have someone go get the tires and come at 10am. Come 10am the manager tells me hell refund me $40. What the hell do I want with $40 when the tires cost me $500!!! That was like a smack in the face! Then he tells me he would have to charge my card $500 AGAIN and then refund me $460 so I can get the $40! I told him to forget it and just replace my tires so I could leave! RIDICULOUS! Never again!
