This is the WORST cvs I have ever experienced. They NEVER answer the phones. I was on hold for 15 minutes without even acknowledging the call. You deal with peoples prescriptions! You are foul! They need an entirely new staff

Made appointment for flu and booster shot. Drove 10 miles and they didn’t have either in stock. The weren’t in stock when they made my appointment. Poor communication. This store isn’t my preferred pharmacy and this is one reason why. They could care LESS.

Scheduled an appt a week in advance to take the Covid-19 test for traveling purpose and arrived at the appt time with confirmation number and was told they would not do it because they do not see me in their system. Spoke to the third party company that creates their appts and scheduling and he told me that my appt had been cancelled, 2 days prior to my plans, and was not sure why and tried to give them the csn numbers to look it up instead of by name and they did not care. They just asked me to pull out of the line because i was holding up the two cars behind.

Very hard to get ahold of the staff in the pharmacy then they keep delaying in filling my much needed prescriptions. I switched to them for pure convenience of the drive thru and later hours than my previous pharmacy but Im going to change again. They tell me it will be ready in the morning and after 20 minutes hold time they tell me not until the afternoon. Smh. They have became very low on my scale.

The Bartow CVS is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. I transferred my familys prescriptions to Wal-Mart. If you do not have to deal with CVS, DONT. I scheduled an appointment for my sons Covid-19 Vaccine. I was told we had to get back in our car and go to drive through. For a SHOT? What the hell? Every single person in the pharmacy could not find their way out of a wet paper bag.

I was just here and they were very rude and had no idear about my meds when they were sent hour ago and the boss lady didn’t even check her emails I am very disappointed in service and still haven’t got my meds from them

We moved to Bartow last July and we have always been treated fairly. The lady in the pharmacy stayed on the line with our insurance for quite a long time when there was an insurance glitch and got back to it within reasonable time. They may sometimes be understaffed in the pharmacy but if all you do is complain then less people will go there and business hurts and then staff is cut back. The manager took care of a price check quickly when an item wasn’t marked and the check out has always been polite and friendly

I think giving 1 star is being generous. I spent over 25 minutes on hold. No body answered. No one picked up the phone. The 800 number to voice customer issues is no better. after spending over 45 minutes trying to reach someone regarding a new prescription. I had to give up. THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!

Do NOT go to CVS! Extremely unprofessional, rude employee who seeks to belittle customers was working the drive-thru window. CVS needs to monitor their employees because this is absolutely unacceptable. Go to Walgreens - it will be worth it - trust me!

I would give them no stars if I could. Tried to get a script transferred from out of state for the last six days and have heard every excuse as to why it was not done. They even said they had contacted the pharmacy when in fact they had not. Had to wait 10 minutes before someone would answer the phone. Would recomend going elsewhere.

Absolute worst CVS pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. very long wait times on the phone when youre not getting hung up on, they dont help you get your prescriptions filled. Poor customer service.

Pharmacy is horrible been calling all morning in need of medication for my wifes heart to see if ready since we been told past 2 days it would be ready and its not keep getting put on hold hung up on or noone picks up the phone been on going for hours ridiculous last time i use CVS walgreens & publix seem to apprciate my buisness more

It is 12:30 pm. The time thats said to be the least busy. I ha e been on hold for 10 minutes now while Im typing this. For crying out loud ... 3 minutes tops should be the waiting period. Before i can even finish this...tbey simply hung up. Noone ever got on the line. You guys made need to fix that issue

Its a shame that you even have to give a star to leave a review.My husband and I came in on 5/29/19To pick up my disabled brothers scripts. We were forced to switch to CVS due to Walgreens not taking his insurance anymore unfortunately. I DO not care for the pharmacy or the pharm staff at all. Not very knowledgeable, but that is not what my complaint is about this time. On Wed, we stopped to get his meds. Because there are so many, we have to go inside. I have always enjoyed how friendly the CVS front end employees have been over the years. Been coming in and buying product there for 15 years. Even though its pricey the store was always clean and staff at front end friendly. Well, thats out the door after last night. As I was getting ready to go back and pick up meds, I decided to stop at the photo lab. I had been holding on to a disposable camera that I found at my moms after she passed away on 5/2. My husband and I passed an employee stocking shelves as we walked in the door. She didnt say a word to us. As we stood at the photo lab counter for a few minutes, finally my husband looked at the lady by the door and said, excuse me maam, can we get some help. The young girl looked up with the most disgusted face and started walking towards us. I asked her was there someone for the photo lab and she stated it was her. She then walked up to the counter and said, you know we have other things to do and there is a bell here. I moved my purse off the photo lab counter and guess what??? No bell. .. either way, why would I need the bell she seen us standing there and watched us walk through the front doors and didnt say one word to us. I told her no maam your bell is at the front counter, were here. And you watched us walk in and seen us standing here and never said one word, Then acted bothered when my husband had to get your attention...needless to say, she walked away from is laughing and being very rude. Then went and got a manager who looked like the situation was way out of her league. She was not apologetic at all and didnt even have a name tag on. So like usual, the quality of the care is horrible and if the manager doesnt take it seriously neither will employees. They are only as good as their leader. While standing there another customer chimed in, stating that the lack of customer care and focus has been horrible at this location. The store even looked horrible for the first time in years that Ive been there. Almost felt dirty... Need someone to go there and clean that staff out and the store up. .. falling to absolute pieces.

I went to drop off my husband’s prescription and one of the ladies told me to come back at a certain time. My husband goes to pick up his medicine at the appointed time and they NEVER entered it into the system!! Like what?!? He had to wait for his prescription because even after they promised it would be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t. Totally unprofessional!!

The person who work the pharmacy are really sweet and helpful however we have 5 prescriptions every month that we have been in for the past 6 yrs. They never have our scripts in Stock this and Walmart are the only 2 pharmacies our insurance takes and the cvs is 1 minute from our home needles to say I have discontinued cvs as our pharmacy they cant keep whats needed in Stock and when they say it will be ready at a certain time it never is! They need to get their crap together!

Very disappointed in the Bartow Florida location. My wife was in the hospital for 6 days, when she was discharged they gave her a prescription for Percocet and prednisone. I drop off the prescription as soon as I get my wife home so that she can continue her meds without any pain, the girl at cvs tells me that the the prescription will be ready at 6:30 ( dropped it off at 3:00) I go back to the Cvs to pick up the prescription at 6:30 because my wife is at home in pain and discover that the pharmacy closed at 6!!! No way to transfer the rx to another location so all I can do is wait until today to pick it up when they open again. The excuse given to me is that it was a new girl that told me the time and she was unaware that they closed early.... Im sorry but that is a BS excuse!!! She knew what time she was getting out of work... Im sorry does not cover the fact that my wife had to go the entire night in pain because of a CVS employee mistake...... I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday and will never step foot into another CVS again and I will make sure that all of my friends and family do the same... Thanks CVS for making my wife suffer..Picked up the prescriptions today, find out after I get back home that the Prednisone does not have any dosage info on the bottle. Called the pharmacy and sat on hold for 22 minutes waiting on the pharmacist who never comes to the phone because he is on the phone with another customer so I tell the girl my issue and she puts me back on hold, gets back on the phone and I can hear the pharmacist telling her the dosage information to relay to me.... How unsafe and unprofessional is it to give that info over the phone? This CVS is horrible.....

I just left the CVS in Bartow and the reason I hated it? The Pharmacy Tech looked me in the eye and lied to me. I spent almost 30 years interviewing people like her and she lied to me. I guess CVS is OK with their employees lying to their customers.
